    You guys it burns once you reach half of the workout ! Loved it , Btw what is your recommendations for this workout so we can see results ?

    The exercises are good, but you have to take care of your form. Maybe try and focus your movement on your arms instead of moving your lower body as well. Form shouldn't be sacrificed for speed.
