This is a cooperation with ICM, wich is great! Very, very nice kit, excellent decals out of the box. Beautiful box-art, btw. AM items are welcome for this kit from Eduard, but this is a oob build.

First time I’ve watched you build a model... absolutely fantastic skills!!!
ua-cam.com/channels/FoZu4nwzD9QtxjvH1NDRFw.html
I find it very relaxing to watch these uploads - Beautiful build.
I love the paint scheme on this. Top notch as always.
Simply superb, My sincere congratulations.
Thank you John!! All the best! Dusan
I just got back into modelling after 30yrs in my career and, knowing things had changed since I was 10 (53 now), I asked at a hobby store what I might need to get back into it... staff was super helpful, but then this older guy (who had a TON of experience, to his credit) started bombarding me with ‘you need this and this and you need to do this and that...’ I was ‘whoa dude, I just want to build BASIC, clean kits until I’m comfortable!’
My advice to beginners is to start basic - stick with what you’re comfortable, and you’ll know when you’re ready to move to the next level... by then, you’ll have almost all the supplies and tools you’ll need, and you’ll understand how all the washes, filters and whatnot interact to enhance your builds and your satisfaction!
#1 - have fun!
Made this year's ago. I thought I had done a great job, now realise it was a bit crap really. Great build.
Odličan rad!
Beautiful 👍
Sehr schön gemacht. Hab beim Einkaufen zufällig den selben Bausatz gefunden und gleich mitgenommen. Wo hast Du denn Referenzmaterial zu der Tarnung gefunden?
Why do most model kits not come with the crew to fly the planes ?
Amazing work! What camera do you use?
Great build Dusan. How did you install the waist MG's?
Mit was genau reinigst du das Modell vor dem lackieren?
i built 1/48 and 1/72 ww2 planes all as a kid - not to these production standards!
One of the most beautifull planes ever designed.
Im starting to make models , and i Hope to make them like you someday 😂
@@hammerofdavey 👍🏼
Trust me brother, after a while you get some experience and skill and next thing you know they’ll turn out perfect
In the old days they only had one type of glue. It would get you so high that mistakes were very common. The glue got everywhere.
Same here!they make it look so easy!they'll say,it is easy!not from my chair bro...😂😂😂
Watch a lot of videos on youtube to learn some basic techniques and before you know it you will be putting out some nice model kits but remember its a hobby and you shouldn't put a lot of pressure on yourself to achieve what some of these model builders achieve. Takes many years! Welcome to the family of model builders worldwide!
I was going to make a comment about how sad do you need to be to watch a guy build a model kit, Then i started watching !!!! Absolutely fantastic level of detail and skill. truly staggered by the result
ua-cam.com/channels/FoZu4nwzD9QtxjvH1NDRFw.html
Check out the guy who makes metal aircraft models from scratch, Young C Park.
Get a kit and join the party friend. I have been in the hobby since my early teens. It is my second love after my wife and kids. It has helped me during death and all kinds of issues and occurrences in my life. I have learned about the world and its people via this wonderful hobby. It has enriched my life greatly.
@@jerseywalcott6408 I used to make aircraft kits (badly) back in the late 60s- early 70s. My father used to relax after work by building the WW1 & 2 fighting vehicles (tanks etc) he got to the stage of building his own versions of the tanks/trucks that existed in real life but not in kit form, he would take the kit that had the basic cab, chassis etc (Airfix RAF Refuelling kit was a big favourite) and either take the other bits from other kits or fabricate the required parts from sheet plastic, when he died I inherited a few hundred standard kits and just as many that he had produced as really excellent one-offs. I have little interest in them so they are carefully boxed in the loft.
You should do a Lancaster bomber any variant would be awesome
Yes just built the dambusters from airfix
Ann Donoghue or Revell
@@anndonoghue7907 I don't think that Dusan builds any airfix kits. So I guess if he does any Lancaster then it will be the Revell one
Thanks! I do like Lancaster 👍 will see! All the best! Dusan
@@ScaleModelAircraft I built Lancaster as a kid, one of the most satisfying models
What a great kit, made magnificently as always, these new Revell kit's are world's apart, definitely going to get this one, and it's even got my initials.
It's an ICM kit
Built a HE-111 from revel when I was younger. Nice to see the way I should've done it
It's very nice and politely work. Also it's good looking. Thanks for uploading.
