Another great rundown. I enjoyed the combination of table-top narration with the video footage. Keep the good times rollin and Happy National Knife Day!

Good stuff. The Off-Grid Sierra looks like the answer to my camp cooking problems.

As a designated "Camp Chef" thank you for this review! I've been hunting for a camp cooking knife for 2 years now. The Grizzly is exactly what I've been looking for.

It's a tough one to beat for fireside cooking. Glad we could help.

I love your vids. Giving us your genuine feedback. Showing awesome camerawork with nice looking ladies. But having fun with that too. Very cool. Keep doing your thing. Only make the adaptations that you like, never try to appease any watcher

After watching this and every other review, i finally ordered the offgrid sierra. Cant wait. Will be testing it out on butchering deer. I went with this because it comes with a useable belt sheath

Cowabunga.! Found you guys & gal again. Love the Kizer Metaproptizol. Definitely getting the Condor Bush Slicer, think it's a Joe Flowers design.? Great whiskey mate. we're killing the Taylor 2010 down here. Cheers from Christmas Island & Australia.

Stoked to hear Taylor has made its way to Australia. The Bush Slicer was designed by Julio Diez, but we thought it was a Flowers design when we first ordered it. We get to hang out with both of them a few times a year, and they are good dudes and great designers. Thanks for watching.

Bourbon, inflatable objects, flowered shorts, and an O-G Grizzly……..a damn fine way to celebrate National Knife Day.
    Now where’s my tumbler? Cheers!

I like first knife reviewed because it is pointy with no pronounced belly. 🍻🔪

Just got the Sierra and it's a lot of knife for the money with good steel. The only issue I can see is the handle heavy balance, the chunky G10 when doing the pinch grip for cutting food. The handle just get bulbous towards the back end. Other than that, the blade shape and grind is great. I don't want to return it as it's been the closest knife I came across to a kitchen style camp knife. I might just take a dremel to the G10 and cut it down and cut off the rear handle that's too big.

Yeah, Off Grid handles definitely skew on the larger size. The Grizzly handle is a little more toned down.

I use a ceramic paring and ceramic french knives for food preparation and they weigh an 1.5 ounces. I would rather use a Chinese ginzu chopper than these humongous knives. This size I use as machetes. Kizer knife 🔪 is the only that's almost reasonable. Kizer Metaproptizol Fixed Blade Knife with Sheath, 5.59 In D2 Steel Blade, Survival Knife. Here's the name of the knife.

I don't think we've ever encountered someone who actually uses ceramic knives, especially for camping. That's a steel-underpants move.

I have been using a Tops Frog Market knife for my camp stuff. Would love to video Kelly using that knife. Video would be shaky as I'd be using only one hand.

Bacteria doesn't survive or live on wood, so perfectly safe to chop on tree stumps.
