Absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to level up and be alittle more competitive cuz this is your livelihood!! I made the same decision with IG and I ended up getting a post with thousands of views and likes and now monetize on IG. I use to have horrible time of the month. Even though my kids drive me crazy at time I'm super thankful because after baby no.1-2-3 the pain gets better and better each time now have 3 there is pain level of about 5%

IT’S GINGER TEA JESS🔥 Ginger tea soothes and relieves those cramps. I use fresh sliced ginger root, lemon slices and honey. You might as well throw a couple of mint leaves in there. Let us know if that works for you. 💖

16:15 man I feel you those cramps are the worst. I had to start taking iron supplements and/or eating iron during pms week to get rid of their pain severity.
i literally just started taking my iron suppliments again because i realized that's why i have half the problems that i have lol whew, being a woman is something else girllll
it is true. being iron deficient really impacted the way I felt during that time of the month

@@a.whychild6591 yeah honestly same. If it was not for my high school teacher telling us some of the symptoms of low iron I wouldn't have gotten the blood work done to check. I was initially borderline anemic after a few years of consistently taking iron (with vitamin C to boost absorption) it got a lot better.
Try alkaline water and cranberry or cranberry juice for cramps! It's working miracles for me 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I usually have the worst cramps, so I feel you. Always enjoy your content! 💕

Raspberry leaf tea is great, but you have to drink it in large amounts to see the benefits. QYou may want to go to your GYNO you may have something they can help with.

Yessss for that raspberry leaf too. But have you ever tried a tea called "healthy cycle" tea? It's by the same brand of the raspberry leaf you're already taking. It has raspberry leaf in it and some other herbs that help with PMS symptoms. I'm only ever able to find it at Sprouts and on Amazon. But it works really well in my experience. And try drinking it a few days before your cycle comes.

Chamomile tea works better, it actually relaxes the muscles that causes cramps to stop pain. In addition, Whatever teas using for cramps, it's always best to drink it every day or twice a day the week leading up to estimated menstrual start date and continue to drink it during cycle to avoid the cramps all together.

The best tea I’ve ever tried for cramps is mint tea. The best is if you boil actual mint leaves but peppermint tea bags work as well. My cramps are horrible since I was 10 and it’s the only thing that helps. The tea with extra strength ibuprofen chefs kiss. You should try.

Tylenol arthritis is really good for cramps. Also try green tea and Camomile tea..watch your diet and drink lots of water also watch your sodium and caffeine intake
My granny (Jamaican) said my severe cramps would go away once I had a baby… no truer words have ever been spoken!