Love your work man. I could practice for 300 years and never come close to your skills ! Keep the videos coming 👍
Don't sell yourself short. It just take some knowledge of technique (which this video provides) and some patience. Don't force anything, and most importantly remember that every mistake is fixable.
Except maybe cracking a clear part. But everything else is.
Another work of art! Attention to detail is extraordinary Dusan.
Your channel was worth finding just based off of the discovery of Eduard parts alone.
I love this kit. Amazing build. Congrats Dusan. Can't wait for the next one. Who knows maybe it will be F-35 in 1/48 scale this time. Would be awesome. BTW who looking forward for revell's b-29 1/48 paltinum editon kit?
When I need to be inspired on my own builds, I watch your videos!😀
I can imagine the painters of the real planes with air paint guns swirling green paint like that.
Your videos have been a joy to watch during this pandemic. I truly enjoy watching you work. Thank you
I find it sad that you cannot have the correct tail swastika showing on your model or UA-cam, like Nazis, will take your video down. Great job on the model. Beats the Hell out of the 1/72 models I used to build as a kid. Bravo!
if this is hard imagine how hard it was to build thousands of real ones O.o
they didn't came in boxes
depends on the amount of slave labor you can apply.
@Mitch vd Wasn´t really assembly lines like you see in the US mass production of fighters and bombers and ships its was more assembly like halls... and the delivery chains where rather long... one company produces the motors, the other the fueltanks, the next the instruments... and thinks became much more problematic as soon all men were drawn to military service and industry complexes had become targets of air raids... there isn´t much footage because of slave labor and secrecy. At the end the german air force had no real "bombers". A B24 could carry 4-5 times the amount of bombs a He-111 did, with same crew size. The luftwaffe was more into multi roll designs... HE111 as a ship hunter with torpedos, a troop-transporter, a cargo transporter, a heavy fighter, and a light bomber fulfilling no roll perfectly.
You work in an artisanal way, it's such a joy to watch. And that freehand Mäander camo is downright fantastic.
Thanks Kit for kinds words! All the best! Dusan
After watching this and your previous videos, let me express my admiration over your control of Revell contacta glue! When I try to squeeze the damn thing, half of it comes out usually flooding everything. :D And oh yeah, great model! That paintjob..., I'm speechless!
Thank you! Well I don't squeeze the bottle at all just trying to use gravity, sometimes I have to unclog the needle but that's normal. All the best! Dusan
I wish my builds went together this smoothly. I'll issue you a challenge from a broke hobbyist, try doing one without the airbrush. It's amazing how much you learn doing it!
Remember that Dusan has the power of editing on his side ;)
August 4, 2020---Actually, you can get GOOD airbrushes (used) pretty cheap via Ebay. Got a double action Paashe that was basically brand new for $30, including shipping. Later on, when my compressor died, Ebay was there again for me. Got a combo set of single & double action airbrushes AND a compressor for $75, again this included shipping. Nephew was looking at the same set on Amazon, but the seller wanted $125?! You can guess where he bought his.
@@rafalemiec8683 unless it's a 1 color paint scheme, I think that nearly everyone can see the difference beetwen airbrushed and paint brushed paint job :)
Wonderful. That camo made my eyes ache just watching.
gg bro! You really deserved that beer! 😂
It's an incredibile beautiful model, the camo is outstanding ( one of my favourite) and your work on pinning the fuselage is genial.
Thanks!!! All the best! Dusan
dusan,
Can you please put the scale of the model in the title of the video?
13 people doesn t like this video!!?? I Guess they may be Spitfire pilots... Or not!! Amazing work Dusan!!
Thank you very much Alex, not sure, maby it's an historical background Adlerangrif 🤔 All the best! Dusan
Beautiful painting! Your freehand camo was just very impressive to watch. Inspiring me to try some new techniques. Well done.
Is there a video with the list of tools and cements you use?? That would be a great help!!!
I always admire Your airbrush skills. And great tips. In case of that kit I regret they do it only in 1/48 scale... or I didn't started with that scale. :D But only a bit! ;)
I would like to see you do 2 conversions the first a either a 1/32 or 1/48 hispano buchon with the merlin engine and the same scale casa heinkel111 with the Merlin engines as in the film the battle of Britain
When I receive the notification bell I know that it's going to be another great model from Dusan.....and I am never disappointed. Amazing job, super details and 22:54 minutes of sheer pleasure!
Great job Dusan.........as usual!
