As long as the apartment management stays on top of things and is able to get out bad tenants, the complex should be able to maintain its current state, but if the management or owners change, then the chance of the gremlins taking over is great.
The lady doing the tour is articulate, classy and intelligent! Such a precious woman. So glad she found a great place to live 🇺🇸❤️She Totally destroyed the section 8 stereotypes of people ! 😆 😅
For every stereotypical Section 8 resident, there is another who you would never guess is one as well. Of course low income people can be articulate, intelligent and hard working.
The DC Human Rights Act of 1977, it's illegal in Washington, D.C. for landlords to discriminate on the basis of income source. I like that she recognized and had the forethought to know and say why a lot of people wouldn’t accept section 8. It only takes a few bad apples to make some landlords hesitant after having serious damages done, and on the other hand to also recognize and call out that a lot of landlords are ripping off people on housing costs. It's an attractive complex in a nice neighborhood, and though the apartment is small it works well for a single. If all the tenants are like this woman it's a great place to live!

Was so glad the outside was so nice, pretty and very clean. It shows the owners are doing their part to make the tenants comfortable. When the outside is not taking care of the whole place goes down. Glad she made it in.
Just because someone is on a low income does not mean that they are going to mess things up & damage things, or cause problems. Lots of people on low incomes just want a quiet safe, friendly, life.
Yes🙏and many go homeless the causes years of hard times agony, and grief that some never come back because of the richer corrupt ones that do this( not everyone) but some, and for there own gain, taking advantage of those on low income because they know we are easier targets for them
True, BUT history tells landlords differently. Low income people tend to not take care of their property Like most people, it’s not worth the risk. All it takes is one person to ruin something for everyone
I have seen places wrecked by well off people too. Sometimes landlords contribute to the situation by cutting corners buying furniture only intended for 'occasional use', etc which will not withstand all day, every day use from several people.
I love how polite and positive the interviewer is. You can tell he makes the person comfortable and his compliments are really genuine and thoughtful. It can be really hard for some of these folks, but it's amazing to see the gratitude just to have a roof over their heads. The host comes in with decency and respect, and it's super heart-warming. This is a great Channel! God bless 🙏🏼 💞
I was living on a kiwifruit orchard in New Zealand. Renting a tiny house/cabin. It was cheap as $200 a week power included then after 3 years he put it up to $220 a week . It was quite rough I ain't gona lie but I was allowed my dog there and it was rural so it was perfect . I cleaned it up and painted it and it was kinda cute. But my landlord was quite greedy he never fixed the septic tank there was Raw sewage for over a year leaking out and rats galore and no proper insulation but because in New Zealand its so hard to find a house that allows dogs I stayed there for almost 4 yrs. One day tho the council came to check on a property at the back of us. They noticed how we were living did not meet there laws and it didn't meet the healthy homes rules. So they told my landlord we had 90 days to leave. 3 months before Christmas. I was abit worried!! And cos rent is sooo much here . So I prayed . I asked God please help me !!! So I tried applying for houses online but I found it difficult cos I'd never done it before. But one day this house came up for rent and it allowed pets. So I prayed and asked God to help me fill out the online application and that He will grant me favor. So a week after I applied for the house I was laying on my bed watching a Nicky Cruz video of his testimony. The phone rang and it was the property manager. She said she would like to offer me the house 😭😭🙏 I started crying on the phone I couldn't believe it . I know that if it wasn't for God I' would've never found a house that allows my dog or the finances to move into. God is faithful 🙏 thank u Jesus for my life for everything You do for me . I love You ❤️
Want he do it, Congrats 👏 on you and your dog 🐕 new home...when you ask he will do I have witnessed his kindness over and over , I know he's working for us always
Very good u have a place, I come from New Zealand but live in Australia now and I'm finding it difficult to get a place so many hurdles here to jump through, I'm 🙏 to get something soon.
Hello, I am looking for a section 8 in south Carolina! I live alone, have perfect credit, and a great rental history. I'm also looking in Arizona- which is where I saw your message. Maybe we can connect if it's not too late.
She's right about the application fees. Biggest scam of the century! I'm 60 years old now and this year is the first I've ever heard of an application fee. I thought what a rip-off! I rented when my children were little, never paid an application fee. I thank God 2 of children are buying their homes. Praying my 3rd one can buy a home as well. I'm shocked at the price of rentals these days. It's outrageous.
@@pattyw7952o why should the prospective tenant be hit with the tab? As always , tenants get whacked with every little thing that costs the landlord money. How about they pay for it and realize it's part of being a landlord? I hope people say enough is enough to bullshit fees and charges and let these expensive places sit . Someone still got to pay the mortgage hmmm
