      Linda tarde Max, hoy no pude seguirte en vivo, pero ya ví la, retransmisión.
      Cuando hago mi entrenamiento de pierna, en mi calentamiento, hago una rutina como ésta, un circuito de 10 - 12 min y comienzo mi ejercicio. Igual si entreno torso, sólo que la voy intercalando entre cada dos ejercicios de mi circuito. Hago mi rutina más dinámica y ha mejorado mucho mi condición física y fuerza y la capacidad pulmonar. Gracias por la dedicación, un abrazo desde México !
