Police Arrest Homeless Man Living In His Car. Then This Happens

- Trey Jackson is looking forward to moving into his new apartment. He has been living out of his car for months, but thanks to the generosity of non-profit director Meredith Mooney, he has finally found a place to call home. While attempting to leave work, Trey realizes his car is out of gas. Then Mango Park Police Officer Kyle Jacobs arrives on the scene and demands Trey move his car. Trey attempts to explain his situation, but when Officer Jacobs realizes he is homeless and living out of his car, he arrests him. Luckily for Trey, his savior Meredith Mooney comes to the rescue.

The reason I said Captain Porter is because that’s who Miss Mooney called so she’s going to fill him in once he gets back and oh boy Sheriff Johntston isn’t going to be happy with Officier Jacobs either I have also have a theory on why neither of them fired Officier Jacobs and it’s because they believe in second chances are that people can change and their nervous if Officer Jacobs gets fired he’ll become a criminal so there not firing him.

Outcome narrator: Nobody should be subjected to discrimination no matter the circumstances. Abuse of power in the law doesn’t define the person, it only defines themselves. By the time Captain Porter returned, Meredith gave all the details on what Kyle Jacobs had done. Obviously, he gets exposed by a local civilian who secretly recorded the whole thing on his iPhone. Kyle ended up getting a 2-week suspension as a result.

@@michaelpowell5266I'd give Jacobs a choice: 90 years prison or 90 days to pack his stuff, clear up his affairs, get his house in order and on day 91 be escorted to the state line and formally banished from whatever state Mango Park is in, never to return. If caught for any reason other than a medical emergency, automatic 90 years prison, no parole, no time served, no nothing. If it is a medical emergency, he can stay until stabilized and/or safe to move him to the nearest facility outside the state where Mango Park is

If there's a part 2, Sheriff Johnston visits Meredith Mooney, along with Sgt. Garrett. After Garrett straightened everything out with Miss Mooney, Sheriff confronts Ofc. Jacobs about his reprehensible conduct and orders him back to the police station for retraining, because he's dangerously close to another suspension for dereliction of duty and abuse of power. Sgt. Garrett ensures Sheriff Johnston that things will be different in Ofc. Jacobs' retraining. Garrett tells Jacobs he will check in with both Sheriff Johnston as well as with Capt. Porter, when he returns from his vacation!!!

Not all homeless people are bad remember that. Like last week I saw this homeless guy sitting on the floor near the newspaper machine at a Post Office Building. I was mailing things to my sister. Anyway when I was looking at him he looked hungry, and thirsty like he was gonna pass out. So I had some heart, and gave him a $20. You should have seen how he looked. Dude look like he hasn't eaten in days.

Maybe someone called the police about a "bum", worse in the area, then this cop showed up. Definitely need a actor to play a "concerned" businessman/businesswoman who calls the cops on our homeless guy. You should have the caller be really nasty as he/she calls the police on this homeless person. Let's see what Kyle Jacobs did in his life as a police officer:
1- Falsely arresting a handicap man
2- Falsely arresting 2 kids for driving a toy car and it turns out that those 2 kids are Captain Porter's kids
3- Falsely arresting a veteran
4- Attempting arrest of Meredith Mooney on one of her food drive
5- arresting the homeless man for no reason
Boy, Kyle Jacobs is a corrupt police officer and you know Captain James Porter ladies and gentlemen, he's not gonna happy about it when he comes back from his vacation

Here's an idea for a future Soul Snack episode- Ofc. Jacobs rousts Meredith Mooney and Trey Jackson, again. This time, Jacobs gets himself in big time trouble with Sheriff Johnston, who took a phone call from Capt. Porter about Jacobs' conduct toward Mooney and Jackson. Sheriff is accompanied by Sgt. Garrett. Jacobs gets suspended, indefinitely by Sheriff Johnston under the recommendation of Capt. Porter. After squaring things with Mooney and Jackson, Garrett takes Jacobs badge and service weapon to be locked away as the Sheriff, following Capt. Porter's recommendation, suspends Jacobs indefinitely for official misconduct. Jacobs wont have much of a future left in Mango Park with the way he's going!!!