Thank you very much for kinds words Robbo! 🍻 All the best! Dusan
Beautiful plane and job man, but if you are doing a german WW2 plane you can't censure the swastika, be professional.
Outstandig work, and i really love the camo sceme.
What airbrush you’re using? Thanks
In this video Mr.Hobby custom mainly. All the best! Dusan
ScaleModelAircraft thanks.
I have always same problem. This is so amazing, that when I'll start by myself, will be never satisfied 😅
Same with cities skylines 😄
Outstanding. A joy to see you build 😀
Thank you very much!! All the best!!
Amazing work I will say. this makes me want to try my luck with a paper model
Wonderful work. I have the 1:32 scale version of this plane from Revell and I'm very much looking forward to building it.
That's a great kit, you're going to enjoy. All the best! Dusan.!
Wow Dusan, it looks Amazing! Another great job, keep up the great work.
Make the academy mig29a fulcrum. Ps great build
An absolutely fantastic build. The time it took for the camouflage alone was well worth the final result. Couldn't believe how poor quality the tyres were OOB.
Thanks!!! Agree with you, I would upgrade them with excellent Brassin but I wanted oob build. I would recommend upgrade 👌 All the best! Dusan
Beautiful model,....my only complaint, no pilot & Crew figures....... For me these warbirds look better with pilot figures in them.
Really nice model with all of the detail. You did a great job. Have a second one.
Gospodine Lekić! Volim gledati Vaše radove.Ne pričate nego na jedan izuzetno miran i skoncentriran način stvarate jako lijepe radove..Odgledao sam mislim sve vaše radove i uvjeren sam kako sam u jednoj od videa naišao na glazbenu podlogu koja je čista klasična,mislim violine i ako mi možete reći skladatelja i naziv djela.Hvala!
Absolutley magnificent work,, bravo!!
Me watching this video : "- Oh my god! He's beautiful!"
Also me when I see my Tiger I model kit : "- Well... When you think I took 3 months to create it and you see the results..."
Being one that believes the Germans had the best plane and tank paint schemes. You just help prove it with an outstanding display here..
Very nice work. Wonderful Heinkel. 😎👍
Wow. Awesome build. A question if it's ok: why do you use black primer instead of let's say gray or white?
Your videos just keep getting better and better! The airbrush work is fantastic.
Another 'tour de force' Dusan. Fantastic workmanship / skills as ever.
Best from NZ.
Thank you very much Ian! 🍻🍻🍻 All the best! Dusan
please build next Bf-110 in 1/32 :)
The build is beautiful, absolutely stunning aircraft
Thanks for sharing
Cary
Ah I remember the unboxing video of this beautiful aircraft. Again fantastic job on this build and I see that Revell is upgrading their quality.
Hey I was wondering if you can build the “Columbia & Eagle” model from Revell, of the 50th anniversary of the lunar landing. It’ll be great 😁😁
I can't promise, i do like it. There is no perfect kit,
What a beautiful job. Your touch and technique is a job to behold. Most grateful you share these processes with those of us forever learning this art.
Is this the same guy who dose the video game press kit unboxing?
4:53 Excuse me, but what is the point if nobody will be able to see it? Why do they make this and why do we build it and paint it? 7:46 Isn't easyer to paint it before glue it? And offcourse you deserve a beer! That's how one clean itself from inside before painting! CHEERS!
I agree with you, many times I have dilemma should I do this or that, because it is not visible at all. Well you should take a look at some brand new armour releases 500+ that will be lost in the darkness 😉 Thank you very much! All the best! Dusan
@@ScaleModelAircraft Yes...I Was asking because many times i DO paint parts that no one will see later... Furthermore, i enjoy doing it...! But i still don't know why...😞
Anyway, i never miss your videos. U r the best, Dusan!
How long did you let the primer dry? :) I have allways the peeling problem when I remove the masking tape
Greetings from Switzerland
I reall like models of bombers and you did a great job!
excellent assembled and painted it was very good for you. I look forward to your next project
Very, very nice work, Dusan. I always like the Mediterraneant/Afrika schemes! I have 2 of the old Monogram/Revell kits, but I'm looking to buy a number of the ICM ones, starting with their He 111Z!
Thank you very much Brett! Well I do like the Zwilling version, I have the Hasegawa boxing. Not sure about the 48th scale 🤔 pretty big kit. All the best! Dusan
Very nice Dusan. 10 out of 10 Points. ✌👍 Greetings Ben
Thank you very much Ben! All the best! Dusan
Hello, I'm a person who is watching in Korea.
