  • The how-to and DIY videos go back farther than most of us could imagine. This instructional video, or film, as they would have called it, dates to 1929. This was the height of the Graham Motors Corporation. Whether you own a Blue Streak, Cavalier or Graham Sharknose, this is for you. Our good friend, Michael Keller, author of Graham-Paige to 1932 and Graham-Paige From 1932, sent us a series of these videos and they are interesting and entertaining to watch. Eventually, this channel will provide more of these how-to videos from the Graham training division.
This video is also useful if you own a car or truck from the 1920s. You may also enjoy it if you are a fan of vintage films. Get ready to see how production teams were trained back then.
If you're new to the Graham, we have parts to offer for sale. Visit customreplicat...

I remember my grandfather tell me about mobile mechanic that would come to you and do engine and transmission work at your home .

Quite true. Everything done in the video could in fact be done with a mobile set up. This procedure was very necessary back in the day with valves and the United States was far more rural. A mobile mechanic probably could be kept quite busy with jobs like these.

I've done my share of valve jobs, I guess they were far more common on cars from the 20's and 30's though!
