As the Person who farmed all Furinas, materials, and books to triple crown only to lose the 50/50, this is extremely useful. EDIT: Guys I do in fact have Furina & She's Top 2%.
Furina is a perfect example of why we need a shop or something that allows newer players to buy old event weapons, wouldn't even be that hard, just have the game scan your inventory, if it picks up a weapon or refinement material in your game then it simply doesn't have that available for purchase, given how many people don't have festering desire, and with how good it is, these days (myself included) this should be added sooner rather than later
Seeing jean be one her best partners makes me happy, jean passive healing off of normal attacks plus jean burst, makes for extremely easy stacking of fanfare
@@ventu2295you used her as a driver not a dedicated damage dealer.. she is just there normal attacking and spamming her E to heal and VV shred not to do damage.
I didn't really liked her and didn't prepare for her but after the archon quest, I pulled her. Her story is so well written and her character design is very useful and unique. She's quite a catch tbh.
Yeah I'm the same, I didnt like her at all until her quest line. Plus her skill is pretty cool, and walking on water... well, it was time to waste some primo's
For real, I thought her character was really weirdly written when we first met her and I couldn’t understand her weird confident, then meek flip-floppy personality till the end of the Archon quest. That was when she became my baby girl. I need to give props to her VA because of the way she is portrayed (gonna try not to spoil) throughout the quest till the end. It was beautiful and the story writing didn’t feel cheap, made me cry multiple times. 😂
Great guide Mr. PP, I was really looking forward to this! One minor issue however at 29:58 for Xiao, I would highly advise for Jean in the healer slot instead of Mika (or Kuki). She can battery Xiao (and Faruzan if she's not C6), her C4 provides anemo res within her burst field if you have it, and while a (expensive) minor buff she can hold Freedom Sworn (which increases his plunges). The team I've been using is Xiao(4vh)/Furina(4gt)/Faruzan(tenacity, c6)/Jean(4no) and it's comfortable if you can burst off CD with Jean (and don't have an issue from lack of a shield), I usually go 200er for Jean but I think you can go lower than that considering it's triple Anemo, for this Furina would go 180~200er since she's solo hydro (I run 180er and do relatively fine). I get why you would suggest Mika though, since he's good with Scara (providing increased attack speed and cryo buff), and Scara and Xiao more or less use the same teams since they're both Anemo DPSs, but Xiao does plunges which is not effected by the increased attack speed and you don't really want to NA on him (unless it's JET combo, but even then you usually go plunge spam), so the only thing Mika is providing here is just the team wide healing... Which Jean could do while providing what I said already. Sorry for the essay!
Wriothesley, Kazuha, Furina and Charlotte is the main team I'm running and it's so much fun. So much synergy and feels so op. Also luckiest I've ever been on a banner. Got her and liked her so much I decided to keep pulling to maybe C1. Ended up getting the back to back for the first time ever in a 10 pull and have her at C2 now! May everyone's luck be this good on this banner 🙏
I’ve watched probably close to 10 Furina guide videos since she’s come out and yours was easily the best. Detailed and easy graphics to visualize the details. 10/10. Also the only one who took the time to explain the artifact piece difference when you have Constellation!

This is why I love how you take time when releasing your guide mr pp. Some of these details I didn’t even think about, like the fact that practically any dps can now use the sussy set because of her existing on a team. And the graphics help so much for visual learners like me. I was unsure about pulling for her, but I was waiting until your guide out of all to make my final decision, and I’m glad I did because it was leaning towards no at a point. great guide as always mr xlice !! one note i want to make tho around 14:42 is that Wolf-Fang’s crit rate stacking mechanic *cannot* proc from off-field so Furina isn’t able to fully utilize it! so imo if you buy BP then do not get this weapon solely for her there are definitely plenty of other great options 👍

