Twenty years later and I’m now focused and more drives. Decades past, but at least I’m back on the path.

Loved this one, Dan. We’re always looking for our heroes & mentors to show something oddly unique & specific in how they spend their time each day, and typically we discover that they spend their time very similarly to how we’re already spending ours. The magic is in being honest with what we’re actually doing, building & creating in those work blocks, and what we’re really doing when we show up to the gym, and what we’re really eating. How you spend your day in particular, is not complex, but we look for complexity. The answer is actually doing the basics, the simple stuff, and being honest with ourselves about the degree of quality, consistency & intentionality in our output & execution in those simple, obvious parts of our day.
This is the lifestyle I want to have! Thanks for showing the process. This was instructional and inspirational. I hope this “A Day In The Life” format becomes a regular thing. I learned a whole lot more by seeing what the life of a creative entrepreneur looks like. I loved it.
This was most helpful Dan, Thank you for showing us this part of your life and breaking it down to normal, bite size and achievable steps. This makes it so easy to understand the steps to progress and consistency. You ARE a teacher !
Loved getting a glimpse into your lifestyle and habits. I have been building a new life as a creator and solo entrepreneur after leaving my corporate career and it takes some time to see the payoff. Our daily habits and consistency are crucial to hitting those milestones.
I usually never comment but I felt the need to share some feedback. Seeing the visuals of your everyday life definitely helps bring an even better understanding of how the day to day life actually looks. This was a great idea. Thank you for this.

I love this video because it shows you in your real life and gives such a great insight into how you run things. One of my philosophies is around ‘there are no absolutes’, you kind of speak about this in your videos without labelling it. I approach my life much the same, for example exercise everyday and eat clean. Now that doesn’t mean that happens 100% of the time it’s what happens most of the time and allows me to ‘be normal’ like you mention when eating out with family and friends
Clarity in the day to day actions. Love the 4 hour work day, learning and living the life we want to live! Thank you Dan for letting us in your kitchen and a day in your life choices 🎉
A behind the scenes look into the way you choose to live your life is interesting. Learning more about you and seeing where your personal brand came from is something I’m focused on right now. Actively working on reps through a set of exercises you taught “One Person Business”, “4 Hour Workday”, and “Digital Leverage” to architect the business of me I’m building. Years ago people disappointed me and I vowed to not let anyone steal my time and equity%. Here I am after years of health, relationship, and work issues that were sucking the life out of me. Even though I gave, my returns were pathetic. So I’m chiseling away at the stone to carve out the man people will admire 1,000 years from now. Thank you Dan.
This video was, as well, if not a high-quality assurance that another one of our favorite content creators does what they preach. This content, while becoming the normal for the viewer to strengthen their bond with the creators, seats those subconscious thoughts and curiosities of whether or not we are being taken advantage of and brings us into their lives. It is appreciated to know you in a sense, even without shaking your hand.
I don't usually write comments, and I believe this is the first one I'm leaving on your channel. This was my favorite video. No one talks about their daily and normal lives. Thanks for that 🙌🙏
Thank you for sharing this video. I find lifestyle videos relatable because they show how to incorporate certain things into my life. Listening to someone talk about it is one thing, but seeing it in action gives me a better perspective on organizing my life. This video is truly inspirational to me. Thank you, Dan.
Nice format 🙂 Would love to see more of those. It's usually the little everyday things that make a difference. Everyday things seem more accessible and achievable, which is why they can be a good motivation.
People seem to like what people do far more than I used to think. All your writing content encouraged me to create more and now you've encouraged a finished workout too.

LOVED this format! To be honest, I have plenty of your videos in my "watch later" playlist... But this one... I watched it immediately 🌟 So fresh, so engaging, so you!
