Awesome Jen, I really need to remember to take more still pictures of the garden. Oh purple variety 🤣 sounds good. I haven’t decided if I’m even going to grow garlic this year they are such a long growing plant. Lots on the go 👍. Hope you and Pops are well, Ali ☔️🥶🇨🇦
@@myrustygarden yeah you forget how far you’ve come and how much things grow, so it’s great to sit back and compare. I’m worried about my garlic and winter onions as it’s done nothing but rain since I planted them…hoping they don’t rot! My pops is back at work so might not see him as much, but he’ll be at the allotment when he can, lovely to hear from you 😄
@@Allotment.Newbie-Jenna I can understand that concern Jen I had my elephant garlic rot in a bed a few years back and silly me tried growing garlic in pots and they drowned 🤦♀️ but as long as you have drainage they should be ok 👍
I’ll be glad to get back to the allotment x
That’s a stonking big parsnip! Congratulations.
@@janeclay1917 haha thanks, tried it last night roasted, was lovely! Rest has been frozen, could have fed 5-6 people!! 😵