For anyone who wants to run a quickbloom with Alhaitham, here is my experience. -Make sure Furina has about 200 ER or more, for good burst uptime (I use the pipe from Fontaine as her weapon). -Use Deepwood Yaoyao hp build with a healing bonus circlet and favonius lance. -And lastly EM Kuki or Raiden (my Raiden is on the other half of the Abyss, so I run this team with Kuki) with Gilded Dreams. -I don't have godly artifacts on my Alhaitham, so I use Harbinger of Dawn on him. He has about 60/210 crit ratio with 360 EM. -Mind you, my Furina is still level 80 and I haven't fully ascended her. Also her talents are 1/7/7. -Despite all that, after getting plenty of funfair stacks, my Alhaitham's personal dmg skyrockets by a lot. From dealing 12k-24k, he deals 30k-42k. Which is pretty insane imo. -Low numbers do appear at times since I lose hp, thus not fulfilling the requirements of HoD, but I can reach max hp with Yaoyao and Kuki easily so it's really that much of a problem. But you guys most probably have good artifacts and a better weapon on him so you'll do even better. -Btw the team doesn't face energy problems, so the rotations go pretty smoothly. -As for the rotation, I pretty much go unga boonga, and I still manage to 36* the abyss. In fact, after getting Furina, it was my first time 36*ing the abyss. But if y'all are curious, I pretty much do: Furina E -> Yaoyao E -> Alhaitham Q -> Kuki E -> Quickly swap to Alhaitham and then normal attack until mirrors disappear. By then, the entire team has most likely reached half hp so I pop Furina Q & E, Yaoyao Q, Kuki E and then go nuts with Alhaitham on field. And once all ults are ready I repeat. -Final verdict. Furina works really well in an Alhaitham quickbloom team. If an idiot like me can make this work, I'm pretty use y'all can do it too. Especially if you have invested more on your characters or have better and stronger units overall (such as Baizhu being an upgrade to Yaoyao, and Raiden's skill lasting longer, thus being able to trigger more reactions)
Not gonna lie, I was extremely confused when I read Furina's Kit. It literally felt like hitting a brick wall with my head; but this video helped a lot :) Now I can be a happy and mentally stable Furina Main

Fontaine is really great so far in terms of story, character design, exploration and music; but having said that, since 4.0 my gacha luck has never been worse. Fingers crossed that things turn around and I can get Furina.
Really nice detailed guide! I'm a bit surprised most guides haven't covered Neuvillette's specific teams though, if you have both and add smth like Jean + Fischl or Zhongli it's the comfiest most brain dead team ever
My go to team atm is Neuvillette, Furina, Charlotte and Kazuha. Quite comfy as Charlotte heals a lot and freeze provides some CC to avoid stagger for Neuvillete. Though I will get his C1 on his rerun.
Do you run ER Sands on Charlotte? Her healing is excellent but I run an ER Sands on her along with Favonius Codex which puts her at 250% ER. It helps me burst every rotation, but I wonder if it’s necessary maybe I could get an ATK Sands instead and her healing may be even better
@@sinematic06 She's on ER sand with 256%ER atm. With that, she can burst every rotation. She's very energy hungry but with an ER sand and crit rate circlet, her healing is still very comfy

Actually, I can see a wanderer/xiao, furina, jean and faruzan comp being really good. If you have jean c4, using VV which will improve furinas damage, and then of course the entire party heal, this could be an amazing comp.
Xiao/Furina team should be called the Suicide Squad since you've got the 6ft Yaksha draining himself in Bane of All Evil state and then Furina's lifesteal keeping him below half HP. Then just add Nahida and a Pyro off-field that doesn't have healing abilities to trigger Burgeon, which has AoE against the player, and you have singlehandedly the most life-threatening team comp in the game. Very well done 👏
Watching zyoxx videos are good but furina is explained SO MUCH MORE in Xlices videos and I understand how she works a lot more now, got to change up a few things now love the video

Best furina guide. Very in depth and nice visuals while explaining her kit. Didn't mention C6 furina in a Ayaka, Shenhe, Kazuha team tho, but that doesn't matter if we're all broke I guess. Also c6 vape furina is impressive for showcases though it's probably less total dps than furina carry without reactions.
if you want more of a dps furina, ayatos weapon works absolutely amazingggg on her and i believe its actually similar to her signature besides the hp bonus. and brownie points for it matching her really well