Never pay for an application with Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, a landlord who is educated about the program knows they will be reimbursed by the housing authority once everything clears and the tenant moves in. My landlord got over $5,000 upon moving me in, direct deposit straight from the housing authority. I never saw any of that money it all went straight from them to him. Smooth transaction for both parties landlord gets a massive amount of cash and I get the keys all in one day (after all the paperwork clears, took about a month.) Any landlord that asked me for an application fee I knew that was a shady way of saying no Section 8 wanted even though that's illegal in my state. They know Section 8 will pay them handsomely there's really no need for any added fees to vet applicants, and these units get taken FAST as hell so they don't ever have a very big stack of applications to sift through. If they do, they aren't doing it right- or furthermore they're running a scam operation. There should never be no stack of applications for a rental in my area because a qualified tenant will show up quick here. I couldn't believe hearing stories of people who spent hundreds on application fees, not when you're subsidized already. Legally they're not supposed to do that..
During the virus outbreak , landlords were not allowed to evict, people took advantage of the situation Nobody was paying ( not everyone) but a lot of owners got the shaft. This all comes back to bite them in the azz Now it’s fees & 2 months upfront Nothing in life is free
There have been native Arizonans or long term residents waiting for years to get Section 8 housing and here she comes and gets housing almost immediately, that’s BULLCRAP. Keep these people in their own state.
I’m so happy for you. All the way for London England. I was just about to become homeless At the last minute I was offered a place from the housing association After looking for months God came through for me and a got my little flat in September 2022 im so happy. 💃🏾
Nice apartment! The grounds are well kept which is always a good sign. I had a one bedroom that was so small I could vacuum the whole place just plugging into a spot outside the kitchen. When I had guests we could all share one ottoman in the living room, watching my little 12" TV. Enjoy your place!
I have never heard of a Section 8 complex that had a swimming pool, that in itself is a luxury. Plus having a nice area to have friends over to barbecue and such well kept clean and safe looking grounds. That place is outstanding.
I’m even in the cold state of Montana and I had to be relentless-she’s right!! 😮 and I kept at it hard without paying application fees; finally found a place with a great private landlord I can afford on my SSDI…you keep the faith in God and he gives you what you NEED ❤🙏🏼
@R Voit I guess you don't know that SSDI is for disabled people. So do you really think it's feasible for this commenter to get a job? You should have Googled SSDI first to find out what it is before shooting off your ignorant mouth.
😲 wowww that's a very nice apartment complex with pool, a beautiful well kept grounds! I have section 8 in CA and it's been impossible to find something so NICE🙂 I'm so glad your blessed with a very nice and safe housing.
Wow , I lived there about 10 years ago I paid $450 for a 2 bedroom with balcony. Honestly, it was quiet and even though it’s a crazy neighborhood it was nice . When I left I was paying $750 . The apartment was great overall.
RENTS have doubled across the United states in the last 10yrs. if not more in the larger cities. Landlords are looking for 3.5 X the salary income for the rents they are asking for.
I wish you all the best in your new apartment! I love your rainbow Christmas tree! Most subsidized 1-bedroom apartments I’ve seen are similar size to yours. You have it fixed up nice. It’s nice and quiet, safe and secure. The grounds are like a luxury complex, beautifully landscaped and well kept. I wish you a Happy, Healthy New Year!
I like how she talked about how she didn't like the area at first sight..but she only had 2 weeks to find a place..reminds me of the sermon my padtor preached on This past Sunday titled: God has a better plan!" Hallelujah 🙌
Outstanding vlog episode today. That woman's voice caught me by surprise, she sounded exactly like my Aunt Marjorie back in NJ ! Those grounds were impeccably kept and the apartment surprised me at how well appointed and kept it looked. It seems miracles still do exist because I heard Section 8 was basically a thing of the past and not really in existence anymore. Good Job and Kudos to your excellence in showing how good it can be in our Great State of Arizona. Keep Up the Groundbreaking Work !
Thanks for sharing a nice section 8. I’ve been looking for tax credit apartments for 2 years. I was told waiting list for everyone I got in contact with. One even told me thst prople don’t move out they die 😢🤦🏽♀️
Thanks, I'm in the UK and found this very interesting. The lady was adorable and came across intelligent and happy. We have council homes here. You can bid for properties but you can be so far down the list you never get anywhere. You have to ook yourself and the same issue, not everywhere will except what we call benefit tenants. I really hope she enjoys the home as it looks really nice.
I live in Phoenix, Arizona and over the years I have watched countless documentaries and shows about council housing and benefits in Britain. I was amazed to find out that where you're from, single people with no children are able to receive benefits (cash on a debit card). Over here, a person with no children do not receive benefits (cash assistance), unless the person has a disability. A single person can, however, receive food stamps ($200 per month). Also, council housing seems MUCH better than the Section 8 housing program over here. The people in the section 8 offices (where you submit your application and where they decide if you are approved, etc.) are INCREDIBLY MEAN. They are insidiously disrespectful towards the section 8 applicants and recipients (who are treated less-than). I also get the impression, council housing doesn't charge the tenant/recipient as much as section 8 housing does. It seems like people who live in council housing don't pay $400 a month. Also, I see council HOUSES (actual houses). Over here, there are just apartments in horrible neighborhoods.
