It's NOT dangerous! As with any motor vehicle, I'm sure he regularly inspects his components. I have made 3 regular bike frames motorized, I'm looking for another bike I can put my 212 on. Awesome video!
Have you ever looked in the deathrow motor kit tranmission it's built putting a 212cc predator on a bike and has the drive sprocket on the right side of the plate it would allow you to mount the motor in the center again
I got a good job man but i dont have the the money to buy a car. But i got blessed with a new engine from harbor freight i bought a bike from Walmart its a kent 700c bike and well the jobs from where i live is about 2 hours away. Trying to get my life on track brother it would help i do appreciate you 💯
Yeah you were moving LoL that's pretty quick and pretty darn fast. I don't think you'd want to go faster really. Still have to be careful even at slower speeds. Great job. Glad you wear a helmet and when you rode wearing shorts i thought if anything ever happened I'd hate to see rode rash on your legs. I appreciate you being a Christian as i Am too. I'm subscribed.
so noticed the delay of the throttle, usually means you need a bit more fuel at idle. then im not sure what screw you were turning with idle adjustment? stock carbs is usually a black screw to the butterfly valve or on aftermarkets is a screw to lower or raise the slide, but you were messing with the throttle stop?
Can you walk me thru what tourqe converter you used? So far i have a engine with governor removed completely and a bike and the mounting plate i just need to know what chain and does the sprocket matter like is it the same as 2 stroke kits i have a 36 tooth.

I really like what you did to get everything to work, however i need to warn you that that bike is extremely dangerous. I own a 212 bike myself and i know the power and speed they have. Putting a 212 on a standard bike frame with just that small mount is extremely dangerous, a regular bike frame is not meant to and will not withstand the force of an engine that big and powerful for very long. Even worse are the regular bike wheels and rag joint sprocket adapter your using plus the fact that its a quick release axel, that combination gives you a death trap. Quick release axels can pull out of bicycle frames even with weaker engines and with a 212 im surprised it hasn't already, the rag joint spoke clamp and standard bicycle wheels can not and will not withstand that kind of power. The bike is a complete death trap, look at my channel or other people who have made 212 bikes, you need a gas bike frame, custom wheels, custom machined motor mounts and everything to build something safe with a 212. This isn't a hate comment in fact im a fan of your UA-cam channel but im saying all this for your safety
I agree that the rag joint may not be safe with this type of engine. But I think his frame is fine as long as it is steel. I dont see how an aluminum gas bike frame would be any safer than a steel frame. Maybe better mounts but they can be custom made for a regular steel bike frame. I definitely think with that 212 he should get the sprocket hub adapter, heavy duty tires and tubes, front suspension, and custom heavy duty mounts.
Unless he’s using the bike as an off road vehicle, I don’t think riding on paved roads will be that hard in the frame. I’m still waiting to see a motorized bike snap in half from a motor 😅

For sure. Thanks I appreciate it!
Awesome dude! The 212cc is far superior to 80cc and 50cc motor options!@@HanzelFonferek
I've almost got mine done. Using a 224cc predator. 10tx44t for gearing. Thanks for sharing. Got to see what to exspect
That's awesome! No problem, thanks for watching!

Look at all those trusses!
Nice run 🚲💨💨💨💯🏁
Thanks bro 👍💯🤙🚴♂️💨💨💨✌️
Pretty sweet!😊
Thanks Robert!
just an fyi, you can connect the kill switch wires on your throttle to your engine, and get rid of the switch on the motor
Yeah I know, just haven't gotten around to it
I need to get you some red loctite to secure your screws what is your top speed I see you didn't remove the governor nice bike but be very careful

Yeah I 36t will work good. That's what I used

Man thanks when it's done I'll send you a video through email how it looks man really god bless you man you really helped me out
@JulianJaimez-eb2jo Yeah no problem man. God bless and good luck with you're build
I really want to build one of these just didn’t know if it would fit on a mountain bike lol
Yeah main thing is ya just have to get a big enough bike frame
how did you put the bigger crank bar in it for the pedals, i have a longer one but idk how to put it on
it came with my kit
So it would clear the engine
do you think electric is better? i tested one that was 3k and it was super fast but the gas is cheaper
Depends what you want. I personally prefer gas over electric because you don't have to wait for it to charge
yeah gas is lowkey better could stop at the gas station and refuel for another 40 miles+ in less then 2 minutes
Yep
How fast does it go?

I've heard that about QR but I've never had one come loose on any of my bikes. Does the vibration from the motor work it loose?

How fast does that go? What is top speed? I'm guessing around 70mph.
Lol, only about 40mph
40 is fast enough for a bicycle
my bike with a 100 is an absolute boat anchor
Dang
what a death trap
