I've been a fan of yours ever since they aired MasterChef AU here in Portugal, I'm so glad I could find this channel after all these years :) Thank you!
So happy to see you doing well! After being a massive fan of you since Master Chef, I was delighted to see your products in supermarkets. You deserve all the success, such a humble, gentle and kind person. All the best!
this is the first peanut satay recipe I will be able to actually make because all the ingredients are at my local grocery store. every other recipe I see online has items included that are not available in my region. thanks!
I've made this a few times for dinner parties. Thank you so much! So very delicious and that relish O.M.G , all of us couldn't get enough of it. A taste explosion. 🤤🤤🤤
Hi Marion, we made this today. It's absolutely delicious. It blew us away!! Thanks so much for this super recipe that I so very highly recommend!! Love from Scotland, X.
Some people just have that voice that makes you hooked onto their videos listening to them, its relaxing for many viewers and watching the recipes progress is like icing on the 🍰 ...so is her voice,i could find myself hooked to her videos similarly like Nigella Lawsons' videos.. just like hearing Nigella is a treat and watching her cook is a treat. #Pleasekeepcooking #loveyourwork
I have watched so many videos of yours and find you one of the best chefs. What ever you cook looks yummy and awesome. The best part of your cooking is simple technique and easy to cook. Keep up the good work 😃
OMG Marion, all your recipes are so good & informative, love watching you cook and you are so calming, thanks so muck, can't wait to try this one out 😊🍀🇮🇪
Making this one on Saturday for our family bbq!💕 I saw your meal kits in our local New World supermarket here in Auckland NZ and just died with excitement😁We had to get all three naturally! Cannot wait until your sauces & marinades arrived in New Zealand too! X
Tried this last night and it was honestly UNREAL! First Thai dish I have ever made that genuinely tasted like it could have come from a restaurant! Think I’ll try it next time with some coconut rice too 🍚 Thanks Marion 😄
Tried this with Ajat and oh my.... I don't need to eat out bec most the restaurants here only serve it with peanut sauce. With ajat it totally blends together. Thanks for sharing this Marion, super love this recipe and made it many times already. Also I use ajat with all other grilled dishes. So yum!
Just made this tonight with your Marion’s kitchen satay sauce & it’s divine. And that pickle was the bomb ! This will definitely be on my weekly rotation
Last night I made your, Tom yum soup, salt and pepper (schezwan) squid, chicken satay, pang nang curry and my green curry (sorry been making it for years) . Everything was so lovely and everyone raved about them!!! Thank you for such amazing recipes x
Just made the dish and ate it. The taste was incredible! Everything goes together so well. Thank you and will be waiting for many more amazing recipes!!!❤❤❤👍👍👍
I made this today for a friend and she looooooooved it! Thanks so much for this amazing recipe. We loved the combination of all the flavors. My husband loved it too! Mmmmmm. Will definitely make again ❤️ I also made a Thai yellow curry to go with on the side.
I’ve tried quite a few satay recipes but none as fantastic as yours Marion. So simple and super tasty. Made it for my family and friends and they just loved it. Thanks for your recipes and secrets. Next on my list to make is the bao
Oh Marion I just had to subscribe to your channel!! I absolutely love the ease of your recipes, the flavors are incredible and your soothing voice makes it so enjoyable! Thank you so much for the generosity sharing your recipes with us!
Just made this and we ate so much (because it was so good) that now we need a nap. Glad that we doubled the recipe!!! The cucumber relish is the perfect foil for the richness of the peanut sauce.
*Best Satay ever!* ... I didn't have any cucumbers or shallots 😕, so I just julienne carrots, tossed with thinly sliced onions & green onions as an ajat thai substitute... it really complimented the chicken satay!
I love your videos and recipes. I have printed every recipe from your website ! Keep them in my Marions Recipe Binder. Try one or two a week , everything has been so yummy ! Thank -you !!!
Hello Marion. I am a Indian living in the Netherlands. I love your Food. Specially the noodles as I am making it right now. Do you have the curry recipe you are using in this recipe. Thank you. Greetings from the Netherlands.
You just kicked me um...to the delish zone! Always ready to taste new dishes! Yummy, yum! Doing the air fryer way. Waving to you from south Georgia-land of best Peaches, boiled Peanuts, & Vidalia onions! ; )
We have a chinese-indian restaurant here in the Netherlands, near where I live and they have the most amazing chicken peanut satay sauce. We love to put that sauce on about anything 🙈 I usually combine it with either the nasi goreng or the noodles (which are called 'bami' here) I have been trying to recreate it myself, but still no luck. This recipe seems to come close, exept for the spice. I think the sauce they make is tailored to the Dutch people, we are known to have a very low spice tolerance 🙈 They also make these amazing eggrolls, quite big ones filled with mostly beansprouts and a bit of egg and meat mixed throughout. The outer skin I have no idea what it's made of, but for me thats the best part. A little cruncy on the outside and soft on the inside. Ive never seen these anywhere else. But I was hoping someone knows what I mean and knows a recipe 🙈 the restaurant is obviously not giving out their family recipes 😅
The Indonesians and the Malaysians have those dishes aswell. We are familiar with the Indonesian Sate skewers here in the Netherlands, didn't know the Thai had something similar, but I'm not suprised though. It looks good Marion,...will definitely try this one 👍Tnx.
Superb recipe - it worked out too good. I cooked it mostly for myself as I'd also prepared some left overs for the kids (Korean fried chicken) but they devoured the sate as well. Looks like I have a new family favourite!
Made this tonight and it tasted so amazing! Felt like I was transported to Thailand while eating it. Thanks for your delicious and easy recipes Marion, my favorite Thai youtuber.
Looks AMAZING! I've never had ajat before, how do you eat it? Like do you just take bites like a side dish or do you dip the satay chicken into it, drizzle it over or what?
'Acar' (in Malay) is very typical here in Malaysia when we have Malay wedding ceremony (i really hope that you got invited into Malay wedding heheh) They usually put pineapple in it, goes well with other buffet style dish I love this recipe because it's easy 😅😅😅
Definitely this style is Thai Malay... after the fall of Majapahit many malays quickly found their home in Ayutthaya and some even became soldiers. Particularly malay/indonesian hindus and buddhist as pockets of individual sultanate became popular sharia was not in the favor of non muslims and was structured to encourage conversion. Even muslims malay came but more so during the european rule
I love your cooking and vids. Now I want to make lamb satay skewers, what cut of lamb and how do I tenderise it, would I use your beef marinade mixture?
Hi Marion, this recipe looks super easy and delicious! Would you say it works well if you cook the skewers in advance (Day before a party)? Obvs I imagine they are better fresh, but looking for prep ahead recipes so I'm not cooking on the day of the party! thanks!
I've been a fan of yours ever since they aired MasterChef AU here in Portugal, I'm so glad I could find this channel after all these years :) Thank you!

Please tell me about a substitute for fish sauce... I'm supremely allergic to seafood and miss out on cooking your recipes because of fish sauce.
