Making builds for Ruthless (3.25 Settlers of Kalguur)

This is not a full, exhaustive guide from the ground up, mainly just some pointers for how you can find inspiration for ruthless builds that you want to make yourself and call your own.
What you look for and do in PoB will depend on your goals, I always push to endgame so I tend to PoB around a 5 link and auras, but you might just want to make something that doesn't fall over in white maps.
I also didn't mention that you want to look at the quest rewards to see what skills you can level with and what you might want to mule. You can see these in ShakCentral's Ruthless Primer, link below.

Just wanna mention, that bug causing PoB to crash you mentioned at the very beginning of the video is because of a missing dll file in the beta update, "msvcr100.dll". You can fix the issue by downloading the "portable" release of PoB from the github and just extracting the dll out of the zip and pasting it in your PoB install folder.

I played Reap/Exsanguinate Ascendant featured on yout channel. I played it on SSF HC Ruthless. I hope you will cook some nice build this league around Slamming Chieftain with high survivability. Not so much material about ruthless.

Thats basically how i find builds for 1 divine challenge lol, find cool setup then modify slightly or a lot to fit into budget.
In same way you can take build from bench league and fit it into ruthless. So far did it once with flamewood, and flamewood in ruthless was insane, vaal ancestral warchief with nearly 1m damage per projectile, but with taunt from totems removed seems like its dead(
