sorry for the MASSIVE delays on this one... I had the right idea at first, not giving a release date, but then I slipped and let one out. Regardless, I put a lot of effort into this one in particular, so I hope you guys enjoy it!

Seriously, between slasher villains, iconic swordsman, superpets, and monster hunter, it never occurred to anyone to pit the most famous space cowboys and thier ships against each other, Captain Kirk and the Enterprise vs Han Solo and the Millenium Falcon. Anyone?

Overall, majority of these match ups I do agree should happen; especially Grievous vs Nefarious.
+Redrunner during a DEATHBATTLECast, they said they thought they explored all the potential MLP battles and couldn't really think of one at the moment.
I think they just didn't have Discord vs Bill in mind.

I like the slasher fight but i have a more interesting fight in mind, Jason and Myers team up to fight his wrestling counterparts Kane and The Undertaker.
Kane and Taker really took inspiration from the slashers villians to make his characters, they also all of them are superhuman demonic entities that love hurting/killing people, both Jason and The Undertaker had died and came back to life plenty of times, both Myers and Kane lived in a asylum for most of his childhood after killing his parents(sometimes its the Undertaker sometimes its kane who killed them its not clear)
The slasher villians have better strenght and durability but The Wrestlers can hang out since almost everbody in the WWE its superhuman in cannon (seriously this steps are supposed to weight around 400 pounds ua-cam.com/video/s4xMCJXiWsU/v-deo.html)
This could be cool and would open the door for a medium that hasn´t been used at all in Death Battle Wrestling

it's either way above Sora's league (and maybe Cloud's idk) due to *SPOILERS* or rather weak (in comparison) to them (specially regarding speed and agility).
Gabriel Ryan-Leon it would not be a fair fight... Shulk is overpowered for those two especially if there using true Monado Shulk

Since it is technically a Rooster Teeth show, I needed to at least bring it up. Keep in mind that I merely was saying that "I think" they're expanding Ruby's silver eyes, DBX obviously isn't concrete evidence to that, but let's just say it made me suspicious.

Yeah, that DBX was a blatant cash grab advertisement for RWBY. They just gave Ruby the win to shill the show. I'm not really one to call bias... but I do not trust them with Rooster Teeth characters at all.

I've heard of Jenny vs. Robotboy several times, and never really cared. However, now that I'm thinking about what they're capable of, I actually want to see that. I know for sure that I'd like to see Boomstick go nuts over all the weapons and gear Jenny carries at once.
My most wanted death battle is a cartoon character vs cartoon character which is gumball watterson vs spongebob sqaurepants
That's an easy win for Gumball. Most Spongebob characters are only the size of a heel. It's the reason I always get so frustrated when someone suggests Patrick VS Ed. Unless someone suggests an opponent that can fit in the palm of a hand, Spongebob won't be in DB.

3. Yes! this is what I have wanted for a while! Battle of the genius sidekicks. The only issue is what to give to Coco. She can reasonably scale to Crash due to being capable of what he did in the first three games, but I don't think she could withstand much herself. She can fly a plane (then again, Tails would have the tornado) and she would have Pura, but he wouldn't really add much to the fight.

Galaxy is VS Unicron was actually in the first draft of my list, it's just a nice, larger than life battle.
I kind of feel Ego would be a better option for Unicron, two living planets battling to the death

Tell me what you think of my list I love to hear your opinion on my list maybe you might Fine them interesting and might be on your top 100 list or a future DeathBattle wish list
*Number 10:* I like this one, but couldn't tell you who I think would win.
*Number 9:* I've come to the conclusion that I subconsciously don't want Wario in Death Battle, I can never agree with any potential matches for him. But this one does make sense, and given what I know, could probably be a pretty close fight.
*Number 8:* I mean, yeah, I already talked about this.
*Number 7:* Dante's really powerful, but he has no way to kill Deadpool.
*Number 6:* Martian Manhunter has a better chance generally, but I like the idea behind this fight.
*Number 5:* The problem with Akame in Death Battle is that her sword is like an infection, once you're hit in a vital spot by it, even grazed, you're dead. If you're hit in your arm, you need to get rid of the arm to survive (but Ryuko wouldn't know that).
*Number 4:* I actually meant to put this on my Honorable Mentions, but it didn't manage, I like this fight though, even appeared on the chart.
*Number 3:* I really like this, both weapon/life-fiber infused characters, but honestly it's easily going to Nui, Crona doesn't have any way to permanently damage her. The Black Blood is durable, but as demonstrated by Maka, blunt force can damage him still, whereas Nui can regenerate from just about anything.
*Number 2:* Yup.

*2:* Maybe someone from Madoka Magica? I don't know, not super familiar.

