Yes girl loved this vlog explaining foods. I recently got esophagitis & gastritis because of so much inflammation in the gut. It also caused me perioral dermatitis last year and had to get on very strong antibiotics for it to clear up. It’s so hard to always eat healthy but little by little we can do this! 🫶🏼
Loved this vlog!! I totally agree with you on the food and what they put in it. When i lived in Mèxico in 2021 i dropped almost 35 lbs when i moved there cus of how less processed the food was . And i was eating 6 meals a day (tortas, tacos and everything) and clothes kept falling off. I fee you on the read baking you up. I would have to eat fried plantains to help me stay regular when eat bread. This vlog made me excited for nursing school this fall! Buen Trabajo Hermana!!
Hey chica! I love your videos! Now that you're approaching the end of nursing school, what strategies you used or currently use to study, especially MedSurg? 😊
hi! i love watching your nursing videos as it’s such an inspiration. you’re so pretty btw! i’m a nursing major right now at cc and am debating on applying for the fall of ‘25 or fall ‘26. for cc ADN nursing programs, i have to apply a year before to be accepted for the following year. for instance, if i want to apply for fall ‘25, the application window would be open from fall of ‘24 through the beginning of feb ‘25 for fall of ‘25. hope that makes sense. i will be taking anatomy during the summer and plan to become CNA certified before the fall semester since it counts as a lot of points! i will be taking physio and microbiology during the fall. everything is based on a point system so the more points you have the more likely you’ll be accepted. do you think this is doable? does it sound too rushed or like it would be difficult to achieve? just in a dilemma right now and need some advice from a fellow nursing students viewpoint. ;)
Hey Cynthia!! Thank you so much and I would say it is definitely doable!! I did summer classes and doubled up on some so I would be able to apply during the time I did :) just don’t forget to also take care of yourself, organize and prioritize your goals so you don’t get overwhelmed or burnt out :) best of luck beautiful 💗
Love this video! And I am the same way “I am lucky and it is a privilege to be studying for something I love”
