VERDICT: Sakura Dance is very strong and it's definitely the most unique and versatile Combat Art in the game because you can combo it into mid-air Prosthetic Tool attacks. It's super fun to use because of this, but it's not just a tool just for being creative - it's surprisingly powerful. Being able to immediately combo into the Loaded Axe, Loaded Spear, or Sabimaru allows you to put tons of pressure on bosses and string together big combos. It also raises you higher up in the air than a regular jump by a fairly significant amount, so while you can use it to counter Perilous Sweep attacks, you can also just dodge all kinds of attacks with it - Owl's Firecracker slash, for example. Plus, as far as I can tell, you gain the invincibility frames of jumping basically as soon as you initiate the attack, even if you haven't quite left the ground yet - at least, that's how it feels to me. On top of everything else, it also breaks super-armor and allows for a follow-up attack afterward with a Prosthetic Tool of your choice. It's very cool that the most fun and interesting Combat Art is also actually useful - considering this one only came out with the DLC, it should be something special, and it doesn't disappoint.