*6:* Wow, how haven't I heard of this before, very nice. I'd imagine you mean Hal Jordan VS Richard Rider, in which case, they're both members of a super-powered intergalactic organization, and while the lantern rings are powerful, the Nova force is pretty good as well.
*Number 1:* Ice VS Fire, I like it, and Esdeath can almost certainly keep up with a Maiden. She's probably a bit too fast for Cinder to handle.
Redrunner Nice to hear your opinion about each of my fights I wish to see. But as for Ryuko Vs Akame If you think about can it affect Senketsu which I don’t think it can plus Ryuko is indeed faster so even if for some reason Akame Sword effects Senketsu (which I don’t think it cant) she would have to catch Ryuko
I love them all, including the honorable mentions. The best one would be mm vs piccolo, that fight would be epic and give some love to piccolo.
Not really into the idea of Dedede vs Wario. King Dedede vs King K. Rool on the other hand...
you do know that martian manhunter can fight on par with superman right? the only reason he's not at kryptonian levels of power is his fire vulnerability. Not to mention piccolo doesn't really have a lot of experience dealing with telepaths and he's never deal with someone on j'onn's level, so the latter could merely mind rape the former.
also little mac would destroy makunouchi, dude can outpace a guy who can run faster than a bullet train, hit harder than a charging bull, and take a beating from a guy who destroyed a building with his bare hands.
Here is my number 1 most wanted Death Battle of all time, though it may surprise you
*Hiccup and Toothless VS Hiro and Baymax (How To Train Your Dragon VS Big Hero 6)*
How To Train Your Dragon is by far my number 1 favourite franchise ever and since Death Battle are open to use characters from Disney like Scrooge McDuck and characters from Cartoon Network shows like Samurai Jack, why shouldn't they make this happen
They both can craft all sorts of different clever gadgets (which are as advanced as they can get due to being from different ages in time) who ride on the backs of things that they know a lot about, when I first watched Big Hero 6 I felt like I was just rewatching How To Train Your Dragon, and since both franchises have TV series now and with How To Train Your Dragon 3 out this year, it's as good a time as any
As for who I think would win, I'm not going to lie, despite Hiro and Baymax having the superior technology advantage, I don't see them beating Hiccup and Toothless, because they surprisingly don't have any gadgets or machines that Hiccup and Toothless haven't seen before, for example, even if ScrewAttack gave Hiro the Microbots Hiccup and Toothless have fought Night Terror Dragons which are Dragons that form shapes of a larger version of themselves to scare away predators, but they can only do so if they have their chief Night Terror with them, Microbots do the same thing, they form shapes but can only do so if someone is wearing that headband thing that I cannot spell the name of, plus Hiccup and Toothless's feats are superior to Hiro and Baymax's feats in almost every category, I'll only mention the best ones I've seen though I haven't watched all of the Big Hero 6 TV series yet
*Strength*
Hiccup: once Toothless was infected with a parasite that caused him to go feral but Hiccup learned that the parasite was allergic to salt so Hiccup lured Toothless towards a cliff side and jumped at him with enough force to send both of them flying off of the edge of the cliff into the salt water below...yeah and umm...how much does Toothless weigh again?
Toothless: once tipped a dragon proof cage on its side with another dragon larger that Toothless inside it (there really aren't too many Toothless Strength feats to go on about, this was as good as I could find)
Hiro: doesn't really do all that much heavy lifting though he did make a suit that increased his strength to lift pieces of a car (I think) but he didn't keep it because it was a pain in the ass to take off
Baymax: is said by Tadashi that Baymax can lift 1000lb
*Speed*
Hiccup: during a best trick competition with the other dragon riders Hiccup and Toothless flew towards a sea stack shaped like a bridge, Hiccup then jumped off of Toothless, landed on top of the sea stack while Toothless flew underneath it, and then ran across it fast enough that he was able to jump back onto Toothless on the other side, granted Toothless wasn't flying at his top speed but still... (also keep in mind that this was in the first freaking episode of the first series Dragons Riders of Berk)
Toothless: Toothless can fly so fast that a Mach comb forms around him as seen in the intro for Dragons Riders of Berk, meaning he's faster that the speed of sound
Hiro: the best I could find was when he ran across the krei-tech window inside the other dimension in the movie
Baymax: I think he is also fast enough to break the sound barrier