This may not be the right place to ask this question, but I'm curious as to why I haven't seen any 4* characters guides from you for both Genshin and HSR? Genuinely curious and wanted to ask, you're guides are straight to the point, clear and very nice to listen to. Other guide makers I'm not really a fan of, one of them talks way too fast for my liking and mentions stuff about the kit/build that it becomes too heavy on the info-dump for me to process.
If you get good substats, you can comfortably reach about 160% ER without the need for an ER timepiece. But given how stingy the GT domain has been with giving me good artifacts, you mentioning that you can use an ER timepiece and then focus more on HP and Crit stats instead of trying to find a balance between HP, ER and Crit is worthwhile. Great vid man, got C2R1 myself. Got very lucky with the weapon, got it in a single fate haha and then pushed to C2 (also snagged Dehya C0) so that cleared up whether to use HP or Hydro cup for me. People have seemingly implied you should use HP but if you have Hydro it doesn't matter, and that it's only like 5% better, which made the whole thing seem confusing. Good to know it's more about the cons there, so I can stick with the good Hydro cup I have

Honestly I've been really enjoying a jean sunfire team with wriothesley, furina, jean, and bennett (obviously). The damage is honestly insane and furina and Wriothesley's damage gets boosted to honestly absurd amounts due to all of the buffs. Obviously has the usual problems of circle impact but still quite effective in single target and small aoe situations.

dps Charlotte: atk cryo dmg crit yk...like all the other cryo dps we've had the past three years healer Charlotte: atk/er atk healing bonus There u go. her kit is so easy and straightforward no video needed
furina's c2 is a flat multiplier, this means if you have 50k hp on her, with c2, it would be 70k, not the 58k ish it would be. this means that no matter how high your hp is, it is still straight up a 1.4x damage boost. so hp goblet is still better
Key of Khaj-Nisut is hiden OP for furina. A C2 Furina can easily achieve 90k+ HP with double hydro teams. This amount of HP would grant 324 EM for her and 180 EM for the team. DESPITE THE ALL THE DAMAGE AND ALL THE HEALING WITH 90K MAX HP 🆘️
I'd stopped playing the game until i was recommended 4.2 trailer. I saw the video of the characters being shown off ajd hopped straight back in. Sped run the Sumeru stuff and ignored the region to get straight to Fontaine for the story before exploring it like crazy. Easily my favourite region and storyline soo far. The title of the update hints soo much at the story with 4 words and it all ties together neatly. It makes me hopeful for what is to come next, considering they made me who usually despises underwater levels come to adore the diving feature.
the team im using on her is jean kazuha furina and xinqxiu not sure if its good but i love jeans part in the team shes an amazing healer for her and jean was my first 5 star so its bringing back memories

Hey c6 here, I don’t understand why it’s said that the other set from the golden troupe is bis for c6. Since it does less than 4p HoT. On top of HoT giving a small dmg to her E as well with the 15% hydro dmg. The 4p mh just gives crit on 4p which does nothing for her summons since crit gets removed when the char is not on field… Even 2p2p is prob better than mh overall since both of these also work for the E dmg. For max c6 dmg just go HoT. Sure crit rate is cool but rate technically doesn’t give u dmg when ur artifacts are good enough mh will be so useless.
So I have the team: hu tao, xingqui, Jean and Furina and I read that the marechaussee hunter set on hu Tao is really good. Should i use crimson witch of flames or marechaussee hunter?
I just recently build my furina after putting her aside for a month. I've 35K HP without hydro synergy, got Festering desire C5, Crit rate 81/ Crit Damage 170, ER in 155% and using hydro goblet in full Golden troope set. all talent in lvl 9 but still got no idea why crit/rate and crit damage matters in its build. because I worked with baizhu before and went full HP on him, same as Zhongli I just went full HP (these dude didnt even need CR/CD. did furina E affected with CR/CD?

Ive been trying her and its true her burst helps immensely but her normal attacks waste a lot of time and heal very little

Yup. That's super important cause it makes this weapon pretty bad really. It's just some crit rate. I'm sure it's worse than fav and pipe.