@@kellyi.4353 yes people who are unemployed do get a small amount of money. They also don't pay rent if they can find something under the allowance like with section 8. To get a council house as a single person is very difficult. Mostly you're given a room on a HOA, house of multiple occupancy so you like with total strangers. You can rent privately but most don't accept people on benefits as they often can't afford to pay bills so get the landlord in trouble. We do have many homeless here. Mainly men as they are lowest priority on the housing list.
She totally needs to spread her story. Sooo well spoken and I think she’d be a great voice/aid to people who weren’t as fortunate as her in finding affordable housing
I really enjoyed the tour with this lady ,I could have talked to her all day ,my reason is this: ,NOT ONE word of profanity sifted her mouth, she was very polite and easy going with her touring the young man right alone with her. I loved that so much. Thank you for allowing me to comment.
She is right about the section 8 demands the landlord to fix things in the unit once a year annual inspection. If they don't fix the problems then the tenant will have to pay full rent until the unit is fixed. It's hard to find section 8 apartments in the twin cities suburbs. What else makes it hard to find a section 8 apartments is their market rent list is much lower than the actual rent in your area. Their utilities list for each appliance is lower compared to the true reality of the bill statement.
Section 8 pays above market rate in Los Angeles. Over 1700 for a 1 bedroom, 400 square feet. The deposit + first month rent came out to over 5k and the housing authority paid it all in full. Plus a sign on bonus. Non Section 8 apartments around this neighborhood are only around 1500 for a 1 bedroom. And good luck finding somebody who can pay that out of pocket plus the 3k minimum deposit these landlords want right now, all for a 1 bedroom in south central. And if you do find somebody willing and able to pay, they're probably dealing. No other way to come up on money like that unless you're a professional, and no professional is gonna live here. May find a huge family who could pitch paychecks together and make rent, but then good luck repairing the unit after you got 3, 5, who knows how many people living in that tiny apartment. Slowly this city will evolve in the favor of subsidy holders, though IDK about other counties and especially other states.
She is so right... location is everything for us. After searching Truila for months looking for a smaller place, cheaper and more out of the way, i found a small duplex/ townhouse community. It was a big adjustment for us and the pets after having a large fully fenced yard and space between neighbors. But after 6 months it's the right place for us to be.
I love her enthusiasm given the stress it took to find a place she felt comfortable living in, and she is telling the truth about some of the listings not being accurate.
I like this. I’m glad that company fouled up her paperwork. This looks like a great place and SAFE! She looks so happy. There’s nothing like living in a new place and enjoying it. Have fun, Sweet Lady! ❤️
Here in California a section 8 can be used anywhere a landlord will take it. Anywhere that the rent is within ones section 8 guidelines. Sadly, terrible people have pretty much ruined it for the rest of us and many landlords have stopped taking it.
A lot of landlords don't want to deal with the amount of paperwork involved, either. I've been on section 8 for years, and the vast majority of section 8 tenants are doing their best to keep a nice place/keep a place nice.
If you move while you’re still on section 8, be sure to get a reference from your landlord. If you were a good tenet it shouldn’t be a problem. It might help.
@@maryannkom299 It doesn't even get that far. As soon as they hear the words section 8 they say that they have approved SEVERAL already 👎 and they're not taking any more. 🙄
@@arlanstrong1424 I was on section 8 for a really long time, I only got off when I moved to California. I’ve been disabled since childhood, at the time I went on it, it wasn’t that difficult to find a place. But that was a long time ago. The last 18 years I was on it, my mom and her husband bought a small condo with one bathroom and they rented it to me. I saw a poster on this video saying the majority of section 8 tenants trashed their homes. I don’t believe that’s true most of are beyond thankful that we have a place to call home.
@@maryannkom299 I don’t think they trash the places I think the landlords are tire$ of waiting for the pay from the government. I read my city was four months behind on checks for section 8
I finally got section 8 after waiting for 7 years. It took a lot out of me to go through with many horrible things and most landlords here do not want to participate. Some people think it's as easy as qualifying but isn't. Even when you finally get your hcv, it's still trying to find a decent place. I found a place finally and have a halfway decent place for now. I have hardly any furniture but I am safer now. my landlord is elderly and no repairs are done. I fear that when my recertification and inspection is done, I will be forced to move. I have chronic health issues and no one to help me. I don't know how people can move so much without money to pay for help. Blessings to you and thank you for all you do for your community.