*Durability*
Hiccup: got struck by freaking lightning and then just woke up the next morning with nothing but a minor headache
Toothless: dove into an explosion powerful enough to completely obliterate the Red Death in the first movie
Hiro: the best I could find was when he got electrocuted by Baymax's defibrillator hands while trying to take off a suit that increased his strength
Baymax: the best I could find was when he got hit by that piece of krei-tech debris in the other dimension in the movie
Yeah, when you add in that Toothless can carry dragons weighing over 5000 lb and fight at the bottom of the ocean, plus Hiccup's sword melting glaciers, Toothless tanking Razorwhip slices (which can slice through Gronkle Iron), and Hiccup not only taking building-sized explosions and only being mildly annoyed, but also being strong enough to knock out Snotlout (who survived an erupting volcano and tanked an explosion half the size of an island) with one punch, the victor gets pretty obvious. Heck, now that he's a Titanwing Night Fury, he can best island-sized dragons in combat!
LittleZbot so looking back at this comment I realised that there are way better feats to talk about than what I mentioned, some of the stuff you said was stuff I knew already but other stuff you said I didn't even realise, for example: I knew that Hiccup knocked out Snotlout in one punch but I didn't know that Snotlout survived an erupting volcano or that massive explosion
so thanks and here is my updated version after I did some actual research ^~^
*Strength*
Hiccup: same as above but I learned that Toothless somehow weighs 1,776lbs, jeez how many fish have you fed him Hiccup?
Toothless: lifted Hookfang off the ground who weighs 5,000lbs, but he has also carried Barf and Belch in flight who weigh 6,036lbs, he also flew straight into a Dragon proof ballista hard enough to knock it into the water
Hiro: held up the foot of the Kentucky Kaiju while wearing the Nano Dex (I finally learned the name of that suit)
Baymax: same as above but he has also thrown one of the Kentucky Kaiju's eyes so far that it disappeared and held up a ship container, and later on a huge rock that would have crushed Big Hero 6
*Speed*
Hiccup: same as above but there is something I'd like to add about his reaction speed, when he was fighting the chief Speed Stinger (which is the fastest dragon on land) Hiccup was able to easily block and dodge its attacks even though a Speed Stinger's movements can be so fast that they appear invisible to a human eye, at one point Hiccup blocked its tail attack, the Stinger instantly flung Hiccups shield out of hand, Toothless caught it in his mouth while it was still spinning in mid air, and then immediately threw it straight back at Hiccup and he caught it with no issue
Toothless: according to the Theoriser who actually measured the Mach comb that formed around Toothless in the Dragons Riders of Berk intro, Toothless can fly over 900mph, as for reaction speed, he to was able to avoid and block the Speed Stinger's attacks, but he was also able to be just as quick and agile as the Speed Stinger despite being a larger and heavier Dragon
Hiro: he was able to catch up to Momokase and even caught her out of the air, when Momokase was in prison she did what most prisoners do to pass the time by marking her days in prison with 5 bar gates, but instead of doing it on the wall like a normal person would, she jumps up and marks them on the ceiling of her cell which is like 30ft in the air for some reason (note: I don't know the actual measurements)
Baymax: in the movie when he and Hiro were flying for the first time, there was a point where he boosted and a Mach comb formed around him, so he too is fast enough to break the sound barrier, up to 767mph apparently, but only for a split second
*Durability*
Hiccup: same as above but he also has survived nearly drowning almost every day, got right back up after falling from halfway down a well into an underground cave with Toothless landing on top of him, and survived both an avalanche and a cave in
Toothless: same as above but it's worth noting that the Red Death lives inside a Volcano and it was obliterated by an explosion, Toothless also got hit in the face with a fire blast from a Whispering Death and even an Armourwing Dragon who's fire is so powerful it blinds its victims (also both Hiccup and Toothless have survived an avalanche, a cave in, a building sized explosion with barely a scratch, and once got sandwiched between two shockwaves caused by Catastrophic Quaken Dragons, which are these huge dragons that curl up into a ball and slam themselves against the ground so hard that they can cause powerful shockwaves IN THE AIR!)
Hiro: once piloted the Kentucky Kaiju to cannonball into the ocean from orbit
Baymax: same as above
That's not surprising. It is a really good idea.
But hiro wouldn't do anything in the battle and just ride baymax the whole fight

