- This was the first session out on the trackday with Circuit Days last year. It was good fun out with these other cars whilst learning the Toyota!

As far as your laps of the ring go.. that was pretty tame, and quite entertaining to see the bmw drivers pushing their absolute limits to try and hold the little MR2 off while you were sat at 80% most of the time from how the video looked anyway, I could be wrong but certainly wasn’t as aggressive as a lot of your ring videos 😂

great pilot, very fair driving, VERY steady car, White BMW should have pulled over long before he did. You showed great patience !!
An exercise in restraint
NOTHING makes me happier than Toyotas/Hondas showing BMWs and Mercedes that the only thing special about their expensive European cars are the engines and their engines alone.
You can see how much the wingless white BMW was holding you back once it eventually stepped aside. The way you aggressively attacked those next corners was a thing of beauty (and bravery!) The only thing the wee car was done on was top speed, in the corners, pilot and car were in another league to those around them. Great vid!
This is like a spirited convoy drive with the boys round the twisties - on steroids.. Loved it
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Danny can drive!
You weren't even pushing the car to it's maximum and your quicker than those M3s with more than double the HP in the corners, only thing the M3s could do was pull you a bit on the straights.

Great driving btw Dan! Your really calm and patient! Must be frustrating going round with other drivers getting in the way but you keep a cool head. Car sounds amazing too! I’d love to go around the ring in my s2k but to nervous of other people.

It looks like it is a 6 speed probably just has a shorter final drive for better acceleration

Good video, some terribly driven BMWs as usual though. On the Nordsleife you get the very fast local ones flying past or the poorly driven ones that don't want to let anyone past.
