Being an Indori I would say this is a 10/10 recipe. Sir please try Indori Gathiya chat. You‘ll feel an extraordinary deliciously good explosion in your mouth. 😋 Special tip : Oldest authentic gathiya chat is not what is being shown on UA-cam by all the knowledge less food bloggers. There was and there is only one place in tori corner Malhar ganj Indore where 70 years old uncle has been selling gathiya chat for ages. He has a very small and old shop with no name and which open in evening only. Please try and share the recipe.

I'm indori & i would say what 19-20 can be said for this video That's ok that charkha bondi is not there but making indori poha is the main part what many people wanted to know.. Infact many indori people can't make it perfect 😂😂😂 (haldi bohot daal dete hai) the recipe is soo close to the actual 🙌🏽.. Only difference is I add green peas(mattar) not peanut I'm following you from covid, also tried few of your recipes and it tastes soo good, also not only for this poha recipe but for many other recipes, you bring the closest of the actual taste, that even other chefs can't do .. keep it up sir 👏🏽

Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe, pohe/ poha is a favorite in our home, being marathi speaking I always make the regular pohe. I will certainly try this, I love to try out new recipes. You explained the washing process very well and for inexperienced people that will be very helpful. If possible can you show Karnataka style ‘Huli avalakki’, huli means sour but here refers to tamarind and avalakki means poha in kannada. It is made by coarsely powdered poha, tamarind extract and spices. It is a version of tamarind rice/ puliyogare but with poha instead of rice. I make it regularly and it is very popular in Mysuru and Bengaluru. I am sure your viewers will appreciate and enjoy it. Thank you 🙏🏼
Yesss.... Indori poha are really very good to taste... The jeerawan मसाला takes the cake though.. It's such a taste changer.. Simply superb it tastes.. I add it to upma also. And bread butter slice tooo.... Try it sometime it tastes great... 😂
