  • A short Video about “How To Balance Yourself?
What does it mean to be Balance? Your Body and Mind come together to balance and to relax. When you practice qigong, you can balance energies of Yin and Yang. When your body’s Relaxed, your minds at peace, you mind feels light. When your mind let it go, and calm, your Body feels joyful and at peace as well. When you lose Balance, you will lose your healing.
Hopefully this can inspire you to enjoy Qigong Exercise daily.

My depression i realized gets worse in the summer. The loneliness over takes me and seeing all the happy people with their loved ones, gives me a longing that I'd never wish on my worst enemy. I loveeeee the sun and sunshine(I am a summer baby) but that mid 30's depression has ruined my joy. I haven't been outside of have seen sun in quite a few😂

I experienced a similar depression. It lasted on and off for years. One thing that helped me was to take pause when I felt normal or even joy and note what was happening, what I'm grateful for, and to tell myself that I was proud of me for doing something that made me uncomfortable or anxious. Gratitude, especially for the small things, really adds up to a foundation of confidence and self-love.
Also, sitting with myself for a long time - days, weeks, months - and analyzing what brings me true joy (no matter how seemingly mundane or trivial) and doing that thing as often as I could really helped me.
My priorities before were focused on being the best I could at work, and always showing up for others in their time of need, regardless if I had any energy left to give or not. It drained my reserves. I was walking around in a hoody during the summer level depressed, sunglasses at night and when I was in the grocery store depressed, and I could go on and on. BUT, taking time for me - ALL the time that I needed - to feel strong again really brought me back.
And the number one rejuvenating aspect of the whole experience was getting out into nature. Even if I didn't have the energy to hike, I would drive out and sit and listen to the birds and wind in the trees, and take in the vivid colorful life all around me. It made me feel like I was part of the planet and the stars around me. There's a great sense of comfort that comes with realizing that you are a part of something much larger.
Cutting down on screentime really helped too.
I apologize for the long response, but I was there and in hindsight it was a scary situation to be in. Especially so because I was great at masking my pain. I had some very final thoughts and nobody knew.
If this helps at all, then it was worth writing it down. 👍 Everything in life is an ebb and flow, and I can assure you that it will get better if you keep going. 🫂

I'm a summer baby 2 I have had depression for many many yrs ...walking is the best medicine just start slow walk round the block.... I had to make myself do it .... when you wake up Stretch ...like dogs n cats do ❤ then 2:54 5 things to do before you get out of bed....1 Express Gratitude. 2 Set intentions for the day. 3 Take 5 deep breaths in and out . 4 Smile for no reason. 5 forgive yourself for yesterday's mistakes ❤❤❤

Thank you for sharing. I learning this from a mentor, all of our lives is like a heartbeat, up and down. It's part of our journey to beat challenges like it's a game.
Other have said Gratitude is amazing in changing our emotions and energy to positive only.
A hack I learned is that you can only think 1 positive or neg thought. Can be both at the same time. Catch you're consciously thinking of what your feeling and flip it like a light switch to one of your goals and vision for the amazing life you've been given. Cheers to all of us and amazing happiness. Also, pen and paper is one of the best tools to get old thoughts on to paper and throw it away forever.
