One of the weakness i had with this deck , once your engine starts you are manipulating into miracles, you also make sacrifices by losing land drops consistent and the card draw is hard to upgrade unless you start using expensive engines like Rhystic study. If you lose land drops for getting a big miracle, you suffer if they ever board wipe or remove the commander.
Cutting Extravagant Replication? You miracle it in for 2 mana! If you have Ondu Spiritdancer you get a copy of it. Same if you have it out and cast Mirrormade on it. Next upkeep they copy each other & you have 4 enchantments that copy any permanents you have out next upkeep… it’s the best combo in the deck without upgrades. Why take it out?
Anyone reading this planning to upgrade this deck: Get Penance!! Broken card for this deck and a lot of people are sleeping on it! Even ignoring the protection effect you can cast anything from you hand you want for miracle by skipping a draw
@@mohammadazmimuhajir4827 Oh, this deck can be a little difficult for those new to the game. The commander gives all ur enchantments miracle. (Meaning the FIRST card you draw in a turn cost 4 less to cast, as long if it's an enchantment). To help you set that up she also let's you surveil 2 at the start of you turn (before you draw). This helps you throw out cards that are not enchantments to set up ur the draw. Now let's say u already have an enchantment in hand and it's 8 mana. You obviously wanted to cast it for the miracle cost but now you're stuck with it in your hand. Penance is an enchantment that has the ability to give your stuff protection at the cost of putting a card from your hand to the top of the library. But we can abuse this ability because the cost of activating it is actually what we want rather than the actual effect. We want to put our exercise enchantment from our hand to the top of the library so next turn we cast it for it's miracle cost. It's at instant speed as well. It also doesn't require tap or any other cost, so you can use it before any draw spells in enemy turns (cuz miracles can be cast in any turn at instant speed, no matter the type of spell) to put the card you want to miracle on top of the library right before the draw effect takes place. Lastly, you can just use it for its intended purpose. Protection for those specific colors. This effect is just fine, nothing crazy. You essentially skip a draw (cuz u'll just draw ur card back) to protect from some dmg. It's mid at best. But the fact that we can use that "cost" to just set up our miracles for free is just busted for us. Essentially the cost of the ability is a + for us rather than a - as it should normally be.
@@itsSmiv By puting the card from ur hand on top of the library you quite literally skip ur regular draw because ur just gonna draw what you just put on.
Normally I hate those bounce lands unless the deck has landfall and you are just playing them each turn and bouncing them for the triggers. But there is one thing here I found Verge Rangers really help with missing land drops because you can put a land second even if the other card isn’t a miracle then play it from top of deck but only if you have less lands than an opponent. You can skip a land drop to keep getting free lands this way but the bounce lands let you have less land but more mana. It’s a minor thing but that is the original intent of these lands anyway that you can have same mana with less actual lands because the commander’s surveil is going to have you dumping lands into graveyard looking for enchantments. I agree Burnished Hart is garbage ever since I first saw it in Origins I was just stumped how anybody thinks a card & 6 mana is good for 2 lands in tapped.
@@DoubleRIpTv when an enchantment enters, it makes a gremlin. Thanks to the room, the gremlin is an enchantment, thus an enchantment entered and it makes a gremlin.
why didn't you add penance? well I guess the price spiked, I'd imagine that is going in the 300. I went with Eidolon of Rhetoric with the focus of drawing on opponents turn. I would imagine this deck is a little slow so I want to slow the game down a bit

I can see that, board wipes will hurt
Crucible of worlds might help out a bit here.

Heck yeah!
going down to 35 lands in a non-green deck is ballsy
Lol ok... Most of my commander decks are at 33😅
Most my decks are baseline 34
35 is the top end and that’s for 3 colored decks without green. lol
I could probably dip to 30 for my tayam deck as is though lol
@@thorne5072 tayam is generally cedh, 30 makes sense
@@Obermaster10same. At least 32. 35 is a lot!
