Wish this was tested on a better tire like a PS4S vs the P Zero's. They are ok but I have a strong hunch that they held the T back a bit.

This 911 is spec very similar to that of the us spec manual supra i wonder which is faster and more fun to drive on track there almost identical twins of different flavor the 911 have a turbo flat 6 379hp 331lb-ft weight 3,281 lb (38/62%) 0-60 in 3.9 sec runs the 1/4 mile at 12.2 116 mph the a91 Supra MT have inline 6 turbo 387hp 368lb-ft weight 3,342 lb (52/48%) 0-60 in 4.3 sec runs the quater at 12.6 114 mph which is very similar you take away the 911 luanch advatange im sure there neck to neck in terms of straight line speed while the new 2019 supra 335hp zf8 lap this track in 01.58,8 min which is 3 second slower then this 911 T im sure with an extra 52hp and updated chassis suspension electronics and lighter forge wheels of the 2023 supra the lap time should be very close between the 2.
Impressive lap. But even more impressive is the base (manual) BMW M4 doing it in 155.6 🤯😯 Love Porsche but those bmw’s are crazy good!

Yeah I think they are the PZ4, more road based tire like a PS4S. Something like a trofeo or cup2 would be better for this.
@CJ it's a daily. Have you ever driven a cup tire ?? A cup tire, especially R are pain in the ass for a daily

GT4 waxed it by almost 2 full seconds. For those saying thie Carrera T is “the budget GT3”, the GT4 says “Hold my beer”.

1.55,0 vs 1.55,7 despite the GT4 running on Cup2s and the T running only PZeros, not even the better PS4S.
Put the T on Cup2s and it will dip into the 1.54s., quicker than the GT4.
GT4 was on cup2 and did a 1:55;00 which is 0.7s faster while this is on POS Pzero. If Carrera T gets cup2 tires it will shave off 2.5s to 3s which makes it siginificant faster than GT4.
so its slower than MT Carrera S? even tho it has pasm damn thats not a good look for T

The tested Carrera S had "PASM" also. Actually, the first ones tested were almost as quick as the 991 GT3s.
Also, that manual Carrera S time, 1:53:4 is only 0.1s slower than a GTS 4 with PDK. A really well going S.
the camera positions these guys use range from bad to worse. Why can UA-camrs post better vids?
Because youtubers have to show off and sell images, not facts or performance. And 99% or them are shitty drivers anyway.
