Did you wipe the topcoat with alcohol? Unless it says "no wipe", you will have a sticky residue you have to wipe off. The top coat is possibly dry, it's the tacky lair that's doing that.

Chile I wrote a whole blog on imposter syndrome & never posted. Matter of fact I stopped blogging as soon as I started to get a little traction 🥴🥴 Anyway Stevon Lewis has a great journal dealing with imposter syndrome called "Silencing Your Inner Bully". As far as keeping the house clean the easiest way for me is to put stuff away the moment I'm done with it. When I'm just having a busy week and the house is a mess I dedicate one room to a particular day. For example Friday I'll tackle the kitchen, Saturday I'll clean the living room, Sunday I'll do the bathrooms, etc. until the house is clean.

I am currently on my own spiritual journey, but I love when I can see God and hear him... there have been things that have happened to me and friends and i believe that when he is speaking to you, he gets so loud you have no choice but to listen.. I also believe that to have faith you also have to put in the work and I love seeing that for everyone. You are putting in the work and it is being seen.
As much as my period used to hurt me, I was still always happy for it to come! 😂. Especially in my later 30’s. I must say I don’t miss it at all now.

What put me in the cleaning mood is when I make mop water. Original pine Sol, regular bleach and water. Like that smell gives me cleaning energy!

The small lamp is a flash cure lamp, for top coat/ builder gel, you need the big lamp to fully cure and only need 60 seconds x
Also, some top coats have a sticky layer that you need to wipe after curing with alcohol.

I know you don't want anymore advice on the nails BUT.... the small light is for curing the nails if you are using the gel nail bond. You still needed the large uv lamp to fast cure the nail top coats. it will take literal minutes from start to finish for you since you are using regular nail glue. I hope this helps :)
Man it’s too nah steps and rules I don’t get it 😂 the worst part is the top coat and cure thing came as a set together so I assumed they are supposed to be used together but when I was reading the instructions there was no mention of the top coat so I should have known they didn’t have anything to do with each other 😂

Hey girl! Not sure if anyone has mentioned it…but some gel polishes require a wipe of alcohol to remove the stickiness & to “dry” down completely. My nail tech used to use that kind…but doesn’t currently. Hope that helps & good luck!

About the cleaning thing. I work from home too. I know exactly what you're saying. You have to create boundaries with your work. My weekends are reserved for "me things". Cleaning, laundry, hair etc.

Okay for the nails. It’s either you need a better/stronger UV light or to keep your fingers under longer. Also when your done to take the stickiness away you need to spray them with oil sheen or wipe with alcohol. It will help greatly!

Congratulations and I will definitely vote for you. As far as the nails go, I’m kinda scared to say this because I’ve never done it on glue on nails, but take an alcohol cotton ball and wipe the sticky stuff off. It works for me when I use it on natural nails.

me and my husband have a busy weekday schedule. Honestly, we save cleaning for the weekend. We both work 9-5's on the weekdays so after work is our hang time and weekends are clean days.We also have a schedule there's weekly cleans and bi-weekly cleans.

For the nails, make sure the gel polish you have is a top coat and not base coat or builder gel. If it’s sticking that much, it’s probably a gel meant to be the base or to add strength to the gel extension. I would look for a “no wipe top coat” also (even though I always tan a little swab w alcohol to make sure nothing is really sticky 😅). That should cut down on drying time and stickiness. And if you find your bigger lamp that may help (likely higher wattage/stronger so it will dry faster). My mini lamp I always sit through two cycles to make sure it’s dry.

Jess the videos I've seen the use the small lamp as a flash cure then still place their hand in the regular size led lamp that you can put your whole hand in if that makes sense then wipe the nail with an alcohol swab
