  • ASMR Role Play Dr Dmitri Stress Relief Therapy Session using Touch & Tibetan Singing Bowls. Click 12:37 to jump to Hypnotic Session. While this is a role play the information in the video is there to help you understand cycles of thought and how to be aware it the pattern.
This video i wanted to work on role play both relaxing and informative, as request a long time asked for "progressive muscle relaxation" i tried to add an element of virtual touch to help reinforce the session, relaxing & hypnotic effect. I wanted to add an element of hypnosis but it felt that is was only partial effect.
I hope in the future i can create better video's for you.
Dr Dmitri is a fictional character that i use in my video's. This does not take anything away from the video, my intentions are to relax you and i focus on helping you in many ways:

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.
    Triggers:
Watching massage ** Baba Worlds Greatest Head Massage **
Watching a person focus and describe something there passionate about ** Bob Ross deep voice talking about painting, scraping sounds, brushing sounds. The forefather of ASMR **
Whispering ** Maria GentleWhispering the Queen of ASMR **
Listening to someones voice & the way the talk
Soft spoken voices & certain accents
    Hand Movements
Watching Someone Focus on a task
Personal Attention - like a hair cut
Any type of Role Play the best ones are ones that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing ect
    Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together
Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

"Since you have become a regular patient", Dr Dimitri says. Yeah, that's an understatement. I visit the doc to relax at night, sometimes during the day, sometimes at other times, often six or seven days a week.
I live in Dr. Dimitri's office. What he should have said is, "Since you never leave my office, I think it's time to lay some stress therapy on you."

Another great success, Dmitri.. I can't believe you haven't passed 100k yet. I'll have to market you some. You deserve well over that amount. You are certainly one of the Marquis ASMRtists. You definitely found a medium in which you can share your genius with everyone. You should consider teaching ASMR in workshops to various therapists. This would improve their effectiveness with patients ten fold I'm sure. Not to mention the tremendous stress, anxiety, and insomnia relief that goes hand in hand. I'm one of those people who is plagued by racing thoughts and could never succeed in meditation. Thanks a bunch for what you've been able to do in my life in regards to insomnia and relaxation man. I'm very appreciative.

    • @mhal2mon
      @mhal2mon 10 років тому +8

Yeah the man is definitely a genius and has found his art. I truly hope these guys get more recognition as far as their benefits in a psychologist type setting. I honestly feel I get more results from these guys than a lot of the therapists, hypnotists, etc. That I've been to. I am completely incapable of relaxing on my own and these guys seem to help me reach that level with no struggle whatsoever.

I like the Dr Dimitri roleplays. They are not so far outside reality that it becomes jarring and distracting and ultimately detrimental to the core purpose of the video: relaxation.

The first time I saw ths video I thoght the bit about the cyclical pattern of thought and methodology was a bit silly, but I keep catching myself using it to reduce anxiety. It has relly helped a lot. Whenever I catch myself going in circles mentally now this video comes to my mind and I recognize it and break the cycle.

I'm afraid to say these don't work for me at all. Your scalp inspection and skin inspection videos are still the best, I think. Tingles every time!

Those were nice circles you drew on that page. They were evenly spaced and very aesthetically pleasant to the eye. I don't know why.
