My House renovation part 3

In 2019 i moved with my so called friend to this house, with lots of financial support of Rienk and Gema, after taking care of this guy and paying for all he, without paying me back, ran away!
The renovation was already on the way and here I was alone and without money so I had to took a loan, my house bank, FiBank refused to give me a lan after 7 years having a positive credit check.
Thanks to my new banker DSK I took the fastest loan, 30 months which was monthly lots of burden to start the needed renovation..
This was in 2 parts and first to have a inside bathroom and a kitchen and a new living room in wood.
Now I am ready to renovate the second floor and to give it as a peaceful, fun, Airbnb.
Well let's see if I can make it complete and to get a honest offer from a construction company.
80% of all materials needed are already purchased except the tiles and furniture.
But this second floor could be a nice place on the old road towards Greece and Turkey which is a little less that 1 hour drive.
If I would break the wall open from the back the view will be great for a morning, lets say, coffee!
There are lots of things to see around Polski Gradec, the people are friendly, 2 shops, post office and yes a nice Mayor.
I have lots of grapes and fruit trees Grapes to make lots of natural wine and even brandy.
Great neighbours always ready to give a helping hand and taking care of my cat Tomche if I need to travel.
Me? I am happy so far and it would be great if this renovation would be ready so I can receive guest and to take care of them with my cooking passion and guiding around this area.
Polski Gradec which means: herb garden, is situated 10 km from a big coal power plant but the air, caused by a micro climate, is very clean and is known as a ++ green zone!