That place is beautiful, I would not mind living there at all. Looks like they keep it very nice and clean too and that $375 a month rent sounds like a miracle for what most apartments are going for everywhere in this country nowadays.
A man asking $1500 for an apartment that is definitely worth maybe $800 is ludicrous. But landlords went to the greed saw the housing prices going up and they said wow I’m going to put my prices up too well guess what folks none of the houses are selling now I just saw one advertised they dropped the price $95,000 and it still won’t sell so see were greed got you . Empty apartments and vacant houses.
Worth 800?..my son pays 1800 now, for an apartment my brother moved out of because they raised the rent to 750 from 475 in the 90s...I told him come up to cactus and 19ave you can get into a house for 500! But, yeah...greed kills all the time. He has now paid more for rent this year to own an RV...but, he has my grand, his daughter to raise.
She pays $375 of the $1500 per month and we as taxpayers (especially the middle class) pay the rest for millions of Section 8 apartments! Wow just wow,;the greed in America is unreal! There is absolutely zero reason that apartment should be $1500 per month!!!
I'm on a fixed income and even though I only pay $633 which is a great rate, I wish this complex would accept section 8, because my rent is almost half of my social security check. I asked them about section 8 and they said they did allow it at one time, but the people who lived there tore up the apt with burn holes in the carpet, holes in the walls, etc. So that Tennant ruined it for everyone else! Pisses me off!
Wow….an $1150 a month rent & she only has to pay $300? She did good. I tried to get help with housing when my 3 children were young but couldn’t get it…& I was below poverty level & I worked…they turned me down completely. My situation was way before Covid. I only wanted it for a short time but was refused….I had been working since I was 9…my first job I was picking cucumbers & squash & then went to barning tobacco & digging potatoes. Took every single dollar I could make just to keep a roof over my kids heads & food in their bellies. I got very depressed & felt horrible but it seemed like I was being punished because I worked.
It's nice to see a good lady find a pretty place to live. I knew a woman from the Bronx who has lived in her apartment for over 30 years, and she's still waiting for a new apartment she's never going to get.
Wow I like how she explained everything that the apartment complex did such as having working people there and that they did accept section 8 was awesome it looks very clean. But I live in Texas and I know some of our apartments in Texas are just literally nasty apartments. I'm so glad that she feels safe enough to rent an apartment in that complex it looks nice. So glad she is very aware of her surroundings and has a very high awareness as to what is going on around her. This is a very smart lady
People with money, even if it's not much, and the legislators of Texas have this great fear that black residents like her will get money from them through taxes and live comfortably like this. They would be angry to see that she was living so well! I have never understood the severe fear that so many of my white acquaintances have that a little bit of their money will go to benefit the poor but especially the black community. That is why they are always raving about paying taxes! This is a deep-seeded bit of institutional racism that people need to acknowledge more and do something about.
There is a difference between Sec. 8 Housing & a Sec. 8 Housing Voucher.....In housing everybody in the complex has Sec.8.....with the Housing Voucher it gives you the right to move anywhere where the complex accepts the voucher so you have the ability to live in a multi level salary area
@sherryblack8942 Hahaha, yeah it's racist to got to work, provide a service. Get paid for you're labour, pay for you're house and bills and then be taxed to pay for someone else's house. You're a joke, everyone is responsible for themselves once they reach adulthood. Love you used the white/black bit, why don't you're community look after them?
I love this lady! One thing I'm blown away by is that it's common out there to have a fitness room, internet cafe, security & pool. Here in jersey, something like this is easily 3k a month. We don't have any amenities in our apartments. But they do come with some roaches and bedbugs to keep you company.
She has such a nice relaxing voice! I really enjoyed listening to her and the tour. I think they charge more when the apartment are section 8 because that apartment complex although it's clean and well kept is not worth 1,150!!
I was born in Midwest and moved to Chicago Illinois and lived there 35 years til I moved to Nebraska. I live in a Section 8 duplex. It's not in great shape, but the rent is affordable SSI. I'm also allowed my dog here. The cold winters have gotten to me and I sometimes think about moving to a warmer climate. It's very encouraging to know that I can trust in faith that Creator will provide if I am to move again. I love her apartment and property. So pleased she found a beautiful spot to hang her coat.
This is far better than most in Indianapolis. I had to advocate for a women who was living in an apt that flooded due to pipes freezing as she was without heat in the dead of winter for 2 months, her carpeting ( old, very old) was 2 inches deep with water at one point and stayed damp for weeks later. She was resigned to stay in the only other room which was her bedroom as it was the driest of the floors in her tiny apartment. Just imagine no heat with wet floors! I contacted many ppl, including the mayors action center and even the health dept..trying to get her some help, to no avail. finally I contacted the local news and they helped to being attention to the situation by running a story. After that It wasn’t long before they moved her to another apt within the complex. It was a terrible and sad situation as she had no phone and is slightly cognitively impaired and thats one reason she was being exploited because she didn’t know who to turn to for assistance, had no family and no advocate. There is nobody to support many ppl 50 + in Indianapolis, so if you’re without family or friends you really have nobody to stand up to these ppl and corporations who do not care about their fellow man. Bless this lady and all who struggle due to ppl who seemingly only care about the almighty dollar and not care about other human beings. 💟✝️☮️

