I marinate mine in buttermilk cause I like em to have a lil chew. I keep the seasoning simple salt, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper and I use 50/50 flour and corn starch maaaan some good eating
Yes, Mr. Willie, what ingredients are in the slurry? Did you coat the gizzards with it before coating them with flour? And as another viewer stated you used a stove top pressure cooker not a crock pot as you said. Just sayin!!

Just cold water and flour for the slurry. And yes you are correct about the pressure cooker. I was making sure the viewers were paying attention 😆