You're just a normal bro... and thanks for showing me that. I've been in a massive funk for the longest (many many years) and spend most of my time just smoking weed... all day and night. I don't want to live like this... I have so much potential... and thanks for reminding me of that. Thumbs up
Excellent! Thank you. Literally just recorded content on another channel today before watching this, about averaging results and determining your definition of success, at what percentage, but also how that changes from where you start to where you grow into. Bravo!🙏😇💜
Dan, i'm turning 25 this year and I feel like i've made many mistakes in my life and i feel like I f*cked up my life. I found your channel and i've been binge watching and reading the articles on your website - and I love how real you are with your genuine approach. Keep it up man, and I'm dedicated to get my life back together.
Everybody F*cks up their life…that’s how you learn. Try to hang with those who are successful in the areas you want to excel…mentors etc …lose your relatives friends etc who bring you down to their “standard” of life unless that’s the “standard” of life you want for yourself. Baby steps towards your goals. Dan has some great marketing writing skills…You’re right though… you can learn a lot from UA-cam videos….
I really liked this video format. Seeing you living a normal life whilst giving tremendous value to your audience is inspirational. I see that your wife is so supportive which I think is huge part of your sucess! Great job
I’ve been waiting on you to start vlogging and doing more content outside of the talking head videos. I love your advice on no niche, but your content style was very rinse and repeat. When I think of no niche, I think of the ability to show yourself, in multiple ways (thoughts, teaching, vlogging/documenting, etc.) Continue to evolve and experiment with different styles of content all still based around you. Looking forward to it!
This video is amazing... This is far from the content i would expect from your channel, but theres value in the vulnerability and letting people see a day in your life. You're a huge inspiration for piloting your own life path, this is the hard core "You could live like this" Fomo but in the best and motivational way
Damn, a DIFFERENT style of Dan Koe video? I'm digging this new video approach! Love this man, your videos are hugely insightful BUT seeing the behind-the-scenes stuff like this is great and motivating!
Thanks for the inside view! I often overcomplicate things in my head so it was a relief to see how you repeated simple levers to achieve insane results. it's hard for me to believe in how much money you make and if i could do that but I trust you and really appreciate the message your sharing combining spirituality with business.
This was awesome! Had no idea Dan was such a tank, sick whip as well! It's so easy to work hard or keep busy but I'm slowly learning how to make master high level work. You could do 1,000 things a day that make little difference to your future life or you could do one or two things that really unlock everything.
Aloha Dan! Love how you have your Rice Krispie treat pre-work out and just enjoy them without being caught up in all the "health trends" of what you "should" do/or eat. 🌺
Hi Dan, I just wanted to say thank you for deciding to make this type of creation as a part of your life's mission and purpose. I've been mentored by other successful people who've "made it" many years ago but I always thought that it was just missing something. Thank you for helping me put a name on it (at least so far) and being that first role model for me in this area of my life. I believe what was missing was Creation- not even in an "artsy" or ultra-passionate sense. But could even be taken in a sense of creating your own world or bubble in reality where others find value and solutions to their problems. Not sure which video or newsletter you've said this in- but I also believe (just like you do) that part of true holistic success is creating your own niche (which takes a ton of effort. and i very much respect you for probably the unbelievable time and effort you've put in to create). Much love, Dan. I've been a lurker for quite a bit. But I've benefited quite a lot from this world or niche you've built so far. It's the first time I've understood and felt understood by someone- while being provided actionable knowledge. And I'm not even enrolled in Kortex University yet. The value you provide is insane. I'm excited to see where you take this and excited to grow with you 🧡

I'm only 9 minutes through but this video already feels like an incredible gem! The amount of insights and BTS Dan is giving us 😍🥰
Dan, you’re the man! I enjoyed seeing how you pursue your day.
It helps me understand how I might make creative tweaks in my own day.
So, this video was a good idea and a refreshing change of pace. Thanks!
Been waiting months for this. Dan Koe daily vlog haha hell yea
This was firree. Take-a-way there is Gold in discipline, focus, and routine aka "the boring stuff". Thanks Dan
Was thinking to skip the workout for tomorrow, but will do it now. Thank You Dan inspirational and insightful content!