That is amazing luxury for Sec 8! Nice grounds, amazing facilities. Never seen a Sec 8 apt with such great facilities, grounds, maintenance, etc.
There's some really nice places in Dallas/Denton.
Just because someone is on a low income does not mean that they are going to mess things up & damage things, or cause problems. Lots of people on low incomes just want a quiet safe, friendly, life.
Yea ok
AMEN ! YOU ARE SO RIGHT !!
Yes🙏and many go homeless the causes years of hard times agony, and grief that some never come back because of the richer corrupt ones that do this( not everyone) but some, and for there own gain, taking advantage of those on low income because they know we are easier targets for them
True, BUT history tells landlords differently. Low income people tend to not take care of their property
Like most people, it’s not worth the risk.

What a beautiful story! May god continue to bless you!!! ❤

Very good u have a place, I come from New Zealand but live in Australia now and I'm finding it difficult to get a place so many hurdles here to jump through, I'm 🙏 to get something soon.

Love her positive attitude.
Great tour !!.What a sweet lady I wish her the best !!
I had a condo in South Carolina and I had no problem renting to Section 8. As a Christian I feel the Lord wants us to help those less fortunate.
Until they destroy your home. Then the lord will piss you off.

Hello, I am looking for a section 8 in south Carolina! I live alone, have perfect credit, and a great rental history. I'm also looking in Arizona- which is where I saw your message. Maybe we can connect if it's not too late.
@
We sold it. Milers property in SC are exactly.
Her apartment is beautiful. Section 8 or not. It looks clean and habitable
Sometimes application fees are legitimate because landlords need to do background checks and credit checks. The checks are not free for the landlords.
Well, the amount that most charge IS A RIP-OFF!
During the virus outbreak , landlords were not allowed to evict, people took advantage of the situation
Nobody was paying ( not everyone) but a lot of owners got the shaft. This all comes back to bite them in the azz Now it’s fees & 2 months upfront Nothing in life is free
What a sweet soul! Her voice reminds me of Loretta Devine. I am happy she found a place and maybe she will learn to love Az. Great video Super! 👍👍
There have been native Arizonans or long term residents waiting for years to get Section 8 housing and here she comes and gets housing almost immediately, that’s BULLCRAP. Keep these people in their own state.
She definitely sounds like Loretta Devine!
People need a nice and safe place to live. No matter what income they have.
What a lovely lady? She had so much info about the section 8 program that I never knew. God bless her. Thx for sharing.
I’m so happy for you.
All the way for London England.
I was just about to become homeless
At the last minute
I was offered a place from the housing association
After looking for months
God came through for me and a got my little flat in September 2022 im so happy.

