Bas aapse main ques poochna tha k kya aage koi issu to nhi aayega..agar in future koi issue hai to kya remedies choose karni hogi.jisse ki wo helthy rahe.

We should avoid Tea or Coffee with breakfast.Take at least after 2 Hrs.
