Nice build, however, I personally would have built my bed along the right side of the box instead of across the back doors so that in case of an emergency situation up in the front of the box such as an unexpected fire, you can still readily have access to the back doors to use them as a quick means of egress, but I guess that's just the firefighter in me.
I am thankful to see this build I am in the process and this color scheme is the same as I plan so I am very excited to see your finished product. You did a great job!
Not yet we are in the beginning stages. Working on the engine and removing cabinets. Was it hard to modify the tall cabinet for the bed? I will be doing that in the next few days. I am hopeful that it will be simple but any tips or issues would be helpful.
it was a little difficult but we ended up flipping the piece we cut from the cabinet upside down and then putting it in place with some aluminum angle pieces and self tapping screws and lots of glue. feel free to reach out to us here or on Instagram if you have any questions we would love to help! we are @jandtarnold on Instagram

This is the only other Ambo I've seen with orange/blue stripes like ours!

We just used flat black spray paint! It was pretty cost effective, and it has lasted quite well