I personally want to see Agent 47 vs Ezio
Ezio has Eagle Vision while 47 has Instinct, so neither can rely on stealth. 47 has a superior arsenal, but can't bring everything into a fight. Both use terrain to their advantage, but Ezio has a mastery of parkour while 47 slowly crawls up a pipe. Both can take out a room full of armed guards (the ending of Blood Money is quite notable for 47). I haven't looked into strength or speed yet and those would probably be the deciding factor. Given my current understanding of both characters, I believe Ezio would win.
I also want to see Dany Phantom vs Jake Long, Rogue vs Deslin, Bubsy vs Jake Conway, Jaws vs Ecco, and Bob Barker vs Alex Trebek
My personally most requested Death Battles would be the following:
1. Ganondorf vs Dracula (Two seemingly-omnipotent masters of evil with monstrous transformations and godlike power enter, only one leaves.)
2. Spawn vs Ghost Rider (A battle between two antiheroes whose hellish powers were bestowed upon them by the Devil)
3. A battle royale between the various incarnations of Link

Ever since Mario+Rabbids came out I really love the “Rabbid Mario vs Classic Sonic” matchup, a battle of the cartoony versions of already known rivals.
The matchup is surprisingly more fair when you look closer into it. Rabbid Mario has a Gun and a Hammer that can grant special effects, the most notable are:
Honey, which stops the enemy from moving
Vamp, which makes the enemy lose HP and heal himself
Ink, which stops the enemy from attacking
And the most powerful, Stone. Which turns the enemy to stone and stops the enemy from moving, attacking, or using special effects. This could be very useful against Classic.
He also creates a explosion every time he dashes into someone and a dance that can attract people to go towards him.
But finally, he has a shield that is specifically designed to shield Dash Attacks, this may not seem useful, but considering that a lot of Classics moves are dashes, Rabbid Mario has a defense against most of Classics moveset.
And feats wise, Rabbid Mario could scale to regular Mario, who we know has many impressive feats himself, but at the end of the game, Rabbid Mario defeated a monster who was gonna destroy the entire universe, which is also two universes combined as well. So This fight is pretty fair. But in my opinion Rabbid Mario has this.

My Death Battle pick.
Banjo and Kazooie Vs Finn and Jake.
Both are adventurer hobbyists that work in a duo.
Even though Finn & Jake are extremely powerful, Banjo's backpack has tanked a hydraulic press and a stomp from "Stomponadon" who is so big that he/she stands above the clouds.
Not to mention that in the podcast, Ben made an interesting point about the Rare duo. If it is a collectible, then it should count as part of their arsenal. This would mean jinjos could count as well. So would Finn and/or Jake be able to keep up with the them as well as the Jinjonator? Then, we have the golden wrench. I sadly don't know much about it because it is from "Nuts N' Bolts", but if it can summon vehicles, then that would also give an interesting boost in their capabilities.
I don't know/remember much about Finn and Jake's capabilities outside of Jake's stretch limit and ways to be immune from poison, but I'm gonna try to binge watch Adventure Time again just to see if it is entirely one sided or not.

Maka has fought and killed literal GODS. She has more mobility with her grigori soul. However, as well as the silver eyes, her genie hunter also only works with evil. I say Maka takes strength, Ruby takes speed. However with soul and his piano she can boost her abilities. She also still has her witch hunter, while not as powerful, it can work with any beings, as she used it with Stein and Sid.

Do Bill and Discord even have a way to permanently kill one another? I mean, the only reason Dipper and Mabel were able to injure Bill in Weirdmageddon was because he has just gotten a physical form. They were incapable of doing ANYTHING to him physically beforehand, and even then the injuries regenerated fairly quickly. The only way they stopped Bill is by erasing Stan's memory while he was in Stan's head, which is something I don't think Discord would try to do, but at the same time Discord is likely unable to be physically harmed either unless he allows it.
This isn't a conclusion I reached until I got feedback on this video, but in a way, you're right.
I think Bill's handshakes are capable of providing the power to kill Discord, and given that Discord has been tricked in the past by beings less intelligent than Bill, it's very likely that Bill will beat him that way.
On the note of your main point though, this is not a battle of physical harm really, reality warping is the speciality of both of these guys, so it's more so a question of who could erase the other from existence first.
I think discord has more power than bill since he was able to bring chaos to the entire world by himself and needed the strongest magic users with incredibly powerful artifacts just to bring him down. Bill on the other hand needed a human anchor just to get into the real world and couldn't control anyone without them making a deal with him, not only that but needed a whole team to keep the falls under his control and he was also defeated by a group of humans with barely any magical prowess at all. plus what's to say discord simply couldn't teleport bill to the former's realm of chaos to get the homefield advantage? bill is from a realm of chaos but discord created one.
also I don't think bill could trick discord so easily, yes discord has been tricked in the past but it was often by creatures he had history with and some level of trust, which bill lacks. Not to mention discord is no stranger to bill's brand of deception and would likely see right through his tricks, considering the former has used the exact same many times in the past.
really when it comes down to it, bill is merely a creature born from chaos while discord is a god.
@@Randomyoutuber-4831 Actually, the real limitation is a bit sillier, we see in Weirdmageddon 3 that Bill can dominate the minds of most of the Zodiacs, I think it's more so the steel plate Ford has in his head... In other words, a physical and identifyable object was capable of halting Bill's power.
Bill's deals seem to heighten his power to truly infinite levels, at least within the bounds of what the deal was.
I still agree that Discord has more raw power, but he technically hasn't shown any abilities that can easily kill Bill. Therefore Bill would just need extra time to manipulate or trick Discord, like what happened in Joker VS Sweet Tooth.