Classy lady who deserves all the best. I hope someone helps that cat who was abandoned.
I enjoyed this woman's insight. I live in the Phoenix area and it's been a struggle as a single mom to find affordable housing.
Nice apartment! The grounds are well kept which is always a good sign. I had a one bedroom that was so small I could vacuum the whole place just plugging into a spot outside the kitchen. When I had guests we could all share one ottoman in the living room, watching my little 12" TV. Enjoy your place!
Ugly astroturf instead of real grass
So you are saying that all the dead people gave up faith or they needed to die?
😲 wowww that's a very nice apartment complex with pool, a beautiful well kept grounds! I have section 8 in CA and it's been impossible to find something so NICE🙂 I'm so glad your blessed with a very nice and safe housing.
This place is so nice & clean ....I would feel so privileged living here on section 8. I like quiet & safe & clean.
What a tranquil space! Beautiful grounds, quiet, peaceful, well kept. Worth it just for that safety.
Wow , I lived there about 10 years ago I paid $450 for a 2 bedroom with balcony. Honestly, it was quiet and even though it’s a crazy neighborhood it was nice . When I left I was paying $750 . The apartment was great overall.
Can you please Sat name of complex? Thanx 🙂

RENTS have doubled across the United states in the last 10yrs. if not more in the larger cities. Landlords are looking for 3.5 X the salary income for the rents they are asking for.
Gratitude Super for showing section 8 property
@@smarttechaddict Thank you so much for this information.

This lady is blessed blessed. I live in 3 different section 8 locations and each locations was a nightmare on elm street.
I am so glad that she found a nice place
She totally needs to spread her story. Sooo well spoken and I think she’d be a great voice/aid to people who weren’t as fortunate as her in finding affordable housing
Wow real nice grounds and cheap laundry cost the apartment is tight but all survivers make it work but having a decent landlord helps too.
I really enjoyed the tour with this lady ,I could have talked to her all day ,my reason is this: ,NOT ONE word of profanity sifted her mouth, she was very polite and easy going with her touring the young man right alone with her. I loved that so much. Thank you for allowing me to comment.
My mom had a senior living apartment almost exactly like this, it was perfect for her. Nice place, pleasant grounds.
Dang, PHX is expensive! In Tucson, 1150 can get you a decent 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom apt with w/d in unit. But love this lady's optimism!🙏🙏
It is not true that tenants have to pay full rent if the landlord does not fix things. The landlord receives NO RENT if the things aren't fixed.
This ladies home is clean, beautiful and cosy. I love what she did to her home. Beautiful, cared for and loved.
Shes so sweet! I wish her the best
I love her enthusiasm given the stress it took to find a place she felt comfortable living in, and she is telling the truth about some of the listings not being accurate.
Thank you Lord for your blessings 🙌
The apt is very nice and so well looked after! Sorry for the cat whose family left it behind! Enjoy your new home!
I like this. I’m glad that company fouled up her paperwork. This looks like a great place and SAFE! She looks so happy. There’s nothing like living in a new place and enjoying it. Have fun, Sweet Lady! ❤️
She has a very soothing voice Aaeeeeee! Should do UA-cam
It really does look like a nice and quiet place to live. Beautiful
She has a very pleasant personality and appear to be humble and grateful
Definitely one of the better options offered to Section 8 renters...very impressive.
I love her energy ❤️

That place is beautiful, I would not mind living there at all. Looks like they keep it very nice and clean too and that $375 a month rent sounds like a miracle for what most apartments are going for everywhere in this country nowadays.
Sweet person, so glad she got a nice and quiet home🙏🌅
Oh my friend lives in here. It's not to bad of a place
They charge that much knowing section 8 will cover most of it
@@Xtri0s well they charged that even if your not sec 8🤨
Worth 800?..my son pays 1800 now, for an apartment my brother moved out of because they raised the rent to 750 from 475 in the 90s...I told him come up to cactus and 19ave you can get into a house for 500! Wow... sure wish sec8 housing was that nice in Detroit!
Nice tour of the grounds her unit is nice inside & outside she say rent $1150 & her portion is $300 not bad @ all.😀
Wow….an $1150 a month rent & she only has to pay $300?

I'm so happy to see she found an awesome place!!!
There’s working people on section 8 housing vouchers.

This woman is a jewel. Continued blessings to her.

I like how quiet the complex is. I am on Section 8 & rent a house, 2 bedrooms in Kansas and am greatly pleased. Thank you for sharing this.
