Thanks for posting this man. Was torn between the saddlemen set up and the gambler and slipstream. The saddlemen looks off on these FXLRS and I think the curvature of the whiplash suits these so much better. Definitely have established that I am in fact getting the slipstream!
Yea!! I felt same man. Looked around UA-cam n couldn't find any vids on this. Yea believe slipstream will look best no doubt! I had a similar seat on my 48 and you weren't riding two up unless she was a petit with lil butt haha! So I decided on Gambler for a bit more of the passenger cushion.
Its been awhile since you posted this, so I am wandering what your long term opinion is. I seen a video where one guy said this damaged the paint on his gas tank and fender. Has this been your experience also?
Congrats for your bike! I received mine last week and I love it 🤩 I was looking for a seat and I like the one you choose 👍 and I think I will order it in Matt Carbon Are you still happy about it? And what about the comfort for you and the passenger? Thanks for your answer, ride safe ✌ Max from France
Well I jus did 200 miles yesterday riding through some country back roads and a CPL Twisties. Really enjoyed it! I think still need forwards tho 😁 or at very least something to stretch my legs out more on long distance
@@adama.4126 O Wow lol,I wasn't expecting a reply so fast and thanks👍. Just did some research on the whiplash site and I'm really liking this gambler seat, and other products as well. I forgot to ask, what is the seat height with this seat? I'm 5'4""and so I'm kinda short lol,but it is looking great even for my height. Again, thanks for the info and this whiplash site,Keep living the dream my friend 👍😎.
Love the seat! How much further does it push you away from the bars? I'm a shorter guy and I am already finding myself having "reach" for the grips...I'm am really thinking about getting one of these.
Does it sit you lower or higher? I have a 2020 StreetBob. I don’t mind sitting back a little because of the mid controls, but I don’t want to sit any lower. I have 13 inch T bars as well, don’t want to be stretched out. I’m 6’1
Just ordered the slipstream seat for my lrs last week can’t wait for it to get here! How long did it take to get yours? I have the quarter fairing and love it btw
Man you wouldn't believe how quick these guys work. I believe I put order jus this past Friday or sat and I immediately had any email next day from them asking about more detailed features and that they started working on seat and would ship next day. Jus arrived vis UPS today
This company would make some nice seat for Fat Boy/ Breakout as well. Your seats looks absolutely awesome.. This sit push you little bit back I guess..
Def! I'm thinking of maybe doing like a crash bar , it would act as a foot rest too. That's kinda been my issue on longer rides jus want to stretch. I've def gotten used to the mids tho and I like em. At 6'1 I could def see you being scrunched lol. But get yourself a seat that kicks you back more and some forwards , dude you would be chillin!
Adam A. I’m not giving up on it yet. Love the look of this bike. It was fun but gotta be able to relax on it. I would probably put some higher risers to bring the bars back about an inch as well.
@@hoss6048 I'm 6'2. I switched the stock 4" risers for 8 " risers which brought the bars back around 1". I initially was going to put forward controls on as well but after riding it for 1700 miles I adjusted and ended up really liking the mids...I would suggest riding for a month or so before making adjustments...you may find you really like it as is.
@@hoss6048 Absolutely. My hands are just about level with my shoulders. Back straight. Really improved the comfort. For longer rides a simple crash bar is fine for my feet. Mids are perfect for riding around town. I wouldn't even consider forward controls now.
Does the edge of the seat his the tank ? If so does it rub and leave a mark ? Love the seat
That’s a great looking seat. I went with the Saddlemen solo, no 2-up on my LRS, but those look great. I love my LRS, nearly a perfect bike!

Awesome! At most it's an inch or two. I find myself liking the seat much more then stock one.

Whiplash gambler vs saddlemen step up for a 02 dyna low rider? I need help choosing! I NEED one of them...
Looks 👌 Good. I ride a 2019 Lowrider. How about a video of the exhaust pipes, are they Samson or Vance & Hines?
Just added a video now brother! Vance and Hines twin Slash slip ons

Any interest in getting rid of this seat if you still have it/the bike? lol (I know it's a long shot, but thought I'd try. ha).
Great, thanks for the advice on the seat!! Can you do a video of the sound of those Vance & Hines please? Great bike, congrats!!!
Just added a video now brother!
Hey guys , let me know if y'all want a video of my thoughts on bike and background of how I got it and what not.
Did you have any fitment issues? Was the front tab hard to get it to slide forward?
You talked me into it. The black Friday deal too.

Are you happy with the seat?
How much does it position you from the stock seat?
Any idea how wide the rear seat is?
Beautiful bike!
Can u take measurements of the width and height pleasse
Hows that seat treating ya?
How long I it take to get it in?
If you get forwards hope you video it. I test rode one the other day and I didn’t dig the riding position. I’m 6’1 and was too scrunched up on it.

beisdj0 the adjustment of the bars helps a lot? Helps you relax and sit up a bit?

Hey guys! Jus added a sound clip of the twin Slash slip ons by Vance n Hines
Just ordered it a week ago
I got mine fairly quickly, within 5 days
This is a rebranded C&C Squareback FYI

Just without those nasty ass flames hahah
@@eloymorales9159 C&C doesn't make them that way unless you ask them to. It's fully customizable.
