First day on a navy ship: "Why are there so many boot marks on the walls?" First day after going through a massive storm, with the ship rolling 45 degrees for 3 days straight: "I get it now..."
The best part about being on a navy ship is going topside at night. The stars are AMAZING because you're not near any city light pollution. Also the bioillum is pretty sick. Best qualities though: enlisted sailors are super chill, and there ain't nothing like that chief/divo power couple.
I joined in 08, and we were still drinking hard core back then, too. A super drunken Boston pub crawl on St. Pateicks day is how I became a parent for the first time 9 months later, lol 😂. He's now 14, and I 100% made his middle name Patrick. No shame either, I was young and dumb, and had a blast.
YO NIKKO!!!! I’m so hyped you finally did a navy video lol. But best navy trait is we are all raging party animals. We don’t see land for hella long at a time so we just be goin crazy as soon as we hit port. Keep up the good work Nikko! I love your shit and it makes my day.
The navy is the chillest branch because they got the Big Guns. Never have to worry about running from an enemy when you can just obliterate the hill they are standing on with a single missile lol.
yeah burlap bags filled with metal cans that have been shredded, the bag rots and the metal rusts. plastics are melted into huge pucks and placed in trash bags for disposal at port. no issues here.
10:20 one reason I think is because they haven't really had a threat yet and haven't really had to do much combat, I mean just look at how many ships they have crashed in the last few years
My cousin served in the navy from 2003 to 2007 on a ship his entire team looked badass there were multiple snipers! They intercepted pirate boats? His m16 in his pictures had 20 inch barrels!
Being on the 13th MEU, seas def got choppy. But as the Marine detatchment, we literally just sat inside all day, unless we did PT and shooting at the water lol
The Air Force is the chilliest branch by far. They ain't getting our hands dirty unless it involves grease or gun oil. USAF are the first branch during deployment with an umbrella drink in hand.
So cool little side note the guy that threw the stick into the water and watched it come back up, that's an old trick used on the Mississippi River to measure water depth it's actually where Mark Twain the writer come from
"The government needs you more than you need them" followed by
"I would never hurt myself"
Had me ☠️

Nikko is the perfect person for a flamethrower sponsorship 😂
Let's not give nikko flame thrower
Nikko: The navy is so chill
Deck Dept and Engineering Dept: Am I a joke to you?

Desert Storm was first time I saw waves glowing
I’m an old sailor, so drinking was my superpower. We were really good at it.
Is it true that you guys regularly drink entire towns dry when you pull into port?
If by "towns" you mean up to and including small and medium sized countries, yes yes we do.
The boat that tipped was a medical small boat with the USNS Comfort. It was even worse to see in person. 🙃

Soon after words at bar 2 they passed out and we had to find they're less wasted buddies to get em back
dude, being on board a ship is the most hilarious shit ever I swear to god! Also we have the best parties
It doesn’t matter the content in the video, the energy you bring to every video makes it good
The navy is the chillest branch because they got the Big Guns. Never have to worry about running from an enemy when you can just obliterate the hill they are standing on with a single missile lol.
It's such a good day when nikko posts-and nikko ur the best-and yes hes still a regular sailor-
For real!
@@nikkoortizshorts yep
Nikko always knows how to turn my compensator into an extended barrel
yeah burlap bags filled with metal cans that have been shredded, the bag rots and the metal rusts. plastics are melted into huge pucks and placed in trash bags for disposal at port. no issues here.
We didn't do that shit in the German Navy though. The old ships had garbage incinerators and the newer ones just collected the trash.
Navy here, and I'd say drinking in port and while out at sea and stupid shit out at sea makes the terrible time slightly worth it.
Three years in the Army and they still haven't learned not to wear their cover inside.. Classic Army. 😂😂
How else are we going to exhibit our carefree and free spirited attitude?
Both our mouths dropped at the same time. Mom bout to get a daughter back😂😂 Thanks Navy 🤣🤣
Finally something to cure my work boredom thank you nikko
Much needed 😅
As a navy submariner nah bro. Seabees don’t ever go underway and if they ever do it’s for a few days. Regular sailors deal with 6-7 month deployments
Nikko brutally honest on the war going on right now!
Your military fail videos are my literal favorite thing to watch on UA-cam
As a navy vet. He was definitely a boot. Also, all the jokes and rumors are true.
Nope, Staff Seargent
A Seabee is just a 21-W Carpentry/Masonry expert. That was my first MOS while in the Army and I trained with them down in Gulfport Mississippi.
1:20 😮 everyone is getting in trouble. As a former enlisted sailor. I can expect next month or two is going to be hell on high water.
i love your channel Nikko, it always makes my day better to see you posted a new video 🫶
10:20 one reason I think is because they haven't really had a threat yet and haven't really had to do much combat, I mean just look at how many ships they have crashed in the last few years
Storms at sea are the best times. You can jump higher, walk on walls and at night you get rocked to sleep.
My cousin served in the navy from 2003 to 2007 on a ship his entire team looked badass there were multiple snipers! They intercepted pirate boats? His m16 in his pictures had 20 inch barrels!
Keep an eye on Nikko when he has the flame thrower make sure he does not set any thing on fire
Was up Reese
So cool to see you after joining the military. Thank you for your service
Seabees = Force/Regiment/Battalion/Platoon/Squad/Fire team… so not normal! 20yrs & no ships but I still love ya bro.
Absolutely love Nikko, I’m going to West Point, joining the army, then becoming an army ranger 🫡
"me at 7:50" Navy subs here: DUI's, drinking underage, and destroying government property
Chanel is so chilling like a villain!!🐶🐕😎😎
Military fails is my favorite series😂

Great video Nikko.

I'm gonna need that Flammewerfer, but like 40% smaller so I can mount it to my little .22 and...... hunt bugs.
“That’s not milk”

The wet socks. I thought I understood, but I had no idea. I just walked 12 miles with wet shoes and socks and I just want to give up on life.

Love ur puppy bro !❤
Your channels got so many videos the only way I can tell I’ve watched already is the thumbs up 😂💯
First the CS with the VAQ 135 I know that squadron that's at Whidbey bro! 😂
To those shipmates that complain about how all they see is the water around them, at least they get to see said water.
If you talk to the Korean War vets… the Seabees were not regular sailors! 🤣
9:13 he even took some chest shots
The emergency escape in the racks goes to your neighbors rack. Just in case you get lonely at night...
The Air Force is the chilliest branch by far. They ain't getting our hands dirty unless it involves grease or gun oil. USAF are the first branch during deployment with an umbrella drink in hand.
Great vids keep pushing ❤
Less go! Love the military fails!
that snow turn to solid rock
You're still a regular sailor 😂
good timing with the navys birthday coming up in 2 days
Lmao knew the grape dude was in my squadron 😂
Former Navy AME: Best Feature? Party never stops!
Danish Royal carries all the garbage to port.. Yeah, several containers.
Someone i know went there and when i asked their mom about it, she said they hated exercising and the air force rejected them for not passing the pft.
You all ways make my day
So cool little side note the guy that threw the stick into the water and watched it come back up, that's an old trick used on the Mississippi River to measure water depth it's actually where Mark Twain the writer come from
