Started my clean slate reset this month and I know how beautiful and amazing my future self would thank me for the current work I’m putting in. I pray I do not self sabotage.
The 3 days part really hit. Definitely implementing this into my mindset with regards to working out, editing my UA-cam videos, etc. Thank you for the suggestion! So so good!
Perfect timing. New subbie..I really appreciate how detail you were with the How's and Why's. My 3 tops goals are to ... 1. DEVOTE MORE TIME WITH GOD 2. SAVE MORE, SPEND LIST 3. DECLUTTER MY LIFE, i.e clothes, shoes, etc..Live in a more simplified fashion. LESS IS MORE😊 ❤
This is definitely me. In addition to these 3. Reduce my junk intake. Spend 15mins minimum learning french. Moving my body. Good luck to us. Let it be done according to God's will.

@demetreana3397 I felt like you were writing my story! I’m 42, and also decided to go back to school this year. I’ve been taking on as many classes as possible while still working. I also started weight training in June and swim lessons to improve my ability and form. I’ve dropped into tennis meet up before, and they were a lot of fun. And you definitely work up a sweat. Good luck to you on your journey and accomplishments!

Thank you for all of your advice and guidance 😊 I told myself that I wanted to make 2025 my best year of me and it didn't seem right to just waddle around for the next three months without doing anything. I'm treating these three months as the jumping start into that future me I plan to achieve.
This video came at the perfect time! I will be 40 early next year, and I have to buckle down and stay focused on a few goals I have set for myself before I turn 40. One of them is dropping some pounds. Thank you for this beautiful! 🩷

I would love to know more about Passion Project, Planning and Time Blocking. I get up, go to work and because of health issues I don’t do much when I get home except sit and watch tv or read, plus the hubby is still physically living here although emotionally checked out. I need to find Me! Thank you for this and I’m off to watch some more of your vids! ❤

September is the best time to reset. New year with the holidays and all the credit card bills and expense and the dark dreary weather in january is the worst time to reset, ironically.

Nope what I am saying is getting cancer, someone dying, losing a marriage that’s a REAL problem money can’t fix. Not having rent, not being able to buy groceries are problems too but you would probably not trade those problems for the first set!

Meditate before I walk in the house after my commute. I always feel overwhelmed when I get home and then I stress eat
