Vitamin B 12 is not found in milk. Vitamin B 12 is found in fermented milk products such as curd and butter milk only.
I have majority of these symptoms and I am a pure Sanatani vegetarian... I take Vitamin B12 tablet... 1200 mg per day... My problem is I am a lactose intolerant which I guess is not taught in medical schools in India... That means my body doesn't make lactase enzyme to break lactose...
