It’s classic manipulation, and the fact that it’s coming from another woman just… it shows what side Habba’s really on, IMO, and it’s certainly not the side of justice, or even for the side of money. I had my Union rep try and force me to sign a legal document, saying "it i just a standard NDA, you don't need to have a lawyer look at it" then when i said that i would have my lawyer look at it he proceeded to accuse me of playing games and wasting time, that i should just sign the document.
I hate NDAs and see them as another means for the damaging party to silence or further control the individual that was wronged.

I am very interested into when this moves to Bianco officially sues the Club, Habba and Trump and what kind of communication is unearthed on the Club/Trump/Habba side of the fence. The NDA already works against Habba since it clearly states that the parties have no legal representation; no attorney-client privilege to fall back on.

I feel like “Trumps worst lawyer” is hard to score. It’s a packed field.

Rudy set a very high bar for other lawyers to be worse than him.

There are two or three reasons he employees people like her: 1 - her looks; 2 - her willingness to play dirty and be unethical (allegedly); and 3 - so he can say that he was given bad legal advice or represented inappropriately in the courts when he appeals with DIFFERENT lawyers (if he can get any).

The main reason is - her looks. Trump just wants a pretty woman standing \ sitting next to him in his court and other appearances. He gets off on it.

I appreciate the level of detail in this content. Shady lawyers are not a shock to anyone. This level of shady is just astounding. Trump needed a criminal lawyer so he hired a Criminal Lawyer. On the bright side he can expect good prices on parking in her husbands garage.
