No, LE is a bad source. Here's how the Dems cheated. They wont get away with it. 1. The counts in the disputed states (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia) show electronic manipulation. 2. The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude toward desired results. 3. One to two percent of votes were forged in Biden’s favor. 4. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots. 5. The scanners failed to keep records for audits, an outcome that must have been deliberately programmed. 6. The stolen cryptographic key, which applied to all voting systems, was used to alter vote counts. 7. The favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed in ballots. They demonstrated manipulation. For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within 2-3 hours. 8. Dominion used Chinese parts, and there’s reason to believe that China, Venezuela, Cuba interfered in the election. 9. There was a Hammer and Scorecard cyber-attack that altered votes in the battleground states, and then forwarded the results to Scytl servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to avoid detection. 10. The systems failed to produce any auditable results. Based on the above findings, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with “high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred [sic] to Vice President Biden.” worldinformation24.info/2020/11/29/the-smartest-man-in-the-room-just-joined-sidney-powells-team/

@Daniel James I did say he's a muppet. But neither of those things can be compared to what Trump incited on January 6th for example. Or plain refuse to concede in an election and undermine US democracy.
@Daniel James He was only acquitted because the senate didn't reach its 2/3rds majority (voting 57 in favour, needed 67 to pass.) That's one thing that makes this channel really fun!
Actually, Rudy completely blew the scene in “My Cousin Vinny”. He was questioning a witness who had rather severe vision impairment, and using a tape measure, he measured the distance to the entrance to the courtroom, and held up his fingers. The witness couldn’t see how many fingers were being held up, but the judge (played by Fred Gwynn) had no trouble seeing, and asked the court reporter to make a note that two fingers were being held up. What the judge forgot was that while the witness couldn’t see very well, she could hear, and this exasperated Vinny. It was really the judge’s only mistake. So if we want to take Rudy’s analogy, one might ask if the Republican observers were all suffering from impaired vision. Maybe they needed, as the witness testified “a new set of thicker glasses”. Of course, what Rudy doesn’t mention is that Democratic observers were kept at the same distance. The reason? We’re in the middle of a pandemic, and it’s necessary to keep poll workers (who are often senior citizens) safe, and minimizing their exposure to risk. Tell Rudy to get his poll watchers a set of binoculars next time. Also, Rudy now has the record for flop sweat, finally beating out Richard Nixon, who was notorious for it.

@Greg David You realize that unless its used in court, proven to be accurate, and the verdit goes in favor of it, this is inherently a useless webpage right?
As a Georgia person myself, if Kemp really did what Powell says he did with the votes, it would have been the best thing he has done for this state since the pandemic started.
The fact that we have to tolerate this from the same party who keep saying "facts don't care about your feelings" is what's so maddening about modern politics.
The only way to conciliate that edgy but seemingly true statement with their blatant lying is that it’s in fact a gaslighting statement. In that perspective it’s not so much your “feelings” that they seek to dismiss than your intuition and reasoning that goes against theirs...
Despite the time/money wasted and potential wear and tear on democracy, I actually hope it continues, because those of my friends and family who (misguidedly, not maliciously) voted Trump need to see just how unhinged him and his cronies are. I've no illusions about Democrats being perfect (they have issues as well), but the Republicans' do-nothingism and truth denial is a cancer to this country. We deserve a better conservative party.
@@amurizon Don't hold your breath. A lot of Trump supporters are already knee deep in some kind of stab-in-the-back myth by the moderate Republicans. A good chunk of their base are currently in the process of completely losing their mind.
that's because it's empty rhetoric and gaslighting from the right. always has been. they always project on to others what they want to do or did, justifying it by telling themselves "the other side" already did it.
tbh if the People's Party (a party whose primary mission statement is to get corporate money out of politics) gets the support it needs and the modern Republican party implodes due to becoming the party of Trump, we could see the emergence of a more "moderate" (by US standards) party on the right, made of ex-Republicans and corporate Democrats. Then we'd have an actual Left and Right wing party pair, instead of an alt-Right wing and a "we can't call ourselves right-wing but we are"-Right wing party. Not perfect, but better than where we are now.
I like someone else's theory on here too, "Trump's Giuliani-9000 is leaking oil, he should get that checked." If Q can subscribe to conspiracy theories of a deadman and a crumbling government tampering with our voting machines, Giuliani being a robot or symbiote possessed seem perfectly logical.
Literally scrutiny levels have been pounded into my head since my undergrad. And the fact this is federal court? I mean Lordy, Rudy is really really inept.

Keshavarz-Nia concluded with “high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred [sic] to Vice President Biden.”

Hence the qualifier "more or less".
Rudy was just remembering the last time he was in court. That movie also came out in 1992

"They lost one of their victories." Is a great way to sum up the Trump campaign's lawsuits.
Also, two of the recounts requested by Trump increased Biden's lead. Trump literally paid to lose even more. Some art of the deal, amirite?

Nope, that makes him, "Devin of Past's Future" which is a bit too X-Men... wait, Legal Eagle? Is Legal Eagle the mutant that straightens out all of the X-Men's property damage claims? Also, hi Matt, your channel also rocks.
We have already covered strict scrutiny and rational basis test in my high school AP US government class. Kinda cool that I know some more about law than the president’s attorney.
It makes you cool, but doesn't it also make for a sad state of affairs? Because I would hope that a high school student knows less than the lawyer for the freaking POTUS.

Counter Theory, wasn't hair dye, was the venom symbiote leaving Rudy for a better host.

"When you ask for evidence you're question is inherently flawed." Oh boy
She’s a real spin artist that one. Watched her interview about having once been a campaign supporter. But NOW this is about all Americans! Yeah ok
What's scary is she's not even hiding that it's not evidence-based. It's either an outright con or else blind faith. Both are in stark contrast to an early quote from her: "to write anything less than an accurate statement of facts can cost an attorney credibility with the court.”
And when we ask for evidence and you have nothing to show for it, it kinda gives the impression that you're pulling this out of your ass because god knows this pitch could use some kind of basis in reason.
"The legal kraken was the friends we made along the way." I can get behind that.
