Pecan Pie Recipe

This is one of my favorites pies to make for every holiday! The pie crust is my adaptation of my Mom's pie crust recipe.
Pie Crust Recipe:
2 c AP Flour
1 t Salt
1 1/2 t Sugar
3/4 c Unsalted Butter - Cubed
1 T Vinegar
1/3 c Cold Water
Pecan Pie Filling Recipe:
1 3/4 c Chopped Toasted Pecans
1 c Light Corn Syrup
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Brown Sugar packed
3 Eggs
1/3 c Unsalted Butter Melted
1/2 t Salt
1 t Vanilla