Best furina guide. Very in depth and nice visuals while explaining her kit. Didn't mention C6 furina in a Ayaka, Shenhe, Kazuha team tho, but that doesn't matter if we're all broke I guess. Also c6 vape furina is impressive for showcases though it's probably less total dps than furina carry without reactions.
I cant bear to use the Festering Desire on Furina when I have the Wolf-Fang just because it looks soooo good on her 😭
Bruh, I got the wolf fang at the start of Fontaine and leveled it to 90 just for her. Now, every guide is saying my R5 level 10 festering is better 😭

This may not be the right place to ask this question, but I'm curious as to why I haven't seen any 4* characters guides from you for both Genshin and HSR? Genuinely curious and wanted to ask, you're guides are straight to the point, clear and very nice to listen to.
Other guide makers I'm not really a fan of, one of them talks way too fast for my liking and mentions stuff about the kit/build that it becomes too heavy on the info-dump for me to process.

If you get good substats, you can comfortably reach about 160% ER without the need for an ER timepiece. But given how stingy the GT domain has been with giving me good artifacts, you mentioning that you can use an ER timepiece and then focus more on HP and Crit stats instead of trying to find a balance between HP, ER and Crit is worthwhile. Great vid man, got C2R1 myself. Got very lucky with the weapon, got it in a single fate haha and then pushed to C2 (also snagged Dehya C0) so that cleared up whether to use HP or Hydro cup for me. People have seemingly implied you should use HP but if you have Hydro it doesn't matter, and that it's only like 5% better, which made the whole thing seem confusing. Good to know it's more about the cons there, so I can stick with the good Hydro cup I have

Honestly I've been really enjoying a jean sunfire team with wriothesley, furina, jean, and bennett (obviously). The damage is honestly insane and furina and Wriothesley's damage gets boosted to honestly absurd amounts due to all of the buffs. Obviously has the usual problems of circle impact but still quite effective in single target and small aoe situations.

Hey Xlice was wondering your thoughts if A Yae Miko Raiden Shogun Furina Jean team would work or not worth it?
furina's c2 is a flat multiplier, this means if you have 50k hp on her, with c2, it would be 70k, not the 58k ish it would be.
this means that no matter how high your hp is, it is still straight up a 1.4x damage boost. so hp goblet is still better
My fav team so far is Wrio, Furina, Sunfire Jean with Benny

Key of Khaj-Nisut is hiden OP for furina. A C2 Furina can easily achieve 90k+ HP with double hydro teams. This amount of HP would grant 324 EM for her and 180 EM for the team. DESPITE THE ALL THE DAMAGE AND ALL THE HEALING WITH 90K MAX HP 🆘️

I'd stopped playing the game until i was recommended 4.2 trailer. I saw the video of the characters being shown off ajd hopped straight back in. Sped run the Sumeru stuff and ignored the region to get straight to Fontaine for the story before exploring it like crazy. Easily my favourite region and storyline soo far. The title of the update hints soo much at the story with 4 words and it all ties together neatly. It makes me hopeful for what is to come next, considering they made me who usually despises underwater levels come to adore the diving feature.
the team im using on her is jean kazuha furina and xinqxiu not sure if its good but i love jeans part in the team shes an amazing healer for her and jean was my first 5 star so its bringing back memories

Hey c6 here, I don’t understand why it’s said that the other set from the golden troupe is bis for c6. Since it does less than 4p HoT. On top of HoT giving a small dmg to her E as well with the 15% hydro dmg. The 4p mh just gives crit on 4p which does nothing for her summons since crit gets removed when the char is not on field…
Even 2p2p is prob better than mh overall since both of these also work for the E dmg.
For max c6 dmg just go HoT. Sure crit rate is cool but rate technically doesn’t give u dmg when ur artifacts are good enough mh will be so useless.
I have C2 but will still be using HP% Goblet for now because the rest are already on Neuv, Xingqiu and Yelan.

I just recently build my furina after putting her aside for a month. I've 35K HP without hydro synergy, got Festering desire C5, Crit rate 81/ Crit Damage 170, ER in 155% and using hydro goblet in full Golden troope set. all talent in lvl 9 but still got no idea why crit/rate and crit damage matters in its build. because I worked with baizhu before and went full HP on him, same as Zhongli I just went full HP (these dude didnt even need CR/CD. did furina E affected with CR/CD?
Finally someone that says c2 furina is better off with a hydro gob.. Thank u..