@@Randomyoutuber-4831 Being a god has absolutely no validity in a fight to the death. Kratos is a god but he still gets stomped by the Silver Surfer who isn't . Bill is known for his craftiness, and has shown it throughout the entirety of GF. He even manipulated a supergenius who could build a gun that erases things from existence. Also, Discord doesn't really get bored. He would rather play with and torture his foes for eternity rather than kill them. This is where Discord's flaw lies: he won't kill Bill (unless he fucks up Fluttershy, but why the hell would that happen?). Discord has been tricked before, and it even led to his powers being absorbed by Tirek. Discord is really gullible and would easily be vulnerable to Bill's tricks. On the other hand Bill only messed around with the Pines family because he needed them to further his goals. He easily dispatches anyone of no use to him (even turning most of the cast into banners). Now, unlike Redrunner, I do think Bill has a DC advantage, as Time Baby has stated that Bill would destroy the fabric of reality (and shows the universe blowing up), while Discord has shown to be able to be on par with Celestia who can move the Sun.

I have no problem with Rick in DB, if a character has stats to be pulled, why not put them in?
I don't think Junkrat VS Demo is as interesting as Jinx VS Junkrat, but I see why people want it. Demoman is a drunken warrior, a master of the sword, and the simple grenade launcher. I do believe the Rip-Tire is too much for him to handle though. His Sticky Bombs are his best chance, but I don't think it's enough. (Speaking on the comics though, it is fun to see him fight off a hoard of blood-sucking robots, combatting them through alchohol poisoning.)

I would like to see Lord Voldemort vs. Orochimaru.
Both have snake motifs and an obsession with immortality. Both are manipulative, have tendencies to use forbidden techniques (The Three Curses and Reanimation), and are able to live long using similar methods (Horcruxes and Curse Marks). Their backgrounds are a little similar (both considering themselves superior to others and seeking to kill their mentors, only to have that opportunity taken with Snape taking Dumbledore and the Third Hokage sacrificing himself), but to see a ninja vs. a sorcerer would be interesting.

I’m really hoping to see Giorno Giovanna (Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure) vs. Joker (Persona 5).
Joker has more options with all of his different Personas, is more physically active in battle, and Satanael is pretty much an unstoppable ace in the hole.
Giorno has Gold Experience, a Stand with the power to create life out of anything it hits. If it hits a person, the pain is amplified so it does a lot of damage. Gold Experience Requiem is also just as much of a one shot kill as Satanael, if not more. And while Giorno relies more on his Stand to do the fighting, Part 5 proves he can take the pain just as well as he can dish it out.
Both characters are geniuses in their own right and their powers are similar enough to leave me thinking of the possibilities. I think Giorno is more powerful than Joker, but with Joker’s quick thinking and wider arsenal of weapons, I think he has what it takes to manage against him.

Only worry I have is that Joker might not be able to see Gold Experience.
Robotboy Vs Jenny would be a nice Death Battle to see but I feel as though one feat of Jenny's might be flawed in it's analysis. Jenny did in fact throw an alien ship into orbit with the sun but she can't take all the credit for that because the ship is still flying in the sky. The ship doesn't seem to be giving off any exhaust so it must be flying with some kind of anti-gravity which would theoretically weigh next to nothing.

Being a general grievous fanboy I do appreciate you finding a worthy opponent in doctor nefarious, the only person I could think of for that fight was doctor octopus. That being said death battle has been amalgamating canon and legends continuity with pretty much all their Star Wars characters so far right? I highly doh t grievous would be the exception if he ever gets in.

I actually disagree, link may be able to slow down time, but Cloud is capable of moving at the speed of light and reacting to light speed attacks, if you read the guides for the Disgaea series Sephiroth has multiple light speed attacks, and also, cloud tanked a Super Nova, so I don't think the ancient arrows going to be much of a out.
8. I honestly say stomp in Rouge's favor, Rouge can at least keep track of Shadow, Shadow's speed is in relative range to Sonic, and Sonic has 2 particular feats that recount him running between multiple universes to return to his own universe.
7. This one could honestly go either way, if Bill gets tricky and makes a deal, game over, it's all dependent on if Bill becomes the wiser, the chances are slim, but it can happen.
6. I actually give it to Star simply due to how DB doesn't like to squander someones arsenal in a life or death scenario.
5. I've got to give it to the General since... well... the plasma rifles are shooting plasma... laser beams... lasers move at Light Speed...

Stomp with Maka, the Silver Eyes have only been canonically noted to work against Maiden's and Grimm, something that I've come to realize are essences of the god of destruction as Magic was noted as his gift to humanity. Ruby is a lot faster than you noted as she can keep up with Mercury Black who can dodge lightning, but Maka can do the same thing effortlessly, and if Maka cleave's Ruby's soul, no Aura, no Semblance.
3. Alex would be a nightmare... Alex all the way.

3. Sokka, Jaune may be likely within the ranges of Lightning Timer, but lightning timers are a thing amongst a good amount of the Avatar cast, Jaune may have a lot of aura, but Sokka has more utility and has faced several a bender, giving him an experience edge.
4. If we're talking Archie Silver, Silver stomps, no matter what Trunks we're talking about, and if game Silver is able to go super it won't be a happy ending for Trunks since Silver in base already had the speed advantage with Sonic cross universal scaling, and being able to deflect and damage Extra Dimensional beings like Solaris... meaning Super Silver is baseline 4th dimensional.

