- This was a busy week of doctor appointments for Kyle and in this video, we take you along to some of them. With SYNGAP1 and special needs in general, we have so many appointments for Kyle’s overall healthcare, not to mention appointments for me and my daughter. I share the total number of appointments we had in 2021 and a few things I do to prepare and make going to the doctor a little easier.

I am so glad I found your channel through Grace. I am binge watching your videos. My parents passed away in August 2021. My brother Evan has Down’s syndrome and Spina Bifida. I am his guardian and caregiver. I always knew my mom spent a lot of time taking Evan to appointments. But I didn’t realize how time consuming it is. Over a year later I am still learning. Your videos are so well put together. And full of useful information. ❤

although i have 2 special need kids n one child with food allergy...n my self who is chronicly ill from 2014 ..so you can imagine the amount of appointments i have to go weekly

This was one of my most favorite videos you have made yet! It made me curious as to how many appointments we attended last year. I am glad you have someone to help you when you need it. I have taken your advice and started treating myself to coffee or some other treat after our appointments. Sometimes I struggle and forget that I need to take care of myself. 💜
I am amazed at how well Kyle was doing during his dental appointment. That is super awesome. Way to go Kyle! Ps we love donuts too 🍩 it’s one of the only things my son will eat. :)

Hi Kyle and Keli I love your videos my name is Robbie I have cerebral palsy with affects my codanation my spalling and I have hearing loss in both ears and I wares nappies so I know the challenges u have to go though and myself have lots of appointments the boots specialist made my boots wich help my walking and it I get tied I use my power chair or my Manuel one to help around my flat I live alone.my mummy is si helpful but can’t do everything now as she has illness I well leve it thair I am off to bed now probably day in America now uk is 1.41 in Thursday morning night love you too ur amazing mum ❤
