      @@nickthegardener.1120 I was given some tips on growing in the ground and it’s clearly worked! Tasted great too, the rest is in the freezer haha

      @@GanggangPeanut they are and I’ve plenty left to harvest, but that one parsnip will last me for quite a while!

    Awesome Jen, I really need to remember to take more still pictures of the garden. Oh purple variety 🤣 sounds good. I haven’t decided if I’m even going to grow garlic this year they are such a long growing plant. Lots on the go 👍. Hope you and Pops are well, Ali ☔️🥶🇨🇦

      @@myrustygarden yeah you forget how far you’ve come and how much things grow, so it’s great to sit back and compare. I’m worried about my garlic and winter onions as it’s done nothing but rain since I planted them…hoping they don’t rot!
      My pops is back at work so might not see him as much, but he’ll be at the allotment when he can, lovely to hear from you 😄

      @@Allotment.Newbie-Jenna I can understand that concern Jen I had my elephant garlic rot in a bed a few years back and silly me tried growing garlic in pots and they drowned 🤦‍♀️ but as long as you have drainage they should be ok 👍