Saying that Cloud is FTL because some text is like Saying sonic es FTL because he claim to be, theres nothing that support that Cloud or Sephy are Light speed, plus in DB they never said that Sephiroth can go a saids speed, and about the supernova.., thats a rough one, because it did happen In the games, but latter in the canon FF 7 movies we saw that Cloud was damaged by much Minor things, plus the attack literally never kills you even if you are 1hp (yeah its a weird attack), but eh the ancient arrow atomize enemies ignoring durability, so...
About Honorable mention 10:
Klonoa is too much for Rayman. He tanked exploding Universes and dark sun blasts, destroyed crystals which were as big as him, which have large density, and defeated beings far higher tier than what Rayman's ever done.

Death Battles I personally want to see:
Sombra (Overwatch) vs Kasumi Goto (Mass Effect) - both of them have similar powersets with their ability to hack and turn invisible. Sombra has the advantage of her EMP ability and her translocator to get her out of trouble, while Kasumi has more defense with a shield barrier and her overload ability can take on shields. Honestly, as much as I like to think of Sombra as Best Girl, Kasumi would probably hold a fair advantage over her if you consider all of her abilities in both Mass Effect 2 and 3 because she also possesses armor-piercing ammo, flashbang grenades that can become frag grenades, and a hologram ability.
Sasuke (Naruto) vs Griffith (Berserk) - It's mostly a thematic Death Battle as both characters betrayed their friends to satisfy their ambition. The fight itself would be a bit harder to call because I don't think Berserk has gone into all of Femto's abilities aside from the telekinesis he displayed in the 2012-2013 movies (and of course his ability to fly with his wings). Sasuke, however, has a shit-ton of known abilities ranging from fire and lightning style jutsus, teleportation, genjutsu, shadow clones, and even creating a giant avatar that serves as an ultimate defense against most attacks. If you guys think you have a better suggestion on who should fight either of them you can let me know.
Kirito (Sword Art Online) vs Lord Grim (The King's Avatar) - Japan's most infamous Black Swordsman vs China's own fallen Battle God. Kirito has the knowledge of a multitude of games and tends to stick to dual-wielding swords. Lord Grim is the game of Glory's best unspecialized character, possessing a weapon capable of taking on multiple forms to serve the abilities of all 24 of the game's classes. Intel gathering on Lord Grim is a bit harder since most information comes from the light novels rather than the show or the comic, but through my own research, I've determined that Lord Grim is faster than Kirito and can keep his momentum up better than Kirito can. Lord Grim's top speed is around 756 APM (Actions Per Minute) though he normally sticks to a modest 200 APM while he was working on leveling his avatar up. As for my momentum claim, just look at when Kirito fought the Gleam Eyes raid boss by himself. Sure, he looked to be going super fast near the end, but The Gleam Eyes caught one of his swords and killed his momentum. Meanwhile, Lord Grim at 200 APM kept a World Boss known as Blood Gunner Yagg stun-locked by simply striking at him over and over, suggesting he can keep his opponents from landing a hit on him when he gets really serious. Kirito might have overall better strength depending on which avatar Death Battle decides to focus on (because he has about five if you count how he reset his Alfheim character by the end of the first season) but Lord Grim has better speed and a wider range of abilities he could use on Kirito. It might be based on bias, but I think Lord Grim would win this.
Ainz Ooal Gown (Overlord) vs Satou (Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody) - A lot of people like to say that Diablo should fight Ainz, but I'm gonna take a different route. Keeping up with the video game theme, Ainz is a powerful death mage with over 700 spells under his command that includes summoning, elemental magic, and (of course) death magic. Satou, meanwhile, has a ton of his own spells and abilities (obviously including elemental magic) but also special skills that make him suited to blend into his new society as a merchant. Ainz's most powerful attack may be The Goal of All Life is Death, which disintegrates everything within a large radius and can even turn a patch of woodland into a desert. Satou's most powerful attack may be his Meteor Shower, which he used to go from Level 1 to Level 310 in an instant. So who do I think would win? Well, if Diablo is a King and Ainz is a God, then Satou is the non-believer. In other words, Satou is extremely overpowered and didn't have to go through the effort Ainz went through to get to where he is now. Also, Satou has access to holy weaponry that can be fatal against Ainz being an undead, such as Excalibur and Gjallahorn. OH, AND HE HAS FUCKING MAGIC GUNS! The only major weakness in a battle that I immediately know about Satou is his tone-deaf speech making it difficult to chant spells, meaning he either has to rely on one of his slaves to chant a spell or he needs to use an item to cast a spell. IF this battle were to take place, it'd be another Goku vs Superman argument, no doubt.
Nero (Devil May Cry) vs Hellboy - It's literally the battle between the two guys with literal devil arms. Nero has the Devilbringer which can absorb and assimilate devil arms and give him powers like he did getting Devil Trigger with Yamato. However, when he loses it in DMC5 he replaces his arm with Devilbreakers, which are mechanical arms with special abilities like lightning, concussive force, and even stopping time. He has a revolver called Blue Rose and a sword called Red Queen. Hellboy, meanwhile, has his stone fist, the sword Excalibur, his own trusty revolver, and some magic. His power can also be magnified when his horns grow. Honestly, if you couldn't tell from my description I'm not too brushed up on Hellboy, but I still think this matchup would be cool.

