    Your getting closer man! Open up that wallet now and get prepared to spend LOL Sounds like willy wonka Fizzy bubble car LOL I love it! How come you didn't put one of the cable throttle assemblies on it? you know if you have to much spring tension for the return on the carb valve it will snuff these engines out for some reason makes them a pain to start randomly. something do with leak it creates, I went through that first time.

    Put a bigger jet in your carb, and unbolt the pull start and turn it so you pull with left hand, and turn throttle with your right hand. With that air cleaner, you may have to go up several sizes bigger. Your free flowing exhaust will have the same effect as the air cleaner. DO NOT RUN IT LEAN, you'll burn the valves. Check color of spark plug, when you have it right, it will be light to medium brown, not grey or black. Check it after a medium speed run, and again after a full throttle run. Clean the fouling off the plug before each run. When you reach your test speed, run it for 5 or ten minutes, then without changing throttle, hit the kill switch, then read your plug. Running a little rich won't hurt anything. Hope this helps.

    Decreasing the size of rear sprocket and increasing the size of front sprocket can modestly increase the top speed of a 4-stroke bicycle by 5 mph. Having better exhaust can increase top speed by 2 mph and better carb by 3 mph.

    The pedometer readings were a great addition! Fascinating, actually!!! My only suggestion would be to add music 🎶 the next time you add pedometer readings. I would assume that most people are used to having music accompany still slides/ photos. Include some upbeat bike riding 🎶 music. Just a suggestion. Especially since you have close to two minutes of still graphics. People want music to go with that. Ruthie 4.27.22

    Okay got some advice for yeah if your brave enough LOL CVT is way off on that thing you know! Clearly sporting a RED spring on the Driven pully (center hole)! Either are going to need a Yellow spring! In slot 1 of the pulley! Or your going to have to drill a 1/8 hole 5/16 from hole one on the driven pulley to get your CVT to fully engage! your motor is taxing out and the cvt is not even opening up! Can tell right off buy 29mph lol That thing should be going even with governor in it at 38-40 mph easy! about 46-50 without out governor. Spring settings are for 6 inch wheels remember on that cvt! ps: hole one is left/hole 2 Center / hole 3 Right when the center hole it directly in center on the top of the shaft! looks at you!

    That thing is going to get you hurt, engine is too wide too high in the frame and too top heavy, the crank shouldnt be higher than the axles, crummy cant brakes put v brakes on it, also you have bicycle tires and tubes put e bike speed rated tires and tubes. Put that engine on a 3 wheelers and put a 80cc 2 stoke on the bike. also get a full coverage helmet, been riding 50 years, also no kill sw and no clutch , show your dad this death trap

  • @d00der41
    @d00der41 Рік тому

    This thing should be able to easily exceed 55. You're constantly overreving and getting tons of pumping losses to get speed. Need to raise your final gear ratio. Get a smaller wheel sprocket and/or larger drive sprocket for the torque converter.
