If that 4 star is supposed to be playable in 4.6, wouldn’t he be announced along with Arlecchino ? Maybe he will only make appearance there and be released later..
You have a very good point. Not to mention we haven't even seen character models in-game either.
I'm almost as excited for Emilie as Arlecchino. I'd love to use burning, and the only dendro character I really like is Baizhu, and he's a healer.

I saw a leak saying the 2nd half is now Wanderer and Baizhu yesterday. Baizhu doesn’t really make sense because he recently had a banner with Furina. I have a feeling that it’s either gonna be Childe for an "all Fatui" patch (quotes because Wanderer used to be one but now doesn’t want anything to do with them), or Furina because of the Archon rerun tradition. I kinda hope that this is true because I really want at least a patch to save for Alhaitham and Furina 😂
We saw those leaks too, and would’ve have covered them, but of course they are leaked right after our video😂

Damn i wish I had started saving for arle earlier I only have 120 pulls atm I don’t think that’s enough to guarantee her weapon,but anyhow I’ll be grinding like crazy for primos in 4.6 with the new area.I must get that weapon my ADHD won’t let me use her with anything else

I've heard Arlechino will be on the 2nd half because her boss won't be available until after the story quest. But who knows.
I need that scythe so bad. Her kit seems complicated, but in a good way not like complicated in a confusing way. Maybe a better word is intricate, I bet she will be really fun

For someone with neither would arleccino be a better dps than neuvi?
It depends on your needs. If you already have a Pyro DPS, I’d say to look into pulling Neuvillette, and likewise with him if you have a Hydro DPS already. Like, for me, I have Hu Tao and Ayato, so I don’t NEED to pull either, but Arle and Neuvi (especially) are more powerful. I’m making an assumption by saying Arlecchino might be better than Hu Tao.

i suggest neuvi as he is crack just by using prototype but u can still pull arlechhino and her weapon in the next rerun if u're really intrested in her
Arlecchino looks like a slightly different (more AoE) Hutao. I'll wait until her release to decide if I should pull, I already have Hutao and don't need another pyro DPS.
Well we know Neuvillette is insane even without his weapon, but his weapon is such a significant increase for him kind of like how Staff of Homa is such a substantial upgrade for Hu Tao.
It definitely sounds like Arlecchino will be like this as well where her weapon will greatly increase her damage ceiling and performance, but I’d imagine she’d still be pretty powerful without. (Again, look at Neuvillette: powerful even without his weapon)
Another possibility to keep in mind is that we may get an event weapon in 4.6 tailored to be very usable with Arlecchino as a F2P alternative. We saw that with Ballad of the Boundless Blue for Neuvillette.