After playing and loving Xenoblade Chronicles I really want Shulk in a death battle. However, I feel he is too overpowered to go against generic swordsman like Link, Cloud, or Sora. But I have heard about him going against Lightning for the Final Fantasy series and I can see how this fight can be cool even though my knowledge of Lightning is limited. I just want Shulk in a DB.

I once suggested Lina Inverse (Slayers) vs Beerus The Destroyer (Dragon Ball).
I was told it was "too random". Which honestly, I completely disagree with. I was absolutely serious and I feel confident in saying they have an incredible amount in common. I really put a lot of thought into that for it just to be dismissed as "random".
Beerus is a god of destruction of unparalleled power that is truly on the level of cosmic. He is also a grouchy, selfish, childish, and at times comedic force of pure destruction with a legendarily feared reputation as such, among everyone. He also has an incredibly petty hair trigger by even the slightest of disrespect and is inherently obsessed with food, and is known to have his disproportionate, petty anger satiated or distracted by the promise of delicious foods or other such distractions he finds worthwhile.
Lina Inverse, ALSO, just like Beerus, is vain, selfish, childish, and at times a comedic force of pure destruction with a legendarily feared reputation the entire world over, among everyone. She ALSO has an incredibly petty hair trigger that can cause her to bring down massive destruction at the slightest hint of an insult or disrespect to her, and is inherently obsessed with food, and is known to have HER disproportionate, petty anger satiated or distracted by flattery, or the promise of delicious foods or other such distractions.
Lina Inverse is an unfathomably powerful sorceress that has tapped into POTENTIAL power that has APPROACHED the cosmic levels of Beerus, particularly with several potentially world ending, cataclysmic spells like the Ragna Blade and the Giga Slave that have the potential to wipe out existence and once was able to be a temporary vessel of The Lord Of Nightmares who is the embodiment of the formless ultimate chaos of the void that existed before all time and has given life to all such things that can just as equally take it away, and literally blinked out Hellmaster Phibrizzo (a final boss type of character) out of existence like it was nothing. Lina Inverse definitely possess Dragon Ball levels of power and destructive capabilities easily and can even do things like fly, putting her on par with a lot of Dragon Ball characters through, demonstrated feats.
Like, there are so many parallels between them even as far as power, not just personality.
I think Lina Inverse WOULD eventually lose, but I think it would actually be kind of close and a good fight. That is, depending on if the Lord Of Nightmares WOULD be willing to take over her body, as besides possibly the LoN seeing Beerus as a threat that needs to be corrected, the LoN might actually refuse to use Lina as that vessel as he/she/it isn't exactly motivated to do something like this unless under the most extreme of circumstances. It all depends on if the LoN thinks the foe is serious enough for the LoN to CARE.
But then again, it did see Hellmaster as something that needed to be erased, so maybe it might see Beerus the same way and agree to inherit her body to deal with him. Without that, IF the Giga Slave and Ragna Blade didn't hurt Beerus, aside from that, generally speaking, Lina needs a LOT of enhancements to BECOME as powerful as that, and a lot of her powers are situational in ways that Beerus's is not, and I think that WOULD eventually make the difference.
But then again, bringing a form like the Lord Of Nightmares into the equation seems like it would be the immovable object meeting the irresistible force.... since both entities are godlike forces of destruction that can erase with hardly but a thought, EXCEPT with the LoN using Lina's body, Beerus has the speed and reflex advantage to destroy her body with the LoN IN it, right before it gets the chance. She might also try shamanistic powers to dissipate Beerus's form from the astral plane, but then similar to Darkseid vs Thanos, she would find the Astral dissemination spells of that nature dosn't work if she's not in her own universe. (This is because the rules of the astral plane in Slayers only works as long as that plane also exists, and I don't think the Dragon Ball universe has a system like that. Their system is very different, as all is ruled by the OmniKing(s), NOT by any kind of gods-and-monsters-in-balance system like the Slayers universe works on and thus the Astral Plane works off of, and while Beerus can move the fight anywhere he wants with Whis's assistance, Lina can't hop dimensions on her own and can't do the same)
So I can see Lina losing for sure, but they are VERY alike, in terms of character and personality and also in power and strength. So I hardly agree with my suggestion being shot down as "random" the way it was when I mentioned it.
....and failing that, I think Lina Inverse vs Broly would ALSO work.
She has taken down enemies as powerful as him before. If Beerus is a bit out of Lina's league, Broly certainly is not and IS a match for her. Lina Inverse has fought and won against the likes of the Demon Beast Zannafar and even Shabranigdo, so I think she could potentially take Broly as long as she is able to stay two steps ahead of him, and since she is a much smarter tactician than him any day, she would probably be able to do so, while using one of her signature ultimate attacks like the Giga Slave to beat him similarly to how Goku has. A move like that or the Ragna Blade would be able to slice through him, provided she has a smart enough plan to maneuver into it, and she's done things just like that to zero in on titanic demons and god-level foes of similar power.
I really appreciate the amount of research you put into this, but I disagree on Broly being a substitute. The initial match-up is good because of the similarities you already listed, Broly no longer has those. Even if Lina loses, I think it would be interesting to see.

