Love watching all of your channels. One thing I would add is a first aid kit with alcohol, bandages, Tylenol, etc. You handle a lot of equipment and GOD forbid you get hurt, you should be able to put disinfectant and bandage on the wound. I would keep Clorox/Lysol wipes in the truck as COVID is still a real concern. I would get a pair of sturdy gloves for both of you and a good flashlight to leave in the truck. Because you drive distances , I think having a old sweater/jacket in the truck would be great in case you need it. Also, please always wear the proper shoes…would hate for something to fall on your foot. I wish you both much success with your company. Keep the videos coming in all of your channels. I love watching you two.
Thank you guys. A lot of people don’t take time to show us the essentials needed for the truck. Really appreciate it. I’m definitely making a playlist and notes on all of your content. Thanks BTC you guys rock 🪨
ily my dad just picked up his truck and im doing his permits and whatnot and ive been using your channel and others to build my needs list thank you so much
You can use road flares instead of triangle and you forgot add first aid kit and extra fuses! Plus you need to get that fire extinguisher mounted properly before you get a violation! You also don't need to have a eld in your truck if you are doing short hauls (150 miles as the crow flies) or if your truck is was made before 2000!
You might want to read up on having stuff in your windshield you can put stuff on your dashboard but not on your windshield unless it is a camera dot will give you a ticket for that
I have 2 Hinos for sale, Jacksonville, FL. (1). 2007 Automatic with 273k miles, 24t with liftgate, No CDL required. (2). 2008 Automatic with 202k miles, 26ft with liftgate, No CDL required
Tnk you so much for all the contents you share. My question was how much you need to start box trucking company. I’m thinking about getting to the game.
You need to file MC 150 but IFTA is not applicable to you as a Boxtruck driver unless your vehicle weighs over 26,000 lbs. in that case you would need to be a CDL driver IFTA-Qualified Vehicles An IFTA-qualified vehicle is used, designated, or maintained for transporting people or products. A qualified vehicle: Has two axles and a gross vehicle weight or registered gross vehicle weight exceeding 26,000 pounds (11,797 kilograms); Has three or more axles regardless of the weight; or Is used in combination, when the weight of such combination exceeds 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight.

Hello Andres, thanks for your questions. Just FYI, We provide these suggestions in the description of every video. There is an amazon storefront link, but I will provide them here for you. GPS : Garmin dezl700 amzn.to/3pkXrvl ELD : Motive ELD service : Edward Jones 213-568-6771(tell him the boxtruck couple sent you) Toll Pass : This depends on the state , you can find out where you're going in advance and then research the type of pass you will need. We don't have a pass, they just bill us after we pass through
Greetings. I plan on getting the business. There is much more to it than I thought. Thank you for this platform. You are just about my favorite channel to watch. I will be operating out of Covington, GA. My question to you is, is it realistic to think that I can be successful without being on the road for weeks at a time? I actually want to be home everyday. I realize that successful is broad, but my standard is that I just want to do better than I am working at a box plant.
I’m sorry I just saw this. All you have to do is schedule it. Today would’ve been fine. My calendar is up to date on the app here calendly.com/boxtruckcouple. You just need to open it and check the availability I have open
