A Very good video on pro life. I was always against abortions right from my school days, when I got to kearn and watch actually what was meant by abortion. Moreover, as Christians its against the 10 Commandments... You shall not Kill. Life is a gift from God. We as humans have no right to kill or take away p an innocent life, that too who is so defenseless😢
When I was in my mother's womb ( 5 months pregnant), the doctor told her to abort me, due to her weak uterus. And warned that if progressed further, it could be risky. Either mother or the baby would die. In rare circumstances, both. Her neighbors too advised the same to abort the baby( me) Being a devoted n spiritual Catholic, my mum replied that she will never ever do such an evil thing. And will give birth to as other children she had brought forth. Let anything happen, but will not abort. God's will be done, she said finally. And because of my mum's faith in God, yes to life and no to abortion, I was born into this world as a healthy baby and so was my muma too, who had no any complication or difficulties while giving birth to me. (All her children were normal birth.) So Praise n thanks be to God. I am alive n 50 YO. God indeed had a purpose for me to come into this world. Every child born has a purpose in life. The growth of the child depends upon the way he/she is natured by the parents. Plus the role played by the environment, education and experiences in life while growing into an adult.

It's a painful topic when a woman conceives through rape or incest . Very painful. It has to be dealt with extreme sensitivity and councelling to the victim. Unfortunate as it is in this cruel world we still can't justify killing an innocent baby because of it. What is Catholic Church stand on #ParentalAlienation ? Wherein a child is separated from one of the parents and the custodial parent imbibes hate towards the separated parents and their extended families. I would reckon nobody would support such an act but most would choose to stay silent. In India alone there are close to 30 lakh children who have been brainwashed against their one of the parents. Isn’t the issue of emotional and psychological abuse more pressing than the unborn? These are loving, breathing children who have been denied a loving relationship for a lifetime. There is a misconception by some that the baby does not feel pain in the initial months ir until it is formed. But right from the time of conception there is a heart beat . And if a mother could hear that by way of scan she would feel for that baby.There was a video showing the terrible pain inflicted on the foetus during abortion. A baby in the womb is a living person. It has the same value of personhood as everybody else.
The baby in the womb is smaller in size; its level of development is lesser; it is in different environment; it depended on the mother for its life.
Just because the survival of the baby depended on the mother, how can she say my body, my right? For heaven sake, the baby is not a tumour cell!
I saw this logic in a youtube video:
Just because a baby in the womb has smaller Size, less level of development, staying in a different environment (womb), dependended on the mother for life support, it does not mean the baby is not a person.
Size: it is not that larger people have more value than the smaller one. Therefore size can't be used to determine a personhood.
Level of development: if a 6 year old can't get pregnant but a 16 year old can, it does not mean a 6 year old is not a person because of less level of development. Therefore, a baby in the womb is still a person even if it is less developed.
Environment: An astronaut is a person whether he is confined in the earth's atmosphere or he is in the outer space. The environment does not change his personhod. Therefore, the baby in a different environment is still of equal value.
Degree of dependency: A baby depend on the mother for life support. Even a terminally ill person depend on others for their life support. The life of passengers in a plane depend on the pilot. These dependant people have equal value as a person and no one can take their life.
Thus, just as they don't have the right to take away the lives of those people in their hands, woke women don't have the right to take away the life of the baby in their womb.
The womb should have been the safest place but woke women wanted to end the baby's life!
When women can't prevent a baby from growing in their womb, how can they claim the rights over it?
Woke women shouldn't sleep around and take the responsibility to terminate a life in their womb.
A baby is not a cancer tumour. She didn't give life to it and so she can't take it away just because it is inconvenient to her.
If a woman reserve the right to kill the baby because its survival depended on her, then farmers should also reserve thd rights to kill people who don't grow food but depended on their produce!

The priest spoke well- no one has the right to take one’s life. Human life is precious and is from God. Only God can give life or take it from a person. Because unlike animals, human has a soul which never dies even if the physical body dies whereas animals doesn’t have this soul. So, every life of a human being is precious in the eyes of God. No one on earth has the right to take the life of any human being.
I fully agree with the argument of father Dominic. A woman has rights on her body not the body of another life. If a mother can kill her own child what is left out for us to kill each other- Mother Teresa .
I am a credo Catholic. However, putting my faith and beliefs aside for one moment, just ask that profoundly confused lady: do you have the right to kill your own child AFTER BIRTH when the baby is 6 months old? one year old? 3 years old? 14 years old? (I can almost hear her answer rushing through)....... then why would you kill the EXACT SAME HUMAN BEING when that same baby is 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 months old inside the woumb? If she cannot see the issue here, then she is faced with mere hypocrisy, double standards, soul-less, naturalistic and existentialist monstrosity (survival of the fittest). If she's so eager to defend "her body, her choice", then who defends the "baby's body and choice?".
Even if you keep the life of the baby aside, I always find it an amusing and shallow view when a woman says it's her body. May I ask in what way did such a woman come into existence? What role did she play?
Even when capital punishment is awarded to a female criminal, there is a law in place to wait till the woman delivers her baby, if she is pregnant. The baby in the womb is not put to death along with the woman because the unborn is rightly considered a distinct life.
It's interesting how this actress was trying to sound modern when she used the term archaic law.
"Do not commit adultery," is also an archaic law that is thousands of years old. If this woman's husband commits adultery; would she say it's perfectly okay because the adultery prohibition is outdated? Fact of the matter is, even in our ultra modern times, adultery remains one of the biggest reasons for divorce.

Using the word destroyed for a person as a video title is unbecoming for a catholic. We are here to win over people to christ ,starting with who we may think are the worst of sinners( Remember St Mary Magdalene).

This was a debate and the actress and the Priest are both presenting views of two different groups. So there is nothing about the priest destroying the actress.

I just want to ask one question to Nethra as she is saying My body My choice. Same legal authority that child also has as He or She come in their mother's womb. In that case if mother is thinking only her choice and taking decision that is legally wrong in the sight of the child in the womb because that child has a Life and has full legal authority to Live if a Women taking her own decision and Chose to abort the child, directly mean that she is operating selfishness and not keeping the Law not doing write with her own part of her body because fruit of the womb is from God Almighty not from anyone else and that fruit of womb is a part of the woman body and all women's should understand this fact of life.
