Reebok Alien Stomper - How to Receive the Missing Certificate and Stomping Guide

- Reebok Alien Stomper 40th Anniversary was a great release but Reebok forgot to send the Certificate and Stomping Field Guide as advertised on their Product page. I contacted Reebok and received a positive response that I wanted to share with everyone that purchased the shoes via Reebok.com.
You have to have your order number ready and contact Reebok via Twitter @Reebokushelp or call them at 1-866-870-1743. You can also contact them via Facebook. Reebok informed me that they would be shipping out the missing items by Mid June.

I just got mine in the mail today. I received the certificate and the manual with an extra apology with an Alien quote. Pretty cool. Good on Reebok.

Reebok just informed me that they sent the items and they also gave me a 20 dollar voucher. It took forever but I think they handled this correctly

I didn't mention this but apparently they also have Facebook page where you can contact them. Pretty cool. And they actually respond.
No matter how big or small, a bit of great customer service goes a long way for a company
💯💯 Not many big companies do this. Kudos to Reebok for doing this really. Their parent company (Adidas) however isn't as good with their customer service on things like this based on what I heard from others haha.

Thanks for informing me of the missing items. I wasn't even fully aware until you pointed out. They also told me that they would send my missing insole too.

Yeah it was a big mistake on their part haha. I haven't gotten them yet but they informed me they would send them. Unlike others they also missed 1 of the extra insole lol. They confirmed they will be sending that as well.

Yeah for sure. For me and probably for you as well, this extends behind shoes. Some local businesses get so much of my money for being excellent service providers haha

Off topic but what do think about the Fila Grant Hills?
They are super dope. My brother was a huge fan and he owned the OG Grant Hill 1s from 95 and when they re released last round, he picked them up as well. Fila just released a lower cut version not too recently. You should be able to find them at footlocker online 🔥

Did you get a response via twitter or call them. I got from stock x and it's missing
I got responses both via twitter and phone. The only thing is they are going to ask you for proof that you have the product. I had to give them my Reebok order number. Hope they can work something out for you.

Reebok really nailed this one 🔥🔥 The certificate is.... Kinda whatever but the stomp guide is pretty cool haha.
Too bad they won't help you if you bought third party on StockX or GOAT. I already contacted them and it doesn't look good for me, and nor does StockX want to do anything about it. Just sucks to pay for something and then all the companies fail their commitment to the customer.
Wow.... That is terrible.... Did you try sending them DM via Twitter? You can send them pictures thru there too. Maybe you can prove to them you have this product and they may do something about it. I totally am with you that Reebok really screwed this up and they should do whatever it takes to make this up at their own dime. I was impressed with how they handled me but they should go further and understand that stakeholders of their products extend beyond just the immediate customers these days. Sorry to hear that bro.
@@FiveMinuteSneakerTV They originally said contact StockX, but I told them this is a Reebok issue and the only thing StockX could do is make me return the shoes if they actually decide to do something. StockX isn't known for their customer service. After I complained about that she asked for my StockX order number and said somebody would be contacting me. So we'll see. I'll let you know what happens.
Hope this works for you man. The person I talked to was super nice and responsive. Hope they come thru for you. I will also update this thread when and if I actually get my booklets too.

Not yet but they informed me that they will ship out end of June. We shall see!
