Was going to get a Shorai but as you stated in your video, it requires (or strongly suggests using) a Shorai charger, which is an added expense/investment. But I will look into the Scorpion line. I really like the on-board LED battery level status indicator built in to the battery and that it does not require a special or brand-specific charger. Thanks!
Thank you sir for your video, I am currently looking for a replacement battery for my HONDA VTR1000F FIRESTORM/HAWK and you sir have convinced me,but where do I buy this battery and charger? Your reply would be most appreciated sir.
thank you for making this video. I have been looking for a quality lithium battery for my bike and this company and product look like what I have been looking for.
nice vdo. as far i know this battery has over charge and heat protection circuit built in, so is there any additional charger to use??? i want to replace my 12V 2.5 ah lead acid battery with my own made 11.1Volt 4ah li ion battery, where i will install a BMS circuit to protecting from heat and over charging. But want to use my bikes stock charger will be used to charge the li battery. what is your suggestion?

Hi, I own a 2015 MV Agusta F3 800 AGO. Can I switch my quickshifter from the stock(MVA.S.T.) to ( MV-EAS 2.0) and get the ECU flashed for the auto blipper? And keep the videos coming 👍
Hey EastCamden, thx for watching! That's a good question that unfortunately, I don't have the answer to. Nevertheless, if the goal is to add the auto blipper feature, there are several other ways to accomplish this. Check out these guys; www.ecustudio.com/bikes/MV/F3.html or give EDR a call.(edrperformance.com/portfolio/2014-mv-agusta-f3-800-superbike/). These guys do fantastic work. I'm sure they can help you out.
Con. Low temperature. . . . not true anymore. Specially with the Lithium Iron batteries with full BMS on board. During cold weather periods the Lead Acid batteries lose power much faster than LFP batteries. You just have to "wake-up" your LFP battery before startup. Switch on the light a minute and you are good to go. And the prices on those LFP batteries go down fast since 2017.
Hey akshayd82. What I've found with the WPS batteries is they don't like to list their C.C.A (cold cranking amps). When I have seen them listed they're significantly lower than Scorpion, and on the F3 in particular that can be a problem.
I think given that they look similar, they must be made in the same factory in China. Have been pretty happy with WPS in my RR. I was a long time scorpion AGM battery user for past 11 years. Some websites like BikeBandit and Amazon do list the CCAs and they are slightly lower to scorpion. I just pick them from ebay for cheaper. www.amazon.com/WPS-Featherweight-Lithium-Battery-HJTZ14S-FP-IL/dp/B00DX89ANY#productDetails www.batterystuff.com/batteries/lithium-iron-batteries/sstz14s-fp.html

If you are placed in Europe, check out Jigawatt batteries from True Cousins. They have more power than ANY battery out there so if you own a Harley or other hard to start bike, they can do it. They also have built-in safety functionality that will protect the battery against under- and over voltage. Also a built-in voltmeter, here is a video: ua-cam.com/video/dY3J5gYCM_4/v-deo.html
This charging in 15minites for a motorcycle battery seems like something not that useful. It's all about the weight really and the price for me. Visited the site $50 vs $150 for my bike and all they mention is cca nothing else
Most lithium ion batteries require a special charger. When you take that out of the mix this battery is an even better deal. The $50 battery is not a lithium ion. That's a standard dry or wet cell battery. $150 is a great price for a lithium ion. Check EarthX, Shorai or some of the others.
These Batteries are 100% Garbage why have a battery that is light in weight and will not start a bike in normal conditions . had one for a few weeks the Ballistic Lithium would die even after riding .... lucky to get a full Refund ...

Bro, I've been agonizing over shopping for a new battery for bike and thanks you to your plug...wow,
thank you for making this video. I have been looking for a quality lithium battery for my bike and this company and product look like what I have been looking for.
Great video. The WPS featherweight batteries also have SOC indicators.
what about older bikes I have a 1978 honda cx500 and I am thinking of getting a L,Iron will the bike charge the battery ,great video uk.
Lozbry, you should be able to use a Li Battery wherever a conventional battery is used. But check with your local dealer first to be sure
great informative video
WPS batteries offer an onboard status LED indicator system also..much less expensive also
I hope you get more views, brother. The video is a bit dark. Keep up the good work.
Thx for that feedback man! I'll keep at it.

WPS is $90 or so. Bigger one for my S1K is $117. WPS works with standard trickle chargers/battery tenders
