I had to get an expander and sometimes when I talk I accidentally spit on people. They act like I did it on purpose and that I meant to do it. I will NEVER hurt people. I learned to love myself to bring light to myself and how i survived?loving yourself isn't that Easy ,Is hard and painful and hurts somethings ,i haved many childhood traumas in my life ,but..i learned to love myself ,because i noticed that i am not alone ,so Many people including my family didn't believed in me that i was gonna be an amazing ', artist"or to be famous and loved they telled me that i was a "Peace of shit" or nobody loved me" i grow up listening people talking Bad and shits in my Back, and telling me that "i wasn't good enough"people telling me that "i never gonna be happy " that i never gonna be a Star" and my dreams can't comes true ", they all didn't believed in me, they all hated on me just for Little and stupid things , they maked me hate myself ,i suffer from eating disorders and have to confront a abusive family who confront AND fight everyday i haved to confront the bullying That i was living in School ,i cried every night ,i cried in Silence when my heart was dying my mind was drained AND having breakdowns and getting mad for no reason ,trying to cut my skin but couldn't do it ,even if they hated me ,i still loved them , it's hurts to remember when they Hited me, when i did just childhish things like ¿I was a fucking Child ?but they didn't notice they we're making me insecurities ,looking myself disgusted about myself ,crying in the bathroom ,crying in secret in my room,i was empty ,i hated myself my whole live,having social anxiety, i was down and depressed i wanted to die,i tried to kill myself Many times but i couldn't because i noticed that my dad even if he was so far away and i noticed that i still have a family and even if they used me AND manipulated me,i never hated them :( but Now..i learned to love my Body to love myself and Now i am a free butterlfy ,so love yourself maybe Is hard but i can say that" you can do it"(and sorry for this entire Bible 😂) that's how i learned to love myself so if i could do it you can too ,i love you 💜 beautiful person ❤️i hope you heal for whatever you have AND be happy ^^😊

Try to do things that make them happy, be there for them all the time. So you start by doing what makes you happy. You wanna go watch a movie for a break, go watch it! You feel like eating something? Treat yourself! Don't wait up for someone to do these things for you. I know, motivation is important too, but one realisation is very important : no one is gonna stick around forever. To add to this metaphor. People will look at themselves and see rock, think it’s boring and ugly, so they build a strong diamond shaped container made from glass plates around of it saying “Look I’m a diamond”. If only they’d drop the glass fake diamond and let the friction of life erode their so called “ugly rock”, they’d find they were already a true diamond all along. A diamond when you first pull it out of a cave looks like any other rock because it’s still submerged :)

To add to this metaphor. People will look at themselves and see rock, think it’s boring and ugly, so they build a strong diamond shaped container made from glass plates around of it saying “Look I’m a diamond”. If only they’d drop the glass fake diamond and let the friction of life erode their so called “ugly rock”, they’d find they were already a true diamond all along. A diamond when you first pull it out of a cave looks like any other rock because it’s still submerged :)
I think no make up or plastic surgery will ever make me look pretty i think the worst of my self people judge me for every little thing and those comments hurt every time i look in the mirror those words come to mind.
