@@FiveMinuteSneakerTV hahah ya skating is very different compared to other things because of the grip tape on top of the board; when you do a trick, the shoe slides across the grip tape and destroys shoes very fast. I was sponsored by I-Path shoes for 7 years and they used to send me 2 pairs a month. I remember when I used to skate every day, I'd go through a pair of shoe lases every other day haha. The shoes need to be built tough!

Yeah the red one is non skate version of Air Trainer 1 but inspired by Air Max 90 Infrared colorway (which was also designed by Tinker Hatfield). I love both haha. I wish I can skate 😂😂

These are fire! Love the colorblocking on these super surprised how these came out polar did an amazing job on this collaboration. And I didn't know these was under the sb line too thanks for the lesson on the day man . Nike does it again.
This one surprised me quite a bit too. First off these are made in Vietnam and the quality was really good compared to to other recent Nike SB releases. I am a huge fan of AT1 and mix that with SB = Banger haha

Oh haha I didn't even realize. I am wearing these today. These definitely were made in Indonesia and the tag is slightly different to other Nike tags inside the tongue. Interesting stuff!

Man I remember I had the Bo Jackson trainers but they got stolen in my locker room back in high school 😩😭 still hurts me to this day haha. These are nice. Love the contrasts on these kicks as well. Very simple/yet cool sneaker colorway. Very nice review and on/foot too fam.
Oh man.. That sucks. I just looked up the last retro of the chlorophylls and they are... Fetching super high in resell. Idk why but I still don't have a pair. I gotta change that soon. Hopefully Nike re releases those soon.

Thanks Fam! I literally edit out all blank spaces haha. I usually film about 10 to 11 minutes for the talking part and edit the heck out of it down to 3 or 4. Then I add the on foot.

Yeah both shoes are sick. Altho the SB version is supposed to be modified for skateboarding purposes, I think both shoes are pretty much identical in terms of the build and technical aspects.

Yeah I remember these being a tennis shoe rather than a skate shoe 🤔 they often do that eh, I used to have as pair of courtside sneakers that ended up being skate shoes. Must be a bit more padding in them so they fit a lil narrow 💎 look great on feet 👍
What's interesting is both the non SB Trainer 1 and SB version fit exactly the same. I think these shoes are just designed a bit narrow around the pinky area. But it wasn't as bad as those Barkleys I had to return. Thank God haha

Ikr? 100 dollar retail these days seems like a huge bargain haha. I remember picking up the Infrared AT1s (featured in this video) about... 4 or 5 years ago for more than this. I think I paid... 110 or 120 then.

It's kind of that blue used on older Barkleys. Not quite purple but definitely not blue 😂 it may give me some difficulty coordinating.

You know? It's odd that I have started seeing some videos with comments disabled lately. I think it's when video features minors. My channel should be good haha. But yeah I love trainer 1s and SB so this was a must get for me. Super dope colorway and materials for the money I paid.
Great vid! I am a true size 10 for most Jordans (3 and 4). Would you recommend sticking to size 10 for the Air Trainer pair?
This is a bit harder to answer because Jordan 3 sizing over the years have been all over the place. 2011 Jordan 3s came HUGE while 2008 came TTS. With that said, if you wear Jordan 4 in size 10, I would say size 10 should do well for the trainers.

Great review! In terms of sizing you mentioned stay true to your normal Nike size. Would that be what I normally wear in Jordan’s? I’m mostly a 10.5 across the board, a few Nike models I go up to an 11. Thanks!
These sort of fit like Nike SB Dunk Low tops in terms of width but slightly shorter. Mine hasn't been completely broken in yet (I wore them for this review and one full day today). These kinda fit very similar to Air Max 95 if you own a pair. Or just slightly snugger than Jordan 11 Mids. Not by much tho. Hope this helps!
I would say if you don't have wide feet, 10.5 should work fine. If you have wide feet, 11 will be safer. I am normally a size 8.5 in most Reeboks which are more generous than Nikes and size 9 in most Jordans (due to the narrow width - I have wide feet). I went with size 9 with these. I have some extra room in the front but width wise, snug fit.
Five Minute Sneaker TV thank you! Yeah I have some SB lows where in my TTS 10.5 and some where I sized up to an 11. Seemed to depend on the material. I had a size 11 in the Purple Lobsters and they were huge, slipping off my feet. So 10.5 was the way to go. Same with Air Maxes. I have a wide foot but depending on the material sometimes I can fit my TTS. Thanks again! And I love all your reviews
@@enderwinns Thank you so much! Your feet must be not as wide as mine haha. For all modern day SB dunk lows, I have to go to my "Nike" size (i.e. Size 9). For older SB dunks like from the Silver Box Era, I can definitely do true true size (or even size down for a super snug fit). Hope which ever size you go with, these work for you. These are super dope in person. Quality, surprisingly, is very good too for a $100 retail shoe.

How’s the sizing? Is it true to size
I talked about sizing briefly in the video but to me, they fit me at half size up. I have wide feet. These fit just like any other trainer 1s. If you own trainer 1s, go with the same size. Otherwise I recommend to go true to your Nike size or half size up from shoes like New Balance or Reeboks.
