Geoff is just a force of nature.
Geoff has worked at both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios for many years. I believe all of Voiceplay has too.
That's why for the Grinch video they were able to get the actual actor used in the theme park to play the Grinch and if I am not mistaken they got help from the actual makeup artist(s) used by the studio as well. If you haven't reacted to that, put it on your list for Christmas.

Voiceplay has also been working with Broadway shows doing arrangements and videos for marketing. In addition they have also done arranging for the other a capella groups.

Also, voiceplay made a cover of Grimm Grinning Ghosts from Disneys Haunted Mansion. Voiceplay is based in Orlando where Disney is

I love the drops on this one. Most of VoicePlay have worked at the Orlando theme parks earlier in their lives. Geoff mentioned that he was once a Frankenstein. Thanks for your reaction
Hey Ms. Danielle! When you mentioned Geoff voice acting, I remembered he reads short stories and posts them on UA-cam. Voiceplay has never done Thriller to my knowledge, but I'm sure they'll do it at some point. Also, did you catch that the heads were singing in head voice? That's an awesome musical pun if there ever was one. Great reaction!
I don’t know about “Thriller,” but he does that laugh in VoicePlay’s cover of “Grim Grinning Ghosts.”

In this one Geoff is changing his normal singing voice to pay homage to Thurl Ravencroft who originally sang this song for Disney.
Most of this is true as far as I know. However, Bing Crosby originally sang this for Disney, Thurl Ravencroft dubbed over it for the rerelease later.
VoicePlay has done live shows for Disney in various venues, including for the cruise ships. I agree Geoff would be an awesome casting choice for either animated or live action roles! Love you Danielle!

Geoff does "far over the misty mountains" from The Hobbit, it's incredible.
This is Geoff's homage to his idol, the late great Thurl Ravenscroft (the original voice of Tony the Tiger, the singer of You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch as well as singer and/or narrator for multiple Disney projects including this very song). Somewhere on YT there is a video of the two played side by side for comparison.
as stated vioceplay is all from Orlando and all the members did time at Orlando theme parks (Cesar possibly not withstanding). during Geoff's time he played oggie Boggy in a now defunct stage show (some clips still exist however knowing if it is Geoff is impossible.) Geoff also does some book narrations on his channel from time to time so there is that.
Actually, Cesar played Wolfman in the Beetlejuice show as well, *after* Geoff's tenure though.

Geoff has discussed his admiration for Thurl Ravenscroft who was one of Disney's top singers / voiceover actors. Thurl was "The Grinch". He was "Tony the Tiger". His voice is everywhere in the Disney theme parks. If there is such a thing as a vocal doppelganger Geoff and Thurl are such things. 2:08 yes... as an amateur bass singer myself I find that keeping the tone as far forward into the mask as possible is what is required to get those low frequency tones. Especially when dealing with subharmonics. If the tone gets to far into the chest the tone falls apart.
Everyone is mentioning that he worked doing Frankenstein at Universal but I think his wife also worked as Mrs. Frankenstein.

“Bass singer cover” - this song was originally performed by Thurl Ravenscroft - a true bass who was a Disney legend of the 50-70s - and also the original voice of Tony the Tiger. Thurl also performed the original “You’re a mean one, Mr. Grinch”. This cover was an homage to him.

My earphones have a very good frequency range and all I know is that when Geoff hits those low notes, I get the chills and goosebumps! 🎃
A fun thing to notice as well is all the other heads are singing with their head voice or falsetto cause they have no body to make a chest voice!

I hope you could also add some Korean singers to your rotation:
1) Sohyang's (also a gospel singer) Bridge Over Troubled Water, Immortal Song version- you'll be amazed at her range and voice. Then follow with Arirang Alone, You Raise me up, Lean on me, I Will Always Love you, I Have Nothing, Misty, and end with Everyone. You will get the full gamut of what she's capable of, much like Mori.
2) Park HyoShin's Wildflower, Yu Huiyeol Sketchbook version- super emotional song he wrote about confronting difficult issues. Best male singer in Korea.
3) MAMAMOO's Killing Voice by Dingo Music. 15 minutes of their greatest hits and harmonies ( Eargasm ahead).
