- Officer Kyle Jacobs is taking a break while on patrol when he notices someone staring at him. As he acknowledges his presence, the citizen takes out his cell phone and begins recording video of Officer Jacobs. After a few minutes, Officer Jacobs demands that he stops, when the man replies that he is well within his 1st Amendment rights, Officer Jacobs arrests him for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Unfortunately for Officer Jacobs, the entire incident is on video, making the evidence against him in court undisputable.

Mr.Higgins had the option to choose which community service that officer Jacobs had to work and he choose the homeless shelter and his reaction was priceless and hilarious in the way he said not the homeless shelter. It's not common for police officers to chill and play on their phone, especially during lunch breaks, or during the calm before the storm (where they then spring into action), but for officer Jacobs, he took something as trivial and benign, labeling it "official police business," and parked in the middle of the road... yeah, no, that's not the way it works, buddy-boy. 😑And arresting our boy Antoine,, Jacobs' reason for doing so-- being triggered and overtly butthurt!
