  • Logitech MX Master 3s Full Review - Update to one of the best mouse! This video will go over all aspects of this mouse and bolt dongle, including the pairing process, a brief look at Logi Option +, ASMR sounds comparison between the buttons on this mouse vs the previous MX Master 3. And yes it is that much more quiet and silence. I also like the feel of the buttons much better as well. Find out more of my thoughts about this mouse in this video.

    There was a time when I would NEVER pay $100 bucks for a mouse, but after using the MX MAster 3 for almost a year now with my Mac, I can’t live without it. If you need efficiency with your workload, it’s a must.

    Hi @ArtIsRight , great review - LOVED it 🎉 I already have one for my home office and I was going to buy a second one for work, but was considering the pale gray as I already have the graphite one. quick question - have you had any staining with the pale gray?

    • @ArtIsRight

      Slight staining and discoloration still persist even after alcohol cleaning.

    Thank You Art for another awesome video!! I did a comparison between both the Logitech MX Master 3S and the Logitech MX Master 3S for Mac. Only difference I saw was that the 3S will work with both Mac OS & Windows OS along with having three color choices over the 3S for Mac having two. Curious, why would they designate one for Mac? Is it just because of the Space Gray color? Thanks again, Great job as always! 👍😊

      Just unbox those and the Mac version will still work with PC. About the mouse they are exactly the same, just a slight different color way. And for both mouse and KB, you don't get the BOLT dongle included and the cable is USB C to C instead of C to A

    What is your advice, please, to take what is written on it for the Mac? without a dongle? Or take the one with the dongle??? Is there a difference in speed, for example, between Bluetooth and a dongle?

    • @ArtIsRight
      @ArtIsRight  Рік тому

      I prefer the dongle, external, you can, with an extension cable put it closer to the mouse and KB. Bluetooth is build in and have signal limitation.

    Here's my question. This mouse can be linked to three different computers. So I link it to my main computer. Then lets say I need to reset my computer back to factory status. Now I need to pair up this mouse again. Does this mean I will need to use a different connection point or can I still use the first point where it was originally set up? I hope that's the case because otherwise what's going to happen if I reset my computer more than three times? Will that make the mouse un-pairable because I have already used the three link points?

      "Does this mean I will need to use a different connection point or can I still use the first point where it was originally set up?"
      This can change as needed you can even over ride this without formatting a computer.

    I find that the bolt receiver does not play well with Mac Os. The mouse cursor would frequently freeze, stutter and skip across the screen. It's so frequent that I resorted to using it on Bluetooth because its far more stable. The bolt receiver is stable on Windows though.

    • @ArtIsRight
      @ArtIsRight  8 місяців тому

      Try putting it in a location that is closer to your device. Also these receiver are more prone to electromagnetic interference. I.e. data cable. I found this out myself.

    The rubber covering on the mouse turns sticky, careful light washing helps for a day, then the stickiness returns. I like the mouse but the stickiness is suprisingly annoying and distracting. Others are having this issue as well, I hope logitech will change the covering and offer a solution to those with the mouse.

      Interesting, I have not found that to be the case with the current and previous gens. I have a few of them MX Masters that are 3-4 years old already. But good to know

    Unfortunately I’ve got really small hands and the Logitech MX Master 3/3S is just too big for me, it’s too high and too long. I’ve got the M720 and this is the perfect size, and when I saw the announcement about the MX3S I hoped S would mean small, and this would just be a smaller version of the MX3. Seems Logitech only produce the MX3/S only for people with bigger hands.

      I have small hands and no issues with it - it’s very comfortable! It did take changing my “hand posture” to get used to it, and it’s far more ergonomic than the anywhere 2s I was using previously. I absolutely LOVE it!!

    polling rate 125Hz - huge latency (main functional parameter of the mouse) , and somebody calls it one of the best? - its absolutely opposite.... Polish features on poor engine... absolutely ridiculouse mouse... worst investment in my life in periferials

      @ArtIsRight  Місяць тому

      It's not a gaming mouse; that is why they make gaming one. We all have opinions and are entitled to them, and you certainly have yours.

      @@ArtIsRight nope, there is no difference between gaming and working. I am CAD designer, I am instantly clicking and creating geometry, I need accurate movement with proper response...... With this mouse, I am overall slower, not so precise, making lot of mistakes lot of errors !!!!! Only due to latency. you are making milions of micro movements per day, each micro movement is slowed by at least 10 miliseconds, and quess what, it makes you overall slower.... from 8 hours of working day, I will do less job, with more errors..... What a proffesional mouse!
      DPI is marketing ..... its like a video camera... its fine to have 20Mpix sensor instead of 5Mpixels... but when 5Mpix should work on 120fps instead of 20Mpix on 25fps, you simply see the difference of the power....
      Mouse in price range 100Dolars euro + on 125Hz polling tŕate, thats robbery in those times.... I am just simply angry, becuse I bought it through company resources, and its almost impossible to let it get refunded!!!!