My 5 most wanted Death Battles right now are:
5. Ant-Man (Marvel) vs The Atom (DC Comics): These two would be fun to see fight because seeing them Shrink and Grow at different times and counter each other with their size would be cool. Ant-Man's gadgets and Atom's science would be amazing to see used to their own techniques and skill. Dont know which versions should be included, but would still be an awesome fight, and the einner is dependant on what versions they agree on.
4. 100% Zygarde (Pokémon) vs Perfect Cell (Dragon Ball): Now, I know you all are saying that it is a stomp, but trust me, it is close enough to be an epic fight. First, Cell "claimed" that he can destroy a solar system, but has failed to show that power. Back to the fight, Cell vs Zygarde would be a massive Earth shattering battle, with all the abilities Cell is made up with, like Piccolo's regeneration and Frieza's durability, against Zygarde's list of powful and useful attacks, like Recover, Draco Meteor, Land's Wrath, Thousand Waves and Arrows, plus status moves to boost his strengh. Id say the winner, even though I love Pokémon and said Cell is lower than Solar System as he claimed, would still be Cell because of his...cells and data from powerful beings in the DB universe.
3. Kenshi (Mortal Kombat) vs Genji (Overwatch): Where do I begin with the similarities! They'd have the theme of Samurai vs Ninja, both are cursed/gifted in a way, both are spiritual and contain spirits in their weapons, and have gone against warriors above their own class. Seeing these two have a fight would be amazing to me since I like playing as both in their games, and seeing how they would use swift attacks and energetic burats of sword slashes. My opinion on who would win eould be Kenshi since he can go against God like beings and his telekinesis and spirit helpers would double his defense and offense in the fight.
2. Meta Knight (Kirby) vs Dark Pit (Kid Icarus): A fight between two fight-hungry dark Anti Heroes would be cool to see and is a fight Id see hsppening if Zero doesnt come into play. While I already think Meta Knight wins with his many years of combat experience and training, Dark Pit isnt that outmatched. Being at an equal level to Pit, who can fight beings like Hades, Medusa and Pandora, Dark Pit is very sturdy and is a hard hitter. Having an advantage in range and Arsenal since he can not only reflect Meta Knight's range attacks, but having a full set up of long range staffs, Canons, and bows, Dark Pit can prove to be a worthy brawler to Meta Knight. Id love to see Meta Knight and Dark Pit counter each other's blows and be at stalemate with the Dark Pit Staff and Galaxia Darkness, bit like I said before, Meta Knight is clesr for victory.

1. Rayquaza (Pokémon) vs Ridley (Metroid): My two favorite nintendo Dragons and near my favorite Nintendo characters in general, seeing these savage beasts test their might against each other would be legendary. With Ridley being powerful enough to fight Samus and command Space Pirates, while Rayquaza is strong enough to beat, calm, and overpower Groudon and Kyogre, even when Primalized, they would be destructively equal. Rayquaza is strong and is Mega form can definitely bring power since it has one of the strongest Pokémon base stats game wise (sharing stat total with Mega Mewtwo X and Y) enough to make it on its own tier level, and Ridley having his many feats and forms (though some would be unavailable because of environmental vantage) like Meta Ridley and Omega Ridley, are enough to match Mega Ray. It would be slightly easier for Ridley to win but Rayquaza has many abilities and effects to tuen the tables, such as.... (A) Boosting it's own stats to be on par with Ridley, or even lower Ridley's stats to have more advantage since they are near equal in the most part. (B) having a wide arsenal of attacks that can do status, healing, and powered up effects. (C) Rayquaza also having the ability Delta Streams puts it in a more suitable environment for battle. With that in mind, my idea of who would win would be Rayquaza. This is a fight that ive requested for a long time and would still be hyped to see it one day.
