I bought two of these for my bikes because of this video, and they both crapped out in a couple months. They report "charged" and the charger thinks they are, but they have no capacity - so whatever goes bad in them, goes bad.
I think it should be mentioned that lithium batteries need a "warm up" in cold conditions. For example, headlights on for 1 minute before starting when it's below 5c.
