C6 Corvette Oil Pan Install

Before the heads go on we are turning the engine upside down and mounting the new oil pan. The Trailblazer SS comes with a front sump oil pan that can starve the motor for oil on hard launches. The correction for this is to install a C6 Corvette oil pan.

i snapped one of those rear bolts that had 100+ torque specs :( gut feeling said stop, double checked the spec and kept going. was a sad night
