And if you are waiting for this "Winter Arc" before you change something in your life, then you are already among the 98 percent that will give up. You need to start somewhere 3 months is meant to be a propulsion so that we can try it to 3 years then 3 decades But some people go by their entire lives without the 3 months 6th october - 6th January are my three months so thaf i may turn them into a lifetime of hard work and mental peace I will update my progress every 7 days till July 1 st 2025 ....on every Sunday at 21:47 and since I hate writing journals this can be my look into the past and my improvement My two criteria to improvement will be heath and studies and maybe a little mental satisfaction

This vid is the first time I hear about winter arc, but honestly I started training for consistency and discipline, since I feel very good with my mental rn. My two main goals are getting in shape (I'm VERY skinny and underweight at the moment) and doing those 10 push-ups. And this ain't any 3 months thing, I'm committed to the long game from the start. Sadly the entirety of wednesday and thursday are taken by Uni, so I can only train 5 days per week. But yeah, we locking in regardless. Wish you the best of luck! 💪

Week 1 I guess I was ashamed to say that I did slack off badly and ....could do around 20% of what I had in mind I did not even want to write this comment, but I need to fave what I did Although the weeks before, I did absolutely nothing .....0, thus , canbe considered an improvement but I have limited time before m fate is sealed ....around 5 months to be exact these months will probably determine my entire life so ...I am stepping it up Now I'll do the updates twotimes a week Sunday and Thursday I have cut off a lot of distractions, including useless media and friends so kinda proud of that but it's not enough But I know I will pull through and I will update even if I did nothing and I will be truthful to myself as this is more for me than anyone else . I did loose a little weight, no strength tough and I probably study 2 hours need to take it upto 12 See you on Thursday

Leave the shame for 3 months ....just ignore it whatever that you may have done to bring yourself and others down Live the 3 months as an ideal version of yourself ....then afterwards you will to be able to forgive yourself for the mind is fickle to good as it is to bad Just 3 months can change your life Atleast that is what I am implementing