Dude please do more videos like this, super cool to see the day to day life
Love this style of Content Dan!! Would love to see more behind the scenes of the usual content into the day to day life you are creating for yourself! Pure inspiration thank you
Super helpful to see the practical daily routines behind a successful person. I love how efficient you make everything!
I really like this style of video. Helps me see how you produce the type of things you do on a daily scale. Favorite part was the long term, short term, and immediate way way of splitting up work blocks. Definitely something I'm implementing
Dan, we absolutely love this video! Please do more. It was cool to see this side of you
This was fantastic! I really appreciate the peek into the "behind the scenes" Dan! Thanks for posting! 😊
LOVED this format!
To be honest, I have plenty of your videos in my "watch later" playlist... But this one... I watched it immediately 🌟
So fresh, so engaging, so you!
You're just a normal bro... and thanks for showing me that. I've been in a massive funk for the longest (many many years) and spend most of my time just smoking weed... all day and night. I don't want to live like this... I have so much potential... and thanks for reminding me of that. Thumbs up
Thoroughly enjoyed this side of you, Dan. Thank you for sharing and looking forward to seeing more. Take care!
Excellent!
@@BIGTEX888-hh9ot Thanks man, appreciate your advice!
I really liked this video format. Seeing you living a normal life whilst giving tremendous value to your audience is inspirational. I see that your wife is so supportive which I think is huge part of your sucess! Great job
Lost.
Man, that brings back some memories. Enjoy.
I love the raw format. Feels authentic.
Much love, brother.
I’ve been waiting on you to start vlogging and doing more content outside of the talking head videos.
I love your advice on no niche, but your content style was very rinse and repeat. When I think of no niche, I think of the ability to show yourself, in multiple ways (thoughts, teaching, vlogging/documenting, etc.)
Continue to evolve and experiment with different styles of content all still based around you. Looking forward to it!
Hey Dan, hope to see more videos like this! Nice format!
I liked the video, it feels so good to watch someone not forcing to look too rich or something, everything is simple and realistic man. More of these.
Thank you @Dan, your videos have given me alot of confidence
Love the full leather on the steering column, nice.
Thanks for the inside view!
I often overcomplicate things in my head so it was a relief to see how you repeated simple levers to achieve insane results.
it's hard for me to believe in how much money you make and if i could do that but I trust you and really appreciate the message your sharing combining spirituality with business.
Everyone hates the idea of cold plunge, but once you introduce it into your routine it’s a game changer! So many benefits!
Loved this video man
This was awesome! Had no idea Dan was such a tank, sick whip as well! It's so easy to work hard or keep busy but I'm slowly learning how to make master high level work. You could do 1,000 things a day that make little difference to your future life or you could do one or two things that really unlock everything.
This is the perfect video I need right now. And it’s good seeing you other than a black background once in a while.
Thanks!
I'm excited to see where you take this and excited to grow with you 🧡
I love it. A great complement to your weekly newsletter videos.
Really enjoyed this video - personal & real. Hope to see more!
I love the content and videos on your channel.
Been following on X for a while, this was the first time checking out your UA-cam. Thoroughly enjoyed this.
Thisss is the kind of video I've been wanting to see since soo long...I have so much stuff to do but can't make time for everything while being a student - This is SO HELPFUL! Thanks :)
Good stuff
Thanks for showing how to stack the morning
Biggest takeaway for me is stacking the protein in the morning to coast thru the day
Thanks for making content like this Dan, I’m definitely going to be coming back to this video.
A day in the life of the man, the founder himself 🖤
My routine is pretty similar. Main nuance: nutrition-I only take dinner cuz I practice intermittent fasting 🙃
Can't thank you enough for sharing such insights Dan.
Loved this new format Dan! Seeing your environment helps us see the genius behind the writing
The best format, very inspiring
Props Dan for trying something new! I had a feeling you would give vlogs a try soon and here they are. Would love to see more of this type of content
Loved this one.
Cheers to everyone listening to this while going to their day job, hoping one day they'll make it big with their side hustles
The repetitive and mundane tasks everyday are what lead to success! Thank you for the inspiration Dan! 💕✨