I enjoy watching the video and I am receiving a lot of help because you are good at editing and explaining the ingredients that are not found in other plastic model videos.
If you don't mind, if you could do HE 219 someday,
I'd appreciate it.
Way to go on!
Thanks!! We'll I am not sure about that kit, I have already built for the magazine Revell 1/32 He-219 and 1/32 Zoukei Mura He-219. For myself I have built lovely Tamiya 1/48 He-219 and the older Dragon in 72nd scale so I am not sure about that build. All the best! Dusan.
Very good work ur so paitent and relaxed just smoothly sailing threw your build well done bro great build 👍Keith
Thank you very much Keith! All the best! Dusan
My pleasure just subbed u for some tips and inspiration from the way you build im building only 1yeaar half now so still learning 👍
Absolutely perfect in painting the camouflage. Excellent hands, my friend. I see you working and I feel myself soooooo noob .
Congratulations. Always nice and inspiring videos.
Thank you very much! Dusan
When I was a young boy I used to build WWII models like these. Now I realize: I was a botcher!
My deep respect to your accuracy, your love of detail and your professional equipment as well as to your skills!
I did too. But who had the equipment?
Any way to turn this model into a "Battle of Britain" HE-111? Are there any aftermarket decals and paint schemes for it?
fliegeroh This kit is a rebox of ICM’s HE 111, some of which have Battle of Britain markings. Check out Scalemates online, it’s a database of pretty much every single kit out there.
@@JimmyBoston thanks
Wonderful ! 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐ really enjoying the bomber builds. Would you consider building the Martin B-26 Marauder , same scale ?
Absolutely stunning work.
I keep coming back to see this Fantastic Job!! I do love the camuflaje(español) !!!!
I subscribed to your channel...!! Great skills 👍👍🎅🎅🎅
Great paint job.....German ground crew, lets make it ART! RAF....green and brown regulation pattern on upper, duck egg blue or blackk undersides......USAAF.....paint? What paint bud....just polish the darn thing...
What no swastika for the tail?
very difficult model...had to re-drill all the holes in the fusaloge because they were too small for the nubs on the other half to fit...same for the wings. Wings were difficult as they did not fit well,a lot of filling. the engine cowlings were difficult to fit as well. This guy must have spent a tremendous amount orf time filling and fileing to get things to fit that well. I ended up buying a second kit but it was the same....very poor flawed kit by revel. I was extremely disapointed. I followed the instructions to the letter and found there was mistakes in the instruction booklet as well! I have never had an experience putting a kit togeather like this one. 👎
And the Oscar goes to.....Dusan!!! Amazing build!
Thank you, I'd like to thank the Academy...😄 Really appreciate! All the best! Dusan
A legendary plane.
Each of your posts deserves the full score-simply all super made and shown
Thank you very much for your kind words!! All the best! Dusan
A brilliant video of a stunning build, fantastic work👍👍😁
"hi quality decals" ??? WHERE are the Tail fin Swastikas? I build NOTHING that is not complete.
This isn't the Revell kit I bought 20 years ago. Now I have a sad face.
Absolutely awesome ! great work on this one !
As always, BEAUTIFULLY done Sir. Be safe there.
How long did this take you? I feel like a rush through my model builds.
Hard question, I have multiple builds at the moment. Relax and enjoy your time with builds 😉 I can rush sometimes also! All the best! Dusan
Georgous paint job...which I could be as good...thanks for the hints.😀😀😀😀
Great video. Even better build. I wish I was at your level. (Tip; scrapping; to trash. Scraping; to remove unwanted bits.) :)
Revell instructions like all modern instructions ARE CRAP! In the 1950 / 60, instructions actually told you what part you where joining the part to. One actually LEARNT something about the construction of the thing that the model was about. Today, really, you wouldn’t know if you gluing a propeller to the boot lid of a Porsche. Yes, I know I’m exaggerating but older modeller know what I am talking about. While not put PROPER instructions on the WEB so that young modellers can download good information about the model they are building?
Great build but even better paint work, you earnt that beer just watching you spray the camo made my eyes go funny! wish my hand was that steady, Thanks
Had to pause for a minute after seeing the Revell box lid lift off.
Excellent work as always
Thank you very much!! All the best! Dusan
